This can work in 2 different ways.

Way one: They're personality is opposite of how they normally are (Basically people like the BBS turn into their 2p counterparts)

Way two: if they hang out with a few people then the person they hang out with most they swap personalities with. (Like for Dream and GeorgeNotFound would swap personalities)
