♡ wedding ♡

(a/n: this is between the time of the last chapter and the epilogue just to make it clear

also im sorry this came out so much later than i wanted it to, ive been so focused on writing conversations lately)

Virgil walked down the aisle, annoyed that he had to wear such a formal suit, but excited about seeing Roman. They stood face to face, heat rushing to Virgil's cheeks while knowing about all the people watching. Valerie screamed, "YAS MY BOYS!" from where she was standing.

They didn't have a flower girl because Patton insisted on throwing petals everywhere instead. When he was done, he stood next to Logan again.

The officiant welcomed everybody to the ceremony. "Now, Roman and Virgil may share their vows."

Roman went first. "My beautifully edgy emo lover," he began, getting a laugh from their friends, "I cannot believe you tolerated me for like, so many years."

"Yeah, it was a fucking struggle," Virgil laughed.

"I love seeing you happy, especially when I know it's me who made you happy. I love seeing you roll your eyes jokingly at me when I do a grand gesture to woo you, but kiss me and tell me you love me when I buy you cereal. I am so happy that I flirted with you in our senior year of high school so much that we actually fell for each other. Ever since then, I knew I loved you more than Broadway itself and I would love you until the day I'd die. Also, I know your favorite song is 'Oops!... I Did It Again' by Britney Spears. Anyway, your turn!"

Virgil shook his head. "He's lying! But I guess I have to say cheesy shit now. So... Jesus. Okay. Well, you helped me through some the toughest moments of my life and I love you more than anything in the entire world."

"Even more than eating cereal while sitting on the floor and contemplating death?"

"Even more than that, yes. I promise to love you for the rest of my life, even though you're loud and you snore like you're trying to scare away a fat whale. Thank you for forcing me to listen to musicals all that time ago and for supporting me through everything and helping me grow and promising to be there and making me happy and I'm running out of breath..." He took a second to breathe. "Also... you need to pay me back ten bucks."

"Sorry! I will!"

"It's been two years!"

"Dating you made me procrastinate even more!"

"I mean... that makes sense."

The officiant grinned. "Roman Sanders, do you take Virgil Miking as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do," Roman said instantly.

"And Virgil Miking, do you also take Roman Sanders as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I mean..." Virgil joked, "I guess I do."

The couple placed a wedding ring on each other's ring finger.

The officiant chuckled. "You may now kiss the groom."

Roman leaned in calmly to kiss his husband, but Virgil grabbed his face and kissed him passionately.

Everybody was clapping and cheering, especially Patton.

"But wait, motherfuckers!" Virgil said dramatically. "Did you think this was some normal ass wedding? Because you were wrong!"

Logan and Patton walked into the area next to the officiant where Virgil and Roman had stood.

Valerie screeched even though she knew this was happening. Calypso desperately tried to calm her down.

Then it was time for Logan and Patton to say their vows.

Logan pulled out a piece of paper from his front pocket and read it out loud. "Patton, you are, without a doubt, the greatest gift life has ever blessed me with. I am not exaggerating. When I look at you, I am looking at love, passion, protection, care, and strength. From our first kiss in high school when you, Virgil, and Roman were in on a whole plan to get us together, to just earlier today where you tried to fling spaghetti at me, you've always made me feel like the luckiest man on Earth. I vow to return the favor if I for some reason haven't already."

Patton was on the verge of tears. Then it was his turn. "I love you so much, did you know that?" He was sobbing happily through his words. "You make me feel important and loved and that's really freaking cool because you hate feelings, yet you somehow know how to deal with me - the super duper emotional one. I dunno how to sound fancy with my vows so this is the best I can do and I love you!"

The officiant looked at the both of them and said to Logan, "Do you, Logan Decker, take Patton Vetal as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do."

"And do you, Patton Vetal, take Logan Decker as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"OBVIOUSLY! I mean, I do!"

"You may now kiss the groom."

Patton and Logan exchanged wedding rings and kissed sweetly.

Virgil grabbed a microphone. "We were going to not be completely extra and have two separate normal weddings, but we decided: more weddings means more cake! Logan said no because we can get major diabetes but Patton and I forced him. So the one on the left is Patton and Logan's, and the one on the right is mine and my hot husband's, and they both have something cool inside! Also, Roman got a ton of pizza for this wedding, and Roman - I swear to fucking God if there's one goddamn box of pineapple pizza in that stack, we're getting a divorce."

"I guess we're getting a divorce then," Roman laughed.

"You bitch!" he joked.

Patton and Logan were holding hands and talking to Patton's little sister, Belle.

The celebration was incredible and Roman did bring other kinds of pizza, even though pineapple pizza is amazing anyway.

Virgil and Roman.

Patton and Logan.

Finally married, they lived happily ever after.
