Damian's POV

"I'm home!" calls y/n a few hours later. The dogs and I had gotten home about an hour ago. They were sleeping peacefully as y/n walked through the front door.

Their heads pick up as she walked into the living room. Bags in hand.

"Amor," I said pulling her into my lap as she sat the bags on our sofa.

"Hola Babe," she said giving me a kiss.

"How was shopping with Demi?" I asked wrapping my arms around her waist.

"Fun," she said "How was the doggie play date?"

"Good. We got home about an hour ago. I fed them and well as you can see," I chuckled as they sleepily came over to greet y/n.

"Aww. Did Barry, Luna and Bella wear you three out?" she asked as all three start wagging their tails.

"I think it was fair exchange," I said "Barry, Luna and Bella were pretty tuckered out when we left," I kissed her as she slipped to the side of me and drapes her legs over my lap.

"I am so glad all six dogs are getting along especially since Fergal is a cat dad. My three don't even know what a cat is," she laughed as she kicked off her sneakers.

I laughed as my hand slipped under her t-shirt and I rubbed her stomach. Curing my craving the touch I really needed "Well I think they would be fine," I said as I looked at the bags.

"Mm. Don't even think about it Babe. Demi has it," she said.

My head snapped to her "How?"

She smirks "Remember Babe. I have your number and can clock you from fifty yards. That," she gestures to the bags "Is some new clothes for me. And maybe," she stopped my hand from moving north "A few things for your eyes only." As I spot a Victoria's Secret bag.

"Mm. Fashion show?" I asked.

"Later. Gotta make dinner," she said.

"Beat you to it. I have ordered from Mon Petit Amour," I said.

"You did?" she asked.

I nodded "When you texted you were on your way home. I knew you were going to not really want to cook. So I ordered from one of our favorite restaurants. The food should be here within the hour."

"Babe," she said with a smile "You're so sweet," she sat up and kissed me "Want to at least see what I got?"

I nodded "Fashion show later?" I arch an eyebrow.

She winks "Of course," she said.

"Good," I said as she reached over me and grabbed the bags.

"I got new heels for Hannah and Jake's wedding in August," she said as we had a wedding of a friend of mine in New York City on August seventeenth "Have to still get the gown," she said as it was a black tie wedding.

"We're getting that tomorrow remember," I said as we had an appointment at a local dress shop.

"I do," she said "Got something for Ziva," she took out a squeaky ball and hands it to Ziva "Tony" a brand new stuffed turtle which Tony excepted happily "And of course Jethro," she pulled out a stuffed chicken making me laugh. Jethro sniffs it and quickly takes it and walked away to his bed. Ziva is laying at my feet squeaking her ball and Tony took his new turtle to his old turtle in his bed. "And then I got you this," she put a t-shirt over my face.

"MARIPOSA!" I laughed as I took the shirt down and looked at it. My favorite band ever stares back at me "Mariposa." she smiles at me and raised her eyebrows.

"Hmm?" she said.

"This looks vintage," I said.

"It is," she said "Dem and I found it while walking around the mall."

"This had to be absolutely expensive," I said.

"It was," she shrugged.

"But," I said.

"But what?" she said as she looked at me "I can't spoil you?"

"You can but Babe," I said.

"But nothing. I got a nice little package after leaving my teaching job in New York," she said "So I'm spoiling my man."

I shook my head before pulling her to me and kissed her "Gracias Amor," I said "I love it."

"Good," she smiled as she turned her attention to the Victoria's Secret bag before picking it up "And I think you're going to love these too," she dangles the bag in front of my face and I try to peek in "Aaaah aaaah ahh. No peeking. These are for later."

"Tease!" I said as she got up and went towards our bedroom all three dogs following her.

"And you love it!" she laughs as she disappeared into our bedroom before coming back out and back over to me. One other bag sat untouched. I am intrigued.

"And this bag?" I gesture.

"Now you'll see in a minute," she said before she took a slinky dark purple sundress "What do you think?" she asked holding it up to herself "I got it several different colors."

"I would much rather see it on you," I said shooing her away to go change. She obeys and once she came out my jaw drops. I had never seen the show so she said we should watch seasons one through thirteen because after Michael and Cote left it wasn't the same. So we're currently on season three. She was right, Kate was okay but when Ziva came in it made the show so much better. We were on Under Covers which is y/n's favorite episode after season seven's Jet Lag.

I chuckled at the lines 'We see you DiNozzo.' 'All of you.' as Tony and Ziva were talking with Gibbs and the new director Jenny Shepard.

"Told you this show had funny moments," she said as she was giggling too "Especially with Tony," causing our Tony to give her a 'ruff' from his position on the floor as he was watching "You too Tony."

I kissed her cheek and she melted into me "Thanks for introducing me to this show," I said.

"No problem Babe," she said as I placed our laced hands on her stomach as she laid on my arm as we laid on the sofa. I laid my head on hers as we watched.

"When does Abby start liking Ziva?" I asked.

"Give it time," she said "I know Abby loves everyone. Except obviously Chip," she laughed.

"Charles," I said making her laugh more "But he is a horse's ass," I said.

"He is. And you'll see more later. I promise," she grins "I am so glad you love one of my shows."

I chuckled before kissing her ear lobe. "You're welcome amor," I said. If I could freeze this moment to last forever I would. It sucks that towards the end of this month I would be in Japan for a week then heading to the states for Raw before y/n flew to meet me in Cleveland for Summer Slam week.

"Mmm," she hums as she moved closer to me if that was possible.

"What?" I asked.

"I'm going to miss this. You head out for two weeks on the road the day after tomorrow. Do you have any idea how hard it is to sleep in our bed without you?" she said as she turned her head to look at me as a commercial pops up on Paramount Plus.

"Probably as hard as it is for me when you're half way around the world. I hate it. But you fly to Cleveland on the thirtieth and we're reunited," I said "I promise I will bring you something back from Japan. Name it and I will search for it."

"Anything. I mean I know you can't bring back those humongous strawberries so have some for me while there. But you know I love Kawaii. So any of those especially a unicorn,cat or duck," she grins at me. I kissed her face.

"You got it," I said "Kawaii unicorns, cats and ducks coming your way," I kissed her eyelashes as the show returned and our attention was drawn back to it.

Yes. This was a moment I wanted to capture in my memory to last me the long nearly two weeks without each other.
