You grinned and put your phone inside your backpack. Slinging it over your shoulder, you bounced your way to the bus, waiting for you on the curb.

Once on board, you found a slightly quieter part of the bus and sat down. Thoughts raced through your mind, mainly about your anonymous friend. It'll be weird seeing him for the first time in real life, you thought, clutching your bag to your chest. What if it doesn't go well, and we end up not being friends anymore? What if we can't find each other after all? What if... What if he doesn't like me?

That last thought sent a chill down your spine. All you had ever wanted from humanity was to be accepted. You had be bullied before and had hated every second. The move to Briston had meant to be a getaway for your sister, but it had so far turned out to be one for you too. So far.

Your thoughts of impending doom were shattered as the bus stopped again and let on several more passengers, causing the noise in the area to increase dramatically. You scrunched up your eyes against the craziness, then opened them again to see a boy about your own age standing the middle of the bus, staring at you. You stared back at him, not knowing what to do or what to say.

There in the middle of an old, dirty bus filled with chaotic teenagers, was the one, the only... Jacksepticeye.
