It starts from Nyra getting to know about Akshara's accident by Kartik's car.

Nyra was just too numb to react. She just wanted her mother to be safe. She was scared to lose her. She knew if anything happened to Akshara, she will hold no value in anyone's life. Her world would end then and there only.

Nyra (shouting) - meri Mumma kahan hain?

Inspector - Mam.... Mam please calm down, your mother has fallen into the cliff, it's night, we will find her.

Nyra - oh just shut up!! I'll find my Mumma myself, I know how the police works, my Mumma needs me.

Inspector - Please try to understand....

Nyra just pushed him away and ran to that side to look for her mother. She didn't care about the man she loves at that moment. She only cared about her world - her mother whom she can't afford to lose. Nyra ran down the road barefoot and got into the place where police was saying Akshara would have fallen. It was a deep cliff and it took Nyra almost an hour to reach.

Nyra (shouting) - Mumma!!! Mumma!!!

Nyra started crying when she got no response. She say down breaking down and remembering her moments with Akshara.

Nyra (yelling) - no you can't take her away from me God, woh meri Mumma hai, if you wanna take her, take me also, I don't want to live in this bloody world without her, unke ilawa mujhe koi nahi puchega ki khaana khaya ya nahi, der se kyu aa rahi hai....mera sab kuch Mumma se hai, mera pyaar, mera gussa, mere rishte, meri care, it starts from her and it ends on her, I don't want anyone else in my life except her, no don't...don't snatch her from me, I can give away everything to get her back.

Naitik (coming with the lights along with officers) - Princess!!

Naitik had never seen Nyra so much broken. He didn't know his daughter loves her mother this deeper. Nyra wiped her tears and continued looking for her mother. She chose to be strong for her father. She was just praying for her mother's life. It seemed her prayers were heard, they saw a female body lying on the ground.

Nyra (turning the body) - Mumma.... Mumma... aankhein kholo please..... Nyra took Akshara in her lap.

Naitik (rubbing her hands) - Akshara please aankhein kholiye please please

Inspector - Mr. Singhania we have to take her to the hospital

Nyra scooped her mother in her arms and moved as fast as possible. At that time no one existed for her, not even her father. Her foot were bleeding profusely but she didn't even realise her pain. Only Akshara mattered to her. Naitik wanted to stop his daughter as her bleeding feet were leaving imprints on the road. Nyra even fell down many times but she didn't let Akshara fall from her arms. She didn't let anyone else take Akshara from her. Not even Naitik. She got up with bleeding knees for the 6-7th time and ran towards the ambulance. The doctor laid Akshara on the bed and started treating her. They tried to treated Nyra but in vain.

Nyra (shouting furiously) - My Mumma needs the treatment not me

Naitik tried to calm his daughter - Princess you are injured.

Nyra didn't want to cry - I don't give a shit to my injuries, I just care about Mumma.... and if that Kartik has done this to my Mumma na Papa, I'll kill him with my own hands.

Akshara was immediately taken to the Operation Theatre. Naitik was pacing in the corridor while Nyra was nowhere. He didn't know where his daughter is. She disappeared after doctor told that Akshara's condition is critical and her survival chances are very less. Nyra was standing in front of Maa Durga's idol in a temple.

Nyra - aap toh sabki Maa ho na, phir meri Mumma ke saath aisa kyu kar rahe ho? aapko koi haq nahi hai mujhe meri Mumma ko cheenne ka, main mar jaungi unke bina, Papa ka kya hoga? Naksh ka socha hai aapne? woh mujhse bhi chota hai, use toh abb tak pata bhi nahi hai, aap kyu kar rahe ho aisa? kaunsa paap kiya hai Mumma ne? Nani.... Nani ka kya hoga aapne socha hai? Nani toh Mumma ki Maa hai, khud Maa hokar aap aisa kaise kar sakte ho meri Nani ke saath, mere saath, mere Bhai ke saath, chaho toh meri jaan lelo par meri Mumma se unki zindagi mat cheeno, woh jaan hain hamare ghar ki, mere bina sab phir bhi jee lenge lekin Mumma ke bina sab toot kar bikhar jaayenge, zinda laashein ban jaayenge sab, please Mumma ko bacha lo, please

A voice - Nyra!!

Nyra turned around and slapped across his face. He was none other than Kartik.

Kartik - Nyra maine Mam ka accident....mujhe kuch yaad nahi hai.....he earned another slap from Nyra.

Nyra (yelling) - maine kaha tha Kartik ki sharaab pee hai drive mat karo, drive mat karo....lekin tumne pee, tumne Mumma ko....

Nyra's phone started ringing. It was Naitik's call.

Naitik (crying) - Princess.... Princess Akshara.... Akshara needs heart transplant, her brain is working well but her heart has stopped beating, doctor ne kaha hai aap decision lelo, main kaise.... Akshara..... He just fell down crying.

Nyra couldn't believe what she just heard. Her heart broke into a million pieces. She fell down and screamed in pain. She pushed away Kartik who tried to calm her.

Next Evening

Akshara gained consciousness after a successful heart transplant. Naitik and Naksh were sitting beside her. But her eyes searched for her daughter. Her Nyra.

Naksh (complaining) - Mumma aap sirf Di se pyaar karte ho

Akshara - nahi Duggu aisa nahi hai, par teri Di hai kahan?

Naitik (caressing her hair) - Akshara Rajshri Maa use ghar lekar gyi hain, kal raat se woh yehi thi, na kuch khaya na peeya na soyi

Akshara (sighing) - main iss ladki ko kabhi samajh nahi sakti, vaise mujhse ladti rehti hai saara din aur abb dekho...

Naitik - aap araam kariye Akshara, Naksh yahan Mumma ke paas rehna, main doctor se milkar aaya

Naksh (holding Akshara's hand) - okay Papa

Naitik came out of the room and wiped his tears. He went to the doctor's room to discuss something. Here Akshara was feeling restless.

Akshara - Duggu Nyra sach mein Nani ke saath gyi hai na?

Naksh - pata nahi Mumma, haan shayad, Papa ne toh yehi bola tha, main toh Shaurya Maamu ke saath aaya tha

Akshara (thinking) - kya ho raha hai mujhe? why I'm feeling so restless? ek pal mein lagta hai Nyra yehi hai mere paas, doosre pal mein lagta hai woh kahin door hai

After A Week

Akshara forcefully took the discharge. She was angry and hurt that Nyra didn't come to see her even once in this whole week. She inquired Naksh who said he didn't see Nyra at home. No one was telling her where her daughter is. At first she thought maybe Nyra is busy in the case she filed against Kartik, but if she loves her so much then why she didn't make her even a call.

Akshara (seeing ambulance outside) - Naitik yeh ambulance? kisi ko kuch hua hai?

Naitik - andar chaliye Akshara

Naitik took Akshara inside the house. Akshara was shocked seeing a body lying on the floor covered with the white cloth till face.

Akshara - Maa yeh....yeh kaun hai?

Rajshri (controlling her emotions) - Akshara usne jo kiya tere liye kiya

Akshara was totally confused - kisne? kya kiya? aur mere mujhe yeh bataiye ki aapki laadli Nyra kahan hai? mere liye hospital mein der raat tak baith sakti hai, lekin mujhse ek baar bhi milne nahi aa sakti? aur aisa kaunsa case lad rahi hai woh Kartik ke khilaaf?

Rajshri held Akshara's hand and placed on her chest - Nyra tere andar hai Akshara, woh tere andar dhadak rahi hai

Due to wind, the white cloth got removed. Akshara went numb seeing that was Nyra.

Akshara (taking Nyra in her lap) - Nyra bacha kya hua? mujhe bata? yeh kaisa mazaak hai? dekh main tujhe bht maarungi, uth jaa....

Naitik took the crying baby girl in his arms - Akshara Nyra ka ek hissa aapke andar hai toh doosra iss bachi ke andar...uss raat jab maine Nyra ko call kiya ki aapko heart ki zarurat hai, woh hospital aa rahi thi, lekin use raaste mein yeh bachi rote hue mili ek letter ke saath that her parents don't want her, yeh bachi road ke beecho beech thi, Nyra ne ise Kartik ki taraf phenk diya aur khud uss truck se....jab use hospital lekar aaye toh Nyra ne hospital bed par ek letter likha, usne apna dil aapko de diya Akshara aur kaha hai ki iss bachi ko apna lein, aapki Nyra ke 2 jaanein bachayi hain Akshara

Bhabhi Maa (wiping Akshara's tears) - Akshara Nyra ne apna beti hone ka farz nibha diya hai, abb tu apna Maa hone ka farz nibha, Nyra ko vaise bhej jaise tu use vidaa kar rahi ho, uski aakhri iccha thi ki tu use mukh agni de....

Akshara kissed Nyra's forehead one last time - kitni badi ho gyi hai na tu, mujhe chod kar chali gyi, lekin saath hi mujhe phir se Maa bana gyi, mujhe choti si Nyra de gyi, apna dil mujhe de diya, yeh nahi socha ki teri Mumma tere bina kaise rahegi? tune toh mujhe apna karzdar bana diya Nyra.

Akshara did Nyra's last rites and took that baby girl in her arms. She stopped crying seeing Akshara who caressed her face.

Akshara - aaj se yeh meri Nyra hai...meri Nyra ki Nyra.
