"Alright guys, it's getting pretty late. Goodnight guys," Russ told everyone watching the stream. It was pretty late, and this was one of their mod successful streams, at one point they had 30k viewers, so they had added an additional hour.

He signed it off, before conversing with his friends. "That was literally, the biggest audience we've ever had," Red spoke, a yawn following shortly after.

Red's voice made Russ's heart flutter. She was just amazing. Her sense of humor. Her laugh. Her voice. Her personality. And of course she was gorgeous.

"Yeah. I'm tired as fuck," Cry spoke. His sleepy voice made all the fangirls quite crazy, and Russ understood why. Not that Russ was interested in Cry in that way, more of a friendly way. Like when you tell your friend that they look sexy. That's how Russ feels about Cry's voice.

Everyone mumbled a tired yeah in agreement. In fact, they were so tired, that they heard a loud deep yawn. At that moment everyone froze. "Snake... Your mike is on," Cry chuckled.

There was silence before a deep voice echoed through the late nighters' headphones," Oh fuck." Then more silence.

They all sat there, pretty silent, with the exception of the occasional comment or joke, resulting in tired laughs. "Alright. I can't take it. Goodnight guys," Cry's voice spoke, before leaving the call.

"Yeah, me too," Jund said, also leaving the call.

"Night guys," Snake followed. Then everyone else, except for two.

Russ and Red. There was an awkard silence between the two of them. They both know why. At a party a couple days previous they may or may not have had a drunk make out session.

"So... You aren't tired," Red asked.

"Nah. You," Russ asked in reply.

"Nope," she said, popping the 'p' at the end.

Russ sighed. He knew they should talk about it. He should just tell her how he feels. I mean, what's the worst that could happen? Oh yeah, rejection from one of his best friends.

"Hey Russ... About the party-" Red started, but was cut off by a flustered Russ.

"God. I'm sorry Red. I feel bad about it, we were both drunk. We had no control, no consent, and I'm just so sorry," he sputtered out.

Red chuckled a bit, before another silence was upon them. She was thinking about what to say next, so she decided on," Do you think it was a mistake?"

Russ froze. Okay, two possibilities.

1. Hide his feelings and risk accidentally rejecting her, not to mention lying, but may also save their friendship.

2. Tell her and risk ruining their friendship, but being honest and also opening the possibility of a relationship.

He knew what the right choice was. He sighed," No... But I don't want to ruin our friendship. I understand if you don't feel the same way... And if you are disgusted... And if you don't want to be friends, but I just wanted to be honest... I can't believe I'm doing this. Red... I-"

"I like you Russ. A lot," she interrupted him, quickly and quietly. If you weren't absolutely silent, gig wouldn't have been able to hear it.

"What? Really," Russ asked in disbelief.

She chuckled," Yeah. I kind of have a confession... I wasn't really... Drunk that night."

Russ was silent in disbelief... Before just simply saying," I'm not sure if I should be happy or upset."

Red giggled. "Anyway," Russ continued," Wanna go out tomorrow? I'll pick you up at five?"

"Yes. Of course, I don't think I have anything planned tomorrow," she smiled. (She's staying at a hotel near Russ is for a bit)

"Alright. I'll text you the details tomorrow, alright," Russ said, smiling to himself.

"Yeah. Sounds good. Goodnight, Russ," she said, her voice sounded angelic to his ears.

"Night," he answered back.

He smirked to himself as he went to the voice call to exit when he noticed something. Snake, Cry, and Jund were all STILL in the call, just muted.

"You gotta be fucking kidding me," I murmured. I heard laughter from Cry and Jund, and silence as usual from Snake.

"Fuck you guys," Russ yelled, just making them laugh harder.

"For the record, that was adorable," Snake said through the laughter of Cry and Jund.
