Damian's POV

Y/N and I are in the kitchen. She wore only one of my t-shirts and her lace panties and I only wore basketball shorts. We are making a snack of cheese cubes, pretzels and apples with caramel dipping sauce as Sometimes by Britney Spears played throughout the house. Y/N is singing along to the song as I cut up some apple chunks for Tony and Ziva. Y/N ate a apple slice as she danced by the kitchen island taking two apple chunks and handing them to Tony and Ziva.

"Be with you day and night," sang y/n giggling as she fed me a apple slice. As I cleaned up and grabbed the caramel dip container "So should we watch some more NCIS? We're on season seven episode one," asked y/n eating a pretzel.

"Go ahead and cue it up. I just have to heat the caramel for dipping the apple slices."

She grins before kissing my lips and I can taste the caramel on them "Babe. That's suppose to be heated," I said licking my lips as she giggles and skipped off to the living room.

"Oopsie," she said from the living room "Not my fault you took too long to heat it. Mamí likes her caramel."

I smirked and shook my head luckily she had not eaten the entire container and I was able to melt it before putting in the middle of the tray of snacks.

"Well here comes the caramel Mamí," I said putting the tray on the table as I sat beside y/n. I went to stop the music but y/n stopped me as We Belong Together by Ritchie Valens began.

"Wait. I love this song," she said dipping a apple slice in the caramel and feeding it to me.

"Eres mía, Tus labios me pertenecen, Sí, me pertenecen sólo a mí, Por la eternidad," I sang to y/n and she smiled as she kissed the access caramel off my lips. (You're mine, Your lips belong to me, Yes, they belong to only me, For eternity)

"Será mejor que lo creas," she said (You better believe that) with a smile as the song ended and I shut the music off and she quickly put the tv on and started NCIS season seven episode one as she snuggled up to me laying her head on my pectoral muscle using it like a pillow. I wrapped my arm around her and put a hand on her hip as we watched the episode entitled Truth or Consequences . Ziva had been captured by terrorists and Tony was going to stop at nothing to save her. So with the help of Tim, Abby, Gibbs and Vance he sets out to Africa to move heaven and earth to find Ziva. While he and Tim were searching they're captured and are held hostage. But luckily that was their plain and they had actually FOUND Ziva. Tony had been shot up with truth serum.

"ZIVA ASK HIM IF HE LOVES YOU!" I shouted at the tv making y/n giggle madly.

But Ziva asked Tony why he came there and he said 'I couldn't live without you I guess.ʼ

Y/N titled her head up to me "Same goes for me Luis," she said smiling at me "I couldn't and can't live without you but there is definitely no guesses about it."

I smiled as I caress her cheek with the side of my thumb "Right there with y/n. I can't, couldn't, wouldn't and won't live without you. You're stuck with me Babe," I said pulling her up to my lips and I captured her lips with mine as she held my face but dog, Tony let's out a loud bark and we broke apart laughing.

"Tough crowd," I said as y/n settled back into my side and I wrapped my arm around her.

Y/N pats my stomach "Tony probably doesn't want his ears hurting again today," she said with a laugh.

"Hey Tony. I appreciated the music your Mamí provided me," I said looking at Tony as she looked up at me and I wink. She rolled her eyes and shook her head as she reached for a handful of pretzels.

"Tú-tú eres un montón de problemas para mi corazón," she said her attention on the tv. (You-you are a whole lot of trouble my heart.)

I chuckled as season seven episode two of NCIS began which made y/n almost giddy.

"Take it easy. You're gonna pop princesa," I said with a mixture of amusement and curiosity.

"This episode has my all-time favorite line!" she said eating a pretzel as she laid her head on my shoulder as she she pops a pretzel into my mouth.

"Is this the nutter butter episode?" I asked chuckling as she had an inside joke since she had met Cody and both learned they shared a love of NCIS and they would get each other a nutter butter before laughing like hyenas. She looks at me with a gigantic grin and I knew this was her nutter butter episode. Ziva was waiting to be reinstated to NCIS and well she had talked to everyone but Tony and well Tim stands there awkwardly as Tony and Ziva stare at one another not speaking and he awkwardly say 'I'm going to get a Nutter Butter' and as he walked away he cringed at himself saying it. I laughed and smiled at y/n "Okay so that was funny," I said "I mean Tim could have said I will give you two a minute but nope he had to make his exit even more awkward."

"Well if I'm honest," said y/n grabbing the tray raising it above her head as our Ziva made a play for the caramel "I don't really think Tony or Ziva even realized Tim was there anymore as soon as their eyes met," she stood to take the now empty tray to the kitchen. We had polished off the last of the apple slices.

Once she returned from the kitchen I grabbed her around the waist and pulled her into my lap as episode two was finishing up with Ziva getting the green light to return.

"You have a point on that. Now how about you and I make that cookies and cream cheesecake?" I asked. She smiles and leaned in kissing me.

"Sounds like a plan Babe," she said as she shut the tv off and turned on music. We did have our days where we were quiet and read a book but there were days like today that we just needed sound of some type filling the house. Y/N slipped off my lap and Tony and Ziva followed her to the kitchen me following the three of them.

"I hate you walking away from me but I sure do love the view of you walking away," I said biting my lip. She looks over her shoulder and smirks as her eyes roam over my body.

"Me gusta mi vista ahora mismo Papí," she said turning to walk backwards. (I like my view right now Papí.)

I chuckled as I grabbed her hand stopping her from toppling over Tony's food and water bowl bench "Babe. I swear I'm wrapping you in bubble wrap when you aren't near me," I said as she glanced behind her.

"Thanks Luis," she pats my chest "I completely forgot about Tony's bench."

"And before you take any more steps Ziva's is to your right," I teased.

She smacked my chest "Meanie," she pouts playfully.

"Babe. I'm looking out for your safety. Honestly," I said sincerely "I don't want you hurt." I wrapped my arms around her waist, "And besides I don't want you hurt because we are nine days away from me being able to wrap my arms around my forty two year old girlfriend," I smirk "And I can say I am with an older woman for twenty eight days."

"Hey you respect your elders," she swatted me playfully on the arm.

"Always will ma'am," I smirk as I leaned in and kissed her as she wrapped her arms around my neck but Tony got in between us and broke us apart.

"Hey, Tony DiNozzo y/l//n-Martinez you let your Papá and I kiss," said y/n looking down at him as he sat between us. His derp face plastered on his cute little fur face "Just because your big brother always monitored Luis and I doesn't mean you do," she knelt and boops his nose "We," she pointed between her and I as I took a knee "have a right to show each other affection. We still love you two too," she pulled Ziva into her side who licked her "We always will. Especially me. You little turds have always been there for me," she kissed the tops of their heads "I know it hasn't been long since we moved here and we lost Jethro but now you got an extra," she looks at me and smiled "person to love you and be just as absolutely crazy about you as I am."

"Exactly," I said as Happy Anywhere by Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani fills the house "After your Mamí, you two are number two in my heart. You three make life worth living. You make the days coming home after a long five days on the road all the more special," I smiled as I pulled y/n towards me and Tony and Ziva piled on in making y/n giggle "And you three will never know how much it has brought a sense of peace and balance to my life."

Y/N looks at me as her eyes filled with tears as if on cue Faithfully by Journey began. I held them all close before Tony got the urge to play tag with Ziva and he wiggles from our grasp and playfully pounced on Ziva before taking off and Ziva gave chase. I stood bringing y/n up with me. We walked back over to the sofa. I just had the sudden urge to snuggle. I laid down pulling y/n gently to the sofa. She turned to me nuzzling her face into the curve of my neck and I buried my face into the side of her head. We just held each other as the music continues forgetting about the cheesecake as they can be made at any time while we were home. Just being in each other's arms in the still of the house as Tony and Ziva zipped into the living room and we can hear them scoot to a stop and hop up at the end of the sofa by our feet laying as they were in tune with the stillness. When all four of us fell asleep is beyond me but we woke up when it was dark out and the only light that filled the living room was the silver moonlight coming through the window.

I was the first to stir and y/n was close behind me with a small groan of discomfort.

"What time is it?" she asked as I tried to use the pale moonlight to see the time.

"Fuck it's nine pm," I said as I finally was able to focus on the cable box.

"Oh shit," said y/n as she rubbed the back of her neck "Let's grab a quick bite to eat and then actually go back to bed," she sleepily suggested.

I nod "Sounds like a plan. We can make tomorrow a day of doing things we wanted to do today."

She nodded "Since wash had been all but abandoned and we didn't make the cheesecake but I guess we were more exhausted than we thought."

I nod in agreement "Tomorrow is another day and most definitely a day for spending at home doing laundry, making a cheesecake and dinner together."

We reluctantly moved to the kitchen grabbing a quick bite to eat. Giving Tony and Ziva a small dinner before I shut off the music and the sounds of calmness and stillness filled the house.
