Uh, well, first off, I'm not grown up yet :3 Secondly, Lab Rats. Hands down.

WHERE DO I START
A couple that stand out to me are Razzbowski Imagines, by Beeksnerr, and Princess by melkron. I absolutely love descriptions, and these books have some of the best! And that's only two that I've found with amazing writing!
