A/N: Hey fellow Wattpad potatoes! GenGottaSweepSweep requested for a part two for Ryan-When Can I See You Again?, so here we are! I hope everyone enjoys it!!

Ryan's POV

"There we go," I said with satisfaction as I finished hanging up the last streamers. Standing back, I admired our work. Colorful decorations popped out at me from across the entire room, and balloons posed cheerfully on the floor. Y/N had wanted to use glitter balloons, but I knew Lewis was going to want to pop them, and I didn't think we could've handled a five month sparkle storm.

Speaking of Y/N, she suddenly came skidding across the slippery floor in her socks. "Ryan!" she called. "Have you got everything ready in here?"

"Yep!" I replied, grinning widely.

She let out a giggle. "It looks amazing in here!" she exclaimed, practically bouncing over to me. "Happy birthday!" she said, giving me a big hug.

I pulled away and gave her a quick kiss on her cheek. "Thank you, love," I laughed. "Are you ready? The guys are gonna be here any minute."

Taking a deep breath, she nodded. Looking me in the eyes, she spoke, sounding almost worried. "We are going to tell them, right?" she questioned, furrowing her brow.

"Yeah, that's what we agreed," I confirmed. Seeing the anxious look on her face, I immediately tried to reassure her. "Hey, they already suspect that something's going on between us. Why not just go ahead and finally let them know that we're together?"

Y/N bit her lip. "But... I don't know," she sighed. "I guess I'm just worried how they'll react. It's silly." She let out a huffy laugh.

"Oh, Y/N," I said, grasping her hand in mine, "it'll be ok. Rhys will probably start yelling, 'I KNEW IT!!' or something; Lewis already ships us, I know cause he told me like, a month ago; and Ryan is one of our best friends and will totally support us. They're amazing people, you know that. And they know how amazing you are too, so you don't need to worry about a thing." I finished speaking with a smile, watching her to see her reaction to my reason.

To my relief, she returned my smile. "Yeah, ok," she chuckled. "Thanks, Ryan."

"Anything for you."

Just then, the doorbell rang. Y/N let out a squeak of surprise. "They're here!" she cried.

I laughed, then practically ran to open the door.

"Sup, birthday boy!"

"Happy birthday dude!"

Rhys causally strolled into the place with a happy smirk plastered on his face. Lewis was right behind him, both of them carrying gift bags.

"Hi guys!" I greeted, welcoming them in.

Rhys's eyes lit up as soon as he saw the decorations. "You really went all fancy on this place!" He exclaimed with an approving nod.

"I helped with most of it," Y/N called from the couch. "Ryan was more concerned with the food!"

Lewis let out a laugh. "Sounds like Ryan alright!"

"Hey!" I said loudly. "I'm right here!"

Rhys and Lewis set down their gifts onto the coffee table, then the three boys plopped themselves onto the couch. I sat next to Y/N, fighting the urge to throw my arm around her shoulders. Not yet.

"When did you get here, Y/N?" Lewis asked.

"This morning," she promptly replied. "I brought over the main lot of the decorations."

"Which is mainly balloons," I said, gesturing to colorful objects piled on the floor.

Rhys jumped up and grabbed the closest balloon. "This calls for a balloon fight!" he yelled. We all immediately joined him, and all hell broke loose. Balloons flew across the room, plus a few pillows, and our delighted yells filled the air.

We were having too much fun to notice Ryan enter the room. Unfortunately, we only saw him after he got smacked in the face by a pillow. We all fell silent, staring at him as he stood there, waiting for him to speak. "Well, hello to you guys too," he chuckled. We all cracked up laughing, and didn't stop for a full five minutes.

Once we got ourselves under control, the party got started properly. Everyone stood or sat around, talking, laughing, making jokes, and throwing popcorn into each other's mouths.

I noticed that Y/N was really enjoying herself. She had made quick friends with the guys, and I could tell that they really liked hanging out with her too. I mean, who wouldn't? She was so funny, and seemed to know exactly what to say to keep a conversation going. So far, she had gotten along with everyone I had introduced her to, and it made me smile just thinking about how well she fit into my life. I'm so happy I met her in that coffee shop last year. That was easily the best day of my life so far.

Y/N turned her head and caught me watching her. A light pink blush dusted her cheeks, and she looked at the ground with a small smile on her face. I felt myself smiling as well. Let's make this day even better than last year, shall we?

"Hey, who's up for a movie?" I called out.

"Me!" Ryan and Lewis yelled at the same time.

Y/N hopped off her chair with excitement glowing in her E/C eyes. "I'm in!"

Rhys raced off to the tv. "See ya losers!" he called over his shoulder.

"Get back here!" Y/N shouted, laughing. She and Lewis ran right after him, but Ryan took his time and waited for me. I just laughed, then joined my friend as we walked down the hall.

"So," Ryan said, shooting me a sly smile and nudging me with his elbow," you and Y/N, huh?"

I chuckled and shook my head. "Whatever, man," I replied, trying to sound vague and mysterious, which honestly is not my strength.

Ryan suddenly sounded serious. "Ok, man, I know something's up with you two. It's obvious!"

I only hummed in response, staring straight ahead.

"I'll get the truth out of you sooner or later!" he laughed.

"Maybe sooner than you think," I muttered.

"What was that?" Ryan questioned.

"Nothing," I said with a smirk.

"Oh come on!" he exclaimed in exasperation.

I just ignored him.

We arrived in the movie room, just in time to witness Rhys wrestling the remote from Lewis's hands. "Yes!" he yelled, brandishing the device above his head. "I am the champion!"

Y/N was sitting on the couch, laughing her head off. "Oh, you guys missed it!" she said when she saw us. "These guys just had an super epic battle."

I shook my head in fake disappointment. "I'm gone for one minute..."

Once everyone has settled down and found places around the room to sit, Y/N got out the movie. "Everybody good with the Lion King?" she asked.

"Sounds good," Rhys said as Ryan and Lewis both nodded in agreement.

"Wait a minute," I interrupted. Getting up in front of the guys, I took a deep breath and then continued. "Before we watch the movie, I have an announcement to make. Well," I said, glancing at Y/N as she took a few steps closer to my side," technically we both have something to say, but Y/N made me spokesperson." I noticed that she was wringing her hands, obviously still nervous. Taking one of her hands in mine, I faced the room. "Y/N and I... are together," I calmly announced.

There was silence for a terribly long moment, which was quickly broken by Rhys jumping up and yelling, "Well, it's about time!"

Y/N let out a relieved laugh, and I grinned as the guys all started talking at once.

"Ryan, you sneak!"

"I KNEW IT!"

"My ship has officially sailed!"

"I KNEW IT!"

"You guys are so sweet."

"I KNEW IT!"

I squeezed Y/N's hand, giving her a happy smile. "See?" I said. "I told you they'd be fine with it."

Y/N gave me a one armed hug. "Yep, you were totally right!" she agreed.

"Of course I was!" I scoffed. "I'm 8-BitRyan!"

Y/N laughed, then kissed my cheek. "Love you, silly." she whispered.

"I love you more, darling," I whispered back.
