I want all those 6 useless chicks to be trafficked to the persons who bought them. You have been with me for past 10 years and yet you need my intervention. You nincompoop" Pradeep's voice blared out from the recorder in front of her

Kavya was keenly listening to the voice of Pradeep and his accomplice which is been tapped. Just yesterday she sent the reason and cause of how Dhore's could have been dead to Vrindha, but like she expected there are darker shades to the life of Pradeep Dhore. His personal phone calls which are currently tapped revealed all his sinful actions. She just have 16 days to Pradeep's arrival but before he lands in India she should be ready with his doom. First she started this for her maa. But now she has to do this for Chand, her only bestie whom she hated without any reason when she heard about her from her maa.

When Kavya was 4, she was left abandoned in the orphanage by her own parents, well that is what she was said by Mother Mary who was the warden of her Orphange. Vrindha who was one of the influential person in society often visited the orphanage to spend time with these kids to take a break from the hectic business life. That is when she met the new strong headed girl Kavya. For a kid of 4, her maturity level astounded Vrindha, she felt an instant liking towards Kavya and decided to be her sponsor for her education.

Kavya, like other kids never expected to have a family, to get adopted by someone, all that mattered to her was education and Vrindha ensured she had the financial support for her. Through years they had become inseparable more of like Mother Daughter. Their relationship terms too changed with years, no one specifically know when Kavya started calling her as maa and why Vrindha never corrected her. Kavya completed her graduation, moved out of the Orphanage and stayed in separate house taking care of her own needs. She also declared she wished to take the service commission exams. Vrindha was so much proud of her, she felt Kavya was her mirror image –a head strong girl, confident and determined one.

It was 2 month from the day Kavya has joined her training academy in Ghaziabad for her CBI training. It was difficult for her to do digest the message her ma left her, when she clearly promised that they will celebrate her victory the next day when they last spoke. But the next day when she was waiting for her to celebrate with her maa, in their usual spot, her maa sent a message which read

"Going to Sydney, don't know when I will be back. Will call you ASAP"

Initially Kavya thought it was her usual business trips, but even after 2 month she hasn't received any calls, her number remained unreachable. Kavya left n number of mails to her Mail ID but none was responded. She feared her mother's safety, but the call she received on that day broke that strong girl.

"Maa, where are you? Are you safe? Why didn't you message me? Why didn't you call me?" her anxiety and restlessness echoed her voice

"Kavya, I am safe. I am sorry, I was busy in things happening around that I wasn't able to contact you or reply any of your mails." Vrindha's voice was tired. Now that her maa was safe, Kavya felt an indefinable anger that how could her mother forget to contact her for bloody 2 months.

"But maa, I was worried for you here, you could have sent me a mail or at least a message. How can you be busy forgetting a soul, which will be back home waiting for your calls, messages or mails" her voice now frustrated and accusing.

"Didn't I say Kavya that I am busy here handling Chandini. Why don't you understand that you cannot always be my priority? Don't fuss with me some stupid questions Kavya" Vrindha's voice boomed for the first time towards Kavya.

She felt broken, once the words of Vrindha reached her auditory canal. Reality struck her cold in face, she is no one to Vrindha. She is still an orphaned girl, who was tossed away by her own parents. She cannot expect some random stranger to accept her entirely in life and make her as their priority. She remembered Chandini as one among the person in Vrindha's family, from what Vrindha had spoken to her. So now her maa has responsibility towards some random girl, that she forgotten their bond of years. Kavya felt unexplainable anger and hatred rose towards Chandini at that instant for seeking her mother's attention. But she don't wanted to be the girl, who is weak, who needs attention. She can take care of herself and she don't need anyone to do that duty for her. When she can live without anyone for years, she can still survive this cruel world the same way for rest of her life.

"Kavya? Are you there? How are you girl?" Hearing the other side calm, Vrindha called out for Kavya .This time her voice calm and with the love for her daughter

"So..Sorry Madam for troubling your works and priority. Thanks for all your help. Please take care "and the call went dead.

Vrindha stood dumb, she never realised what she bought upon herself in a moment of anger and frustration. The one person who existed for her was Kavya, though she didn't legally adopt her she never once felt like she is some stranger but as her own. But today she herself shooed Kavya away from her life, that Kavya has become distant in a minute. Thinking to amend what she did she called Kavya again and again and again. No responses until that day.

10 months later-

The day Kavya completed her training, first time she attended Vrindha's call to thank her for sponsoring, which made her achieve her dreams.

But 5 minutes of talking with her, Vrindha convinced Kavya  to meet her in Sydney. How she met Chandini, how she got to befriend her, how she decided to stay with her was all a history now. Everything changed except her relation with Vrindha. She doesn't want to hurt herself once more.

Kavya smiled thinking how she reconciled with her maa a day before. Now she decided her next set of actions to target Pradeep from the new found information's..

Pranav was sitting with his mobile, staring seriously and contemplating on something when his thought process was disturbed by Anu.

"Pranav, I am going to NEST will be back soon" her hyper state activated his cautious muscles

"Mithu, why to NEST now at 8 in the night? What happened? Everything fine there?" he asked her tailing behind his wife who was running towards parking lot with keys in her hand.

"It's Pari, I mean Chand "she clarified seeing the confused look on his face with the name Pari.

Swiftly getting the keys from her hand and motioning her towards Passenger seat, he started the car asking her to continue what she was saying.

"She has come to NEST by evening in a zombie state and from then on she is staring something simply without talking to anyone. Our caretaker called me saying she is afraid of Chandini's state." Anu rambled at a go and looked restless

"'Mithu Shhh..She must be okay. We are going there right? We will talk with her. You need to stay calm now." Pranav assured Anu and again went back to his deep thinking.

"Pranav, It is all my fault. I disclosed my past with her in the morning from then on she looked disturbed. I thought she will be okay once get some rest and process her thoughts but seems like she is heavily disturbed by what I said " when Anu said this her voice was raking with sobs.

Pranav was surprised by this new found information. His wife was never ever spoke about her past with anyone except him, sharing this with Chand made him know she considered Chandini as her own.

"No Mithu, just like you she will be strong. I will talk to her and see if I can fish something out. Now I want you calm and composed. Breathe in and Breathe out" he eased Anu to make her feel better.

Once the car reached gates Anu barged in towards the guest room of NEST. Pranav after getting down spotted Chandini in gazebo staring into nothingness. He took out a pill from dashboard, made his way towards her without calling Anu to have a minute of private talk with her.

Sensing some man walking towards her, Chandini looked startled for a moment and grabbed the water bottle which was placed in the table to aim at the person who is walking towards her to harm her. Before Chandini could react, Pranav grabbed the bottle from her hand and outstretched his hand with pill.

Chandini stood frozen seeing Pranav and that too with the tablet that is prescribed for her, by her doctor.

"Now you need to take this tablet, as per your prescription this has to be taken in an interval of 6 hours after your panic attack. So please.."

Chandini swallowed the tablet and looked in his direction for explanation. She was confused on how come Pranav knew that she had panic attack and how come he knew she was prescribed with pills for her attacks at certain intervals.

"Pari you scared me idiot" Anu rushed and hugged her tight making Chandini break into a small smile after a heavy day.

All of a sudden Chandini felt she is safe and home. The warmth that oozed out of Anu and the care she bestowed on her was heavenly and she ached for more.

"Am sorry Di"

"Am sorry Pari"

Both voiced out at the same time in a cracked voice.

Anu made her sit on table and started to ask when Pranav butted in saying "My Wife ki pari, please save me from her Pari talks and come with her to our home so I can have a good night sleep away from her torture."

Anu realised Pranav doesn't want her to talk on past and Chandini realised Pranav doesn't want Anu know about the pills and her condition so both changed the topic.

Anu hit him on his arms and dragged her pari to the car.

"No Di, I will go to my home" Chandini hesitated

"No more talks, what I decided is decided get into the car and come to our home" Anu declared sternly

Chandini needed her right now so she decided to go with Anu. Stepping into Anu's living room she was greeted with Arjun, Anu, Adi and Pranav's photo all around. Back then in Anu's embrace she felt safe but now surrounded by his photos, smiling at her she felt all the memories rushing towards her,the one from accidental collision till today's evening .What is he to her?

Hello Peeps!! I am sorry for being late :( Well i have 1000 things to ramble on why i am late with update but i don't want to give reasons :(

How is this update?Good /Bad? 

I know i am giving more of their past in  each chapter ,but that is important for the story and i want to get done with it before some romantic moments with Chandini and Arjun ;)

Now that Kavya and Buaji's relation is out ,what do you think of them?

Pranav got to know about Chandini's panic attack but how?What is Chandini's pov on things happened today?What is she going to do with Arjun??
