2 months later,

These 2 months felt like years, from my dads' funeral, to my brother recovering, to my sister still being in coma, it was rough time. I haven't heard from my mom since the accident, she left us.

John stood by me when everybody left, I am so thankful to have him in life, he is the source of my strength, he is my rock.

My brother and I became closer, we helped healing each others' wounds, we stayed strong for our sister who needed us, we never lost hope, she is a strong girl, she is going to wake up, and will become stronger at least that is what we hoped for.

As for my pregnancy, I only have a month and half left until the baby arrives, I am so excited to hold him in my arms,to smell his little feet, I love how the newborn babies smell, I really can't wait for him to arrive.

We didn't have any celebration, after everything that happened, and still happening we're still grieving, and my sister still being in coma.

John, on the other hand is furious, he wants revenge, on the people who killed his men and damaged our family, we have came to an agreement, that he should wait till the baby is born, I want him right by my side in this tough time.

My brother and I were in the hospital every single day for the past 2 months hoping that she will wake up.

"Come on Jess it's time to wake up, we need you, your nephew needs you, I want him to see his aunt."

"Jess I was never a good brother to you, but I promise you everything will change, just wake up please."

Visiting hours were almost over, we were about to leave, that's when I heard :

"El, Nick, what happened? Where am I?" Jess asked

When I heard her I was so relieved, the doctors quickly arrived to see if everything is alright.

We explained to her what happened from the accident to our fathers' death, to her being in coma, we didn't want to hide anything from her, it's going to take some time for her to heal physically and emotionally, but she will have us to help her.
