Virgil, Roman, Valerie, Calypso, Hellen, Patton, and Logan hadn't all come together for the entirety of college and they almost completely lost touch with each other except for Virgil and Roman, since they went to the same school in Los Angeles.

Valerie and Hellen were still together a lot as well because they went to the same school in New York.

For their last year of college, they completely stopped speaking.

Virgil couldn't help but wonder what happened with Patton in Logan, since Patton wasn't even in the United States anymore.

He'd recently texted Patton asking if he was moving back to the U.S. and sadly, Patton had replied with bad news.

Patt 🐕: no :( I recently got a ton of commissions and I've been super busy but I wish we could all meet up sometime. I'll be moving back from Canada someday, but idk when

Patt 🐕: I miss my children so much

Virgil: we miss you too patton

Virgil: i wish we were all still in high school again instead of different places in the continent

Patt 🐕: me too :(( I'm currently drawing a few different portraits at once for a gallery and another one for a commission so I'll text you later if I can?

Virgil: ok, but don't be upset with yourself if you don't get to text me. you work so hard, almost to the point it's unhealthy

When they'd all graduated, Virgil and Roman moved in together.

Valerie and Hellen were roommates and Virgil constantly joked about how they were like Dan and Phil; Hellen being Dan and Valerie being Phil. (a/n: oh my god they were rOommates)

Virgil decided to text the almost completely dead group chat.

Virgil: hey. i miss you guys

Val 🎭: when are we meeting up?

Virgil: patt's super busy

Calypso 🐟: yeah. Logan's basically crushed

Logan 👔: He's just always so busy. I haven't talked to him in about a year.

Patt 🐕: welp I gtg again... So much stuff to do

Patt 🐕: I'm sorry

Patt 🐕: once this is all over, I'm moving back to the U.S.
