Damian's POV

I wake up before y/n on Thursday morning. I smirk as I knew how to wake her up on her birthday.

I kissed her cheek and then her jawline causing her to moan lightly. I kissed it again before moving down to the curve of her neck and she moans again when I hit her sweet spot.

"Wake up Mariposa," I said softly kissing her neck again.

"Mm. Five more minutes," she murmured.

"Wake up. It's someone's birthday," I whispered into her ear. She smiled but didn't open her eyes "Open those beautiful y/e/c eyes."

Her eyes flutter open and they fell to me "Mmm. Morning," she said as she stretched.

"Morning beautiful," I said tucking a strand of hair behind her ear "Feliz cumpleaños a ti. Feliz cumpleaños a ti. Feliz cumpleaños mi amor. Feliz cumpleaños a ti," I sang to her making her smile "Happy Birthday y/n."

"Thank you Luis," she said as she wrapped her arms around me and kissed me.

"You're welcome," I said against her lips as I held her close as I broke the kiss. I rested my forehead against hers. "Do you want your birthday gifts now or in Berlin?"

"Now?" she asked giving me the puppy dog eyes "Please?"

"How can I say no to that face?" I said.

"You can't," said y/n making me laugh as I peck her lips.

"First off sit up," I said as she did so I sat up too. "You stay there and close your eyes," I said. She did as she was told and I slipped from the bed. I went to the bag I was keeping them in, in the off chance she wanted to wait but I should have known better. I unzipped the bag and grabbed the two jewelry boxes "Now I didn't wrap these in the off chance you said you wanted to wait and get them in Berlin," making y/n giggle "I know. I should have known better," I said as I sat on the bed "Okay. Hold out your hands." She held them out and I placed the first one in her hands. The one Dominik brought me in Sunrise, Florida "You may open your eyes."

She opened them and saw the blue velvet jewelry box "Luis. More jewelry? You spoil me," she smiled softly as she leaned over and kissed me.

"Babe. I am always going to spoil you," I said "Open it," I said as I turned on our playlist and Can't Help Falling In Love by Michael Bublè plays throughout the room.

She opened the hinged box and gasped as her eyes fell on the white gold locket "Oh Luis. It's beautiful," she said as she ran her fingers over it.

"It's a locket. Open it," I said.

She took it from the box and opened it. She bit back a sob as it was a picture of us and her parents. "Oh," she leaned over cupping my face in her hands and kissed me "I love it," she said "Thank you," she held it to her chest "I will treasure this forever," she smiles.

"You're welcome," I said smiling as I kissed her again "Now you still have another present," I said as she placed the locket on the bed between us and I placed the black velvet jewelry box into her hands.

"Can I open it?" she asked.

"No Babe. You can just stare at it," I laughed and she giggles "Open it. I want to see your face."

She grins at me before she opens it. She gasped before her mouth fell open as her eyes fell on the triple diamond pendant set in white gold and hung on a white gold chain "Oh," she said "Oh," she looks at me and then back at the necklace before back at me "You. You. Remembered?!" the tears fell " You remembered the conversation from the night we met? The Leo necklace?!"

"I remember every conversation we have ever had amor," I said "And I saw this necklace," I took the box from her and took the necklace out and put it around her neck "the day I picked up the platter and your earrings and bracelet," she smiles as she was wearing the earrings at that very moment "And I knew I had to buy it for you."

She placed her hand over the necklace before she smiled and looked at me Love You Inside Out by Bee Gees plays before she cups my face in her hands and placed a tender kiss on my lips "Thank you so much," she said as tears fell and I wrapped my arms around her kissed her back "I love you so much."

"I love you more," I said against her lips.

She laughed lightly "Thank you for spoiling me," she said as she broke the kiss.

I chuckled and kissed the tip of her nose "You're welcome Amor," I said "Now what does my birthday girl want for breakfast?"

She chews her lip "Can you make me waffles?" she smiles.

I chuckled "I can. Is that what you want?" I asked.

She nods "Please?" she said.

"Okay with strawberries, blueberries and bananas?" I asked.

She grins and nods "Yes please," she said.

"Wanna come and watch me make them?" I asked.

She grins "Please?" she asked.

"Of course," I said kissing her forehead "I just have to use the restroom and then we can go to the kitchen," I peck her lips before slipping from the bed and I heard the music change to I'm Not That Girl from Wicked sung by Idina Menzel. Then I heard footsteps as y/n obviously was out of bed.

"Babe. Taking the dogs out to potty," she said.

" Okay," I said as I could hear her singing softly as she left.

We are eating breakfast and listening to Broadway Ballads and y/n sings softly along to For Forever by Ben Platt from the musical Dear Evan Hansen. I smile as she looked so happy as she looked up at me before blushing.

"Sorry. I don't mean to sing along," she said.

"Baby. Don't worry," I said as squeezed her hand "It's cute."

She giggles lightly "How are you not sick of me singing along?" she asked as With You from the cast of Ghost the Musical. Y/N glanced at the phone and began crying as we listen to the heartbreaking ballad. I stood and pulled her into my arms. I kissed the top of her head as I let her cry "I'm sorry," she murmured into my chest as I held.

"Don't be. It's a sad song for an equally sad movie," I said as I cupped her face in my hands and I gently wipe away the tears before placing a kiss on her lips. She smiled against them and decided to actually listen to the cast album.

"Are you sure you will be okay with this?" I asked. She nodded.

" I wanna see how they made it into a musical. Aside from Unchained Melody. I can't imagine how the movie can be made into musical," she said as I sat and she sat in my lap as we both look at the cast album and the songs and she hits Unchained Melody and we listened to it. She leaned against me as I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her cheek as she giggles "Aww," she smiled as it was Sam singing it to Molly and then turned into nothing but instrumental "Oh how pretty," she said as she scrolled further.

"Come on let's sit in the living room and listen," I said as I kissed her cheek.

She nodded as we put our empty plates into the sink.

Snuggled onto the sofa she skipped one song as she wrinkled her nose. So I knew she didn't like it without saying she didn't.

We listened to Three Little Words and she wipes away tears. I kissed the side of her head as it was pretty but so sad at the same time.

"I will never say ditto," I said softly as she looked at me with a smile before leaning up to kiss me "It will always be I love you y/n or Te amo y/n," I said.

She giggles "I love you Luis. Te amo Luis," she said kissing me back. She immediately skipped where Sam died because she couldn't handle it. She leaned against me clicking each of the songs but making faces at the opening cords and she heaves a sigh before coming to Unchained Melody (Dance) /The Love Inside and she leaned against me as I wrapped my arms around her. I leaned my head against hers and we listened. They had turned it into a duet. It's the end of the movie where Molly can finally see and hear Sam and that was it. Y/N burst into tears as we listened to Sam saying goodbye to Molly and Oda Mae. I find myself staring to cry too. I had to laugh lightly as Sam finally said 'I love you' to Molly, "Oh fuck," laughed y/n lightly "I don't think I could handle seeing this," she looks at me "Baby, are you crying?"

I nodded "Yeah," I admitted as we listened to Molly saying goodbye to Sam as he headed into the light telling her you take the love you have inside "I'm with you. I could not handle seeing this either."

She giggles and pressed her lips against mine "We're saps," she said making me laugh.

"I think so. We are not adding any of these songs but there were some beautiful songs," I said as we listened to the duet version of With You.

Y/N grabbed her phone and changed the playlist to her karaoke playlist "There. Better," she said before she looks at me "I think we should bring the luggage out and get ready to take Tony and Ziva to Sherry's."

"We have about an hour before we have to really do that," I pout "Can't we just I don't know snuggle?"

Y/N smiled as she pulled me up as ABC by Jackson 5 "As tempting as offer that is. We get the luggage now and we have more time for snuggles and I can see if Sherry can pick up Tony and Ziva before the car service picks us up. Then you," she walked her fingers up my chest and boops my nose "and me," she points to herself "Can have alone time," she smiled "And I can tell you what I have planned for the plane. I have an idea I want to run by you."

"Mm. Color me intrigued," I said as she pulled me towards the bedroom.

"Well just because I can't get pleasure," she smirks as she walked backwards pulling me towards the bedroom.

I arched an eyebrow "You do know Demi is going to be directly behind us. She will see if you disappear under the covers right?" I said as Shake Your Body (Down to The Ground) by The Jacksons plays.

"Simple. It is an eight hour plan ride correct?" she said.

" A little over," I said.

"She has to sleep at some point," she smirked as she wrapped my arms around her waist.

"Y/N?" I smirk "I love the idea but what if she doesn't go to sleep?"

Y/N pursed her lips" I didn't think of that," she said.

"Also what happens if you fall asleep. We both know if you get comfortable enough and are snuggled up to me," I chuckled and kissed her lips as she giggles.

"Okay. You have a valid point," she said.

"Not valid it's the truth," I teased "We have the Puerto Rico trip. Baby I can rent a private jet and we don't have to worry about anyone," I smirk.

She smirks back at me "Eres un niño muy travieso ¿no?" she said as she wrapped her arms around my neck. (You're a very naughty boy aren't you?)

"Bebé, no sabes lo travieso que puede ser Papi. No me llaman el malo por nada," I said making her blush to the roots of her hair. (Baby you don't know how naughty Papi can be. They don't call me the bad guy for nothing.)

She bit her lip as she looked up at me "Papi, haces que sea muy difícil ser bueno," she said. (Papi. You make it very hard to be good.)

"So I take it you like my little idea?" I asked.

She nodded as Wannabe by Spice Girls came and she giggled as we both sang along to the track as we grabbed the luggage, carry-ons and the dogs' bag taking it to the door and y/n texted Sherry to see if she could pick up Tony and Ziva luckily Sherry was close by and could pick them up.

At the airport....

We are sitting by the gate waiting to board. Demi and y/n were talking in hushed whispers and they're trying to make sure I am not eavesdropping.

"Luis Martinez you best not be listening," y/n scolded playfully.

" Hey I'm reading my book. I'm being good," I said smiling at the both of them.

They looked at each other and laughed before they put their heads together again. I could hear snippets of their conversation.

" Now Matt hasn't stumbled across it has he? I would be mortified!" said y/n.

"No. I have it well hidden that he would not even know where to look," she said as I was leaning in.

"Just as long as you remember where it is," giggles y/n.

"I do. Don't worry," said Demi "Can you ima-" she glanced over her shoulder "LUIS!" fuck I got caught leaning in and she pushed me away from them "This is an A and B conversation C your way out of it," she waved her hand towards me. Y/N gave me a look and I knew I was pushing it.

"Okay. I am sorry," I said "I will be good."

"Better be," said y/n a smirk tugging her lips" Or I'm punishing you later."

"Promise?" I asked earning an eye roll from Demi as she shot y/n a warning glance.

"Not on the plane don't worry," said y/n with a laugh.

Demi pursed her lips before she grins "You're lucky it's your birthday," she said "I try to not whoop a person's ass on their birthday."

Y/N giggles as we get our boarding call and we all head for the plane. Onto Berlin......
