Chandini POV:

Few more days and then everything will fall into place. I wondered how these many days Kavya had successfully stalled him from talking with me because I wasn't receiving any of his calls from that swine recently. The last thing I wanted to do now is thinking of him and his psychic ways .I have better things to do. Sighing I checked my mails for any updates on things am waiting but alas nothing came. I got up from bed, entered my gallery which I had setup in this house once I started painting for Di and Jiju to keep myself away from stress. Never once my painting was set out for others eyes, the moment I complete any work, it will be packed and sent to India to be added to that Swine's collection. Working on the canvas which was half painted I let my thoughts wander why is that douche bag is this obsessed with me. From now on he will note even be able to see anyone of my paint brushes. He doesn't deserve to be in the radius of my existence. Not anymore I am going to be puppet in his hands and stay put. Also I am going to decide for myself, hope buaji will understand my reasons.

Tension was surging through Vrinda's veins by the idiot sitting in front of her. She was not sure on how to restrict him on his idea of leaving to India all of a sudden so she uttered all the rubbish that came into her mind.

"You cannot Pradeep. Listen to what I say, we are almost success in our plans of making all the properties come under your name. You cannot be in haste now and rush to India when everything will falls in place. You will be going to India only on Sunday, I will leave from here on Friday." She said making him cringe in confusion

"Bua you are talking nonsense .How come me rushing to India now will hinder the plan?" he was in verge of exploding at her but kept himself at bay for the years of cooperation she gave him to loot the entire property of Dhore's

By now Vrindha devised an idea to convince him and retorted "What if Chandini decides to come out in open saying she is not ready to marry you? You and I both know she is not ready to get married to you and I am still clueless why she cringe away when she sees you. Now that you are away she is not thinking on anything and so not doing any damage to our plan. The moment you reach India and meet her she will get the real picture of how she is forced into marrying someone she dislikes and she will eventually spoil the plan. I don't want anything going in pit because of your pell-mell behaviour Pradeep."

Buaji doesn't have any idea Chandini was harassed by me and also the other truth related with it. She just thinks the impact of my parent death has resulted in some mental disorder with her. Its better this way to stay away from my babygirl for another 5 days after which both the property and she will be under my radar. After all these I am going to show this old lady her place, she is so controlling which I hate to core. For now I have to find other ways to call my man on the updates about the girls been properly sent to their rightful owners. It's been freaking two days he got in touch with me, if not for this crone I will be on air to India now. Pradeep who was analysing each thing decided for now to be in good side of Bua replied "You are right Bua,I will make sure I go there before a day of marriage. I see she is still loathing me from the way she is giving me one word answers whenever I speak with her." and exited the room with a hard face.

Vrindha sighed in relief when Pradeep exited the room and called Kavya for umpteenth time from the past 2 days. When the instant the line was picked her words tumbled out "Kavya it was from two days am calling you and you are not picking my calls. Are you okay? What happened to you? Why Pradeep suddenly wants to go to India and to top this all why the heck Chandini is speaking with Pradeep in call. You are not near to her and this idiotic girl is taking his calls. I said it is a wrong move to leave her alone see she is now frightened and attending his calls. Why are you not answering any of my queries haan?"

"Maa Maa breathe out. You must take a break in between questions to let me talk. Drink the water beside you and settle by settee in your cabin" Kavya replied in her ever composed tone.

After a minute Kavya heard from Vrindha "Am settled in settee now, but how you know where am I ?You say as if you are seeing me."

"Maa I know your each and every move, for past 6 years I got the privilege to spend my time around you. So it's a guess that you might be in your cabin strolling and taking up tension for all the former set of queries you posed out." Kavya replied with a chuckle and Vrinda smiled back, a genuine one.

"So now to ease you, I am good. I was in our mission interrogating a criminal so unable to take anyone's call. Just yesterday I wiped him off the world's existence." Kavya was cut off by Vrinada's gasp but then she continued "Maa you need not bother on these silly things concerning me.The guy i killed is deserved to be dead so he is now.And then that excuse of a human race is fidgeting to come here because he must be expecting the call from the person I executed yesterday. You don't have to nag your brain, because he will not take the topic again. I will ensure by my ways that the death person talks with that git. Also Chandini is safe and happy all alone in Mumbai. I sense a different change in her, a good one. I am keeping tabs of her, the places she visits and also the persons she meets. She is often found around an hotelier and a lady who is a founder of an old age home. I am not sure what their names are and how they are but Chandini meeting them is a big miracle owing to the fact she is uncomfortable around strangers. Especially she seems cool with this guy and he seems to be sincere from the little snippets I snooped around. To top all this she wanted to cancel this wedding, so I hope there is something good in her cards. I will be by her side in next 3 days at max after which I will enquire about the guy and further things. At last about the call it is not Chandini speaking with him. For few days he called her mobile and she didn't pick the calls making him to call me. It was easy for me to stall him few days saying she is not interested in talking. After that git's continuous torture I used voice modulation technology and made him believe that it was she talking with him. Do you have any more queries?" Kavya asked with a hint of tease in her voice

"Nah Kavya. I believe you will set everything right. Now that you say Chandini is ease with this guy, shall we get them married? You know about the will right? Even though the wedding will be cancelled Chandini will be safe from this creep, she should get married before 21 so that entire property will go to her name. If not only half of it will be in her name. So why don't we get these both married before she turns 21 that is in next 5 days?" Vrindha asked with a hesitation

"Maa stop it, just stop it. I know it's all your hard earned effort but believe me maa you will whirl around in worry if you get her married in a helter-skelter manner. I don't know whether this guy is good for her or not. I don't wish to push her in something which she will not be happy with. Even if she decides he is the one it's just 15 days she is in India and known him, they need their time to decide for such a big step. Let them take it, we will not pressurise her at any moment. Just think if we get her married hurriedly for a will she will lose the little hope she has on us. Don't make her walk through that lane .Moreover we decided three years back that if we didn't get any evidences before wedding to point at Pradeep you should be okay enough to let go of other properties.You were okay with it by then. That was the main reason we were stalling the wedding plan until now along with Chandini's health condition. It was Chandini first and the properties next and it will be the same forever." Kavya's tone reflected how much she is pissed off by her maa's suggestion.

"Don't get worried Kavya. I was just thinking about my girl's welfare. You are right, she needs her time and we will give her that. For all the offence Dhore's family did to her life this is all I can do to right it. Once Pradeep cover is pulled off our business is going to be doomed before which it's better to finalise the takeover, which am working offline so that it will not impact our worker's life who are depended on us." Vrindha said in a decisive tone.

"But don't you want to be in business after that maa?" Kavya queried her

"No Kavya. It's all enough, after Chand turns 21 she will have half the legacy as per will. If she is interested she can take the reins of business if not this takeover will happen. I must work with legal team to draft a rough clause which will not create a huge mess to our business post which I will retire and settle in the house I bought with my daughter with whom I missed spending my time. I will start from Sydney on Friday and reach India on Saturday. Hope everything unravels by the time he reaches India" Vrindha's voice held the pain thinking of what is going to happen to the Dhore's name.

"The moment he reaches India his future is doomed maa. I assure you that. Take care" Kavya hung on the call with the promise given

Arjun POV:

She was much better today in facing me and didn't shy around. Dressed in a simple black Salwar Kameez, hair in a bun she looked nothing less than any other day. Beautiful,simple and classy. The moment she entered the car she leapt forward and placed a warm kiss in my cheeks greeting me. Just from few seconds I met her I knew something is troubling her. Not to add to her worry I kept quiet and drove to our destination hoping she will speak up. Instead of having dinner at end I decided we have it at first and move to the surprise I had planned for her because I knew once there she will not have a heart to come back soon.

Dinner was extra silent affair with her checking her phone for every few minutes and being distracted for a long time. By the time I took her to the place I had planned to spend my time with her face lit up. Standing before the pristine water, the whole environment deciding to welcome us with eerie silence it can be listed in top of the lover's hideout. But what caught her eyes was the full moon enhancing this entire place's beauty.

"Arjun are we going to camp here?" she asked in an excited tone with wide grin which made me pull her cheeks.

I felt happy that she is excited and off her moody mood because of the place I chose.

"Ahh At last mighty Basanti decided to bestow her lover with her speech" I teased her for the entire silent treatment I got from her.

She looked guilty for a minute and said "I am sorry Arjun I was caught up in something. Now say me is my guess correct .We are going to camp here right?"

"Hmm yup we are going to camp but not here but right over there. Moon Kayaking Basanti. I thought you may enjoy it" I said pointing to the middle of lake and her eyes widened with my answers.

I pointed to the tandem kayak and safety wears by the bank we stood and made her wear that. Though she stood hesitant for a second she then decided to go for it. She sitting by rear end and me at front we started paddling the kayak. After paddling for half hour when we were at long distant from the bank we stopped the kayak in mid of the lake.

She was gazing at the moon and the entire surroundings while I half turned from my position to gaze at her. The small smile playing along her lips didn't do well with me along with the distance between us. I so wanted to reach out to her and kiss her senseless amidst this lake.

"Arjun, what will you do if I say I will not stop the wedding?" she asked with a hint of tease in her voice

"I will kidnap you from the wedding altar" I said as a matter of fact .For some odd reason this kidnapping plan seems to enthral me too much

She burst out laughing at the answer I gave her.

"Chand I know the wedding was decided to be private but the groom himself is not in India whereas the Bride is enjoying kayaking with her lover .Is there anything to worry me here in it?" I asked her after her long minutes of silence

"Waah too much of confidence Buddhu" she said making me slip a smile.

She knew me from top to bottom, from my likes and dislikes to my small small moments with my family. But now thinking back I never made any attempt to know her in the process of making her to fall for me. I so wanted to talk about why she was okay with this wedding in first place and what is happening in her life but thinking of her sullen face minutes before I kept quiet not wanting to discuss more on the never happening wedding and the snapperhead groom. There is a chance that it might more of worry in her.

"Basanti you have never shown me any of your paintings. Can i see your collections someday?" I asked her while we were paddling back to the bank after spending our leisure time there gazing at the full moon.

She must be taken back for a moment but then said "Of course Arjun, but at right time. You will be the one to see all my collections before anyone else sees them.Though am not a great artist I wish you like them"

"I am sure my Basanti will be best in whatever she do" I said as a matter of fact.

The moment we reached the bank, she rushed and hugged me with such a force that I staggered back few feet. Before I could compose myself back to position she placed her lips on mine sucking my breathe in with the kiss.The second she stepped back I drew her to myself fusing for another kiss. Damn after enticing me she is not going to leave with single kiss.

"What was the stunt you pulled there baby?" I asked tracing my finger on her knuckles while standing by the drive way of her home.

"That was a reward for such awesome date you have planned Sweetu. You are the perfect one for me Arjun but I cannot say the same for you " she said trying to take her naughty avatar.

I let the "sweetu" pass today because she seemed to be stressing about something from the time we met, though she was okay now there is something back on her head that makes my Chand's smile looks dull and matt.

"Indeed you are one for me Basanti " I said placing a firm kiss on her crown making her eyes shine for split second

"I loved the day Arjun. Full moon day in mid of a lake. Thanks for such a day" she bid her goodnight after her special bunny hug and entered her home leaving me worried with her thoughts.

I am back again and that too very soon!!How was the update ?Good/Bad??

So back again to things happening around. Kavya and Vrindha are too busy in hatching a plan to stop wedding .Do you think they will succeed?

Isn't Kavya being bold and straight to point?

And what is Chandini so worried about??Any ideas?

So we are walking towards the end of the story line at max another 10 chapters and then story is off air!!!I am free for next two days so there is a chance that i may update another two updates but no promises..
