Sky's POV

"Serena!"

"Huh?" She said, then gasped. "Sky!"

I ran up to her and engulfed her in a massive hug.

"Sky! What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Well, you weren't at your house, so, me being the bravest out of those two, went and looked for you." I stated with a heroic look on my face.

She giggled. "Yeah yeah, because you're so heroic."

I smiled and poked my chest. "Yep that's me-ow." I smiled and rubbed where I stabbed myself. (You know you're a great author when you make a pun on accident)

"Stop doing that, you're gonna hurt yourself." She said, playfully slapping my arm.

I shrugged. "Meh."

Serena's POV

I don't believe it. How did she even get out of the house? She never wants to go outside unless it's... really important to her.... Does that mean she's really my friend? Were the others too scared to look for me? I doubt it.

"Hey, let's go inside and eat! I'm super hungry!" Ash exclaimed.

"You just ate a couple hours ago." I said as a bead of sweat formed on my forehead.

"That's just typical Ash." Desmond said, crossing his arms.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" Ash shouted.

They started arguing for a few minutes until I walked in the middle of them and bonked their foreheads together, they jumped back quickly and exclaimed in pain.

"What was that for?!" They shouted in unison.

I shrugged. "You were fighting."

"Okay, kids. Let's go eat." Mom spoke up, scooting Ash and Desmond to the table.

~Time Skip Because Author-Chan Is Super Lazy And It's 6 In The Morning (At The Time I'm Writing)~

"Wow! Dinner was delicious! Thanks ma!" I exclaimed in happiness.

Ash nodded in agreement. "Mm-hmm!" He muffled.

"You make some great ps'ketti, Delia!" Desmond exclaimed.

"Desmond, you don't have to call me that." Mom said.

"I know." He replied with a smirk on his face.

"Children, it's getting dark out. Why don't we all stay here tonight!" Mom exclaimed in excitement.

"Yay! Sleepover!" Sky and I shouted, jumping up and down.

The blankets were spread out on the floor with pillows above them. Me, Sky, Ash, and Desmond all crept under the blankets. Desmond was on the far left, his back facing us. Sky was next, her back facing his. My back was facing Sky, so my front was next to Ash. We huddled together, even though it was a pretty warm night.

I quickly fell asleep, it was a pretty exhausting day.

I don't think I had a dream, it felt like I slept and woke up, nothing else.

I rubbed my eyes then opened them. I saw Ash fast asleep, I felt his arms shift and tighten on my back, then he hunched over a little more. He looked like he was freezing. I carefully scooted closer to Ash and wrapped my legs around his torso, hopefully keeping him warm with my body heat. He seemed to be comforted by this, he loosened his grip on my back and his legs moved downward, he was no longer hunched in a ball. I smiled at his actions and looked through a window, it wasn't daylight yet. I turned my head to barely see that both Skylar and Desmond were shivering, Sky slightly less. I didn't like this at all. I slowly removed one of my legs off of Ash and moved it up, my foot caught the blanket and I moved it up. Sky raised her arms and rubbed her eyes, she looked at me, I waved my foot and she reached down and grabbed the top of the blanket, then moved it up towards the bottom of her neck, she nodded to me as if to say 'thank you' and turned so her back faced me. She then moved her arm with the blanket onto Desmond, he almost immediately stopped shivering. I put my foot back around Ash and turned my head forward. Satisfied with what I'd done, I fell back into the world of sleep.

-Morning-

I woke up again and looked at a window, this time there was daylight. I shifted my gaze to Ash, he looked like he was awake for quite a while.

"Morning Ash!" I said in a cheery tone.

"Mornin' Serena!" He replied with a happy grin on his face.

"How was your sleep?"

"Great! How was yours?" He asked me in a curious tone.

"Good, until I woke up to you three shivering." I replied.

"Are you the reason I'm so warm?" He asked.

"I guess."

"No, not on my body. In my heart. It's all warm and fuzzy when you're around."

I smiled. "I dunno, but I did keep you warm last night."

I realized our position. I was flat on my back with my arm closest to Ash under his neck, my hand stood up straight. My arm furthest from him was bent and my hand was on top of his. Ash was on his stomach, his arm closest to me reached out under my bent hand, his other arm was under my arm under his neck. Our legs had the same pose, one straight down and the other almost completely stretched out. We both got up and looked at Desmond and Sky. They looked warm, but were in tiny cooped-up balls, Sky towards me and Desmond opposite. I poked Sky and she looked at me.

"Yeah, Sere?" She asked.

"I told you not to call me that!" I exclaimed.

She sat up. "What's the problem with it, Sere?" She jokingly asked.

"Oh, nothing... SKY-BUTT!" I shouted quietly.

She shrugged. "Fair enough."

Desmond sat up. "Do you have to do that? I was asleep." He said in a grumpy tone.

"Sorry." We said.

"Oh, Serena, we have to go home." Sky reminded me.

"I don't want to." I state.

She swiftly got up and grabbed my hair. "Serena Yvonne, I swear to Arceus, I will drag you all the way to Vaniville by your hair if you don't get up."

I immediately shot up and shouted, "Yes ma'am! Owwww..." I winced, wrapping my hand around my hair.

She dropped my hair. "Good, now go grab your clothes and get dressed."

I sighed. "Okay.."

I grabbed my clothes, went into the bathroom, and reluctantly got dressed. I sighed, I really don't want to go back home.

I walked out of the bathroom and put the pajamas in the dirty clothes, I put on my shoes and hat then walked to Sky.

"Okay. I need to go now." I said, tears forming in my eyes.

"Thank you, Delia." Sky said, bowing to mom, as I called her.

"It's no problem." She said back.

"Thank you for letting me stay here for a couple nights." I said.

"You're welcome. Come back soon!" She said.

"We can try." Sky said with a smile on her face.

We turned around and faced the door, Sky and I were suddenly squeezed into a tight hug. Desmond and Ash had decided to give us a hug. We smiled and wrapped our hands around their arms, giving the hug back. I turned around to Ash and did something I'll never forget for the rest of my life... I gave him a kiss on the cheek. (For kids that are seven, that's a big deal, or, in my sister's case it is.)

I smiled as a tear rolled down my cheek, I turned around and headed out the door, Sky was already outside.

Just before the door closed, I faintly heard Ash yell:

"Bye Sere! I love you!" (They don't really know how strong love can be, so Ash really means that just likes her. A lot, of course.)

I smiled and Sky grabbed my hand, she started running so I tripped. Luckily I didn't fall to the ground, but I skidded my knee on a rock. With my free hand, I reached into my hat and pulled out a handkerchief. It was the one Ash gave me when we met. It was to wipe away my tears. I shouted for Sky to stop, she did and asked why, she looked at my knee then the cloth, she grabbed the cloth and wrapped it around my injured knee.

"You gonna be alright?" She asked, I simply nodded.

We walked the rest of the way to Vaniville, we parted and said goodnight. I left towards my house and entered the door, I waked straight to my room and laid down in my bed. I couldn't sleep, I didn't have Ash's comforting arms to help me sleep, so I just laid there for Arceus knows how long, until finally, I drifted to sleep.

Lil-er-Long authors note here. Hiya!! It's been just a couple of days since I've updated, I know. I try to keep these constant, but it's difficult considering the fact that each chapter is over 1000 words. Hopefully there'll be a chapter in the next two days, if not, I'm busy or writing very slowly. In just a couple of chapters, they'll all be 14. But it shouldn't take long. And I need more OC's!! OCs? Whatever. It does not have to be as specific as mine. Okay? Also... I'M SO CLOSE TO 100 FOLLOWERS!!!!!! I'll post a small oneshot of something or a picture of... well... something. Dunno.
