Time passed and Sachi turned into a villain with the help of All for One and his men. She never killed anyone but had accidentally gotten close to doing so one time. Herrick luckily got his quirk back exactly three months after it was taken. They heard about a hero rising across the ocean and how he was saving people left and right. No one knew who he was at first, but now everyone knew the name, All Might.
Herrick had an instant distaste for this new hero, and his name was absolutely ridiculous. All Might. Their leader started sending people to stop him, but he easily defeated them. All for One paced and glared as he thought of a way to rid himself of this villain. He paused as he got an idea and had his men continue to fight. The hero was coming back to Japan soon anyway. Herrick really wanted a chance to fight the arrogant hero, and prove how idiotic they were.
The spies and rumors informed them that the hero was in Japan a month later and he was easily defeating all the villains as he cleaned up the streets. Sachi would listen to the reports absentmindedly, semi interested in the new hero. All for One made plans to stop him, knowing he was the holder of One for All. The leader smiled a little as he did more research. This was too perfect.
The next day, Sachi was out wandering around when she saw the hero. He grunted and smashed one of the villains into the ground. He landed on the big brute and grinned at the citizens nearby. "Fear not, for I am here!" he said triumphantly. Sachi's eyes widened, and she stumbled back. He was so tall... and HUGE.
He stood up and straightened, making him taller. The citizens thanked him and looked to her then yelled in surprise before running off. They knew who she was. He frowned and turned to look at her. She took a step backwards, watching him warily. Something was... off about this new hero. She wasn't sure what.
He stared at her and glanced around a bit, noticing other people were avoiding her. "I take it you're a villain." he said as he looked to her.
Her eyes narrowed. Where did she know him from? it was on the tip of her tongue "How do I know you?" She said quietly to herself. It was starting to get frustrating.
He stared at her and grinned as he folded his arms. "Probably the news." he smirked. "Internet."
She frowned. "You shouldn't be so cocky." she muttered.
He laughed and grinned then prepared to run. "I'll give you a running start." he smirked. Her eyes widened, and she started running, the shell on her necklace flashing in the light,
He waited for a few minutes and smirked then ran forward and stopped in front of her. "Too slow." he said. "Now off to jail with you." he said before reaching for her. He suddenly got hit away by a massive sand fist.
"Well well well. If it isn't All Might the dumb hero. Why are you bothering us? We never did anything to you." Sandstorm said as he walked to him. All Might grunted and got up then smiled again.
"Just trying to make the world a better place." he smiled and rolled his shoulders. "A place where people can smile and feel safe." he said seriously.
"Can't you see we're happy now?" Sandstorm laughed. "We're just fine little hero." he said. Sachi frowned... She knew those words. She looked at him, studying him for a moment. Was it really him?
"Sandstorm... Go. Let me handle this." She said quietly, wanting to know.
"Really?" he asked and looked at her then glared. "He almost had you in jail." he spat. All Might frowned and prepared to run at them again.
She glared at him. "Let me do this. You guys are always complaining about how I should pull my own weight, so let me." She snapped.
He stared at her and huffed then rolled his eyes. "Your funeral." he said and ran off.
"I'll need to catch him after I put you away." All Might said.
She turned to look at him, her eyes filled with fury, she walked up to him angrily. "What the hell TOSHI!? You leave, for years! And now all of a sudden you think you can just come back!?"
He blinked in surprise and stood up straighter as he stared at her. "Do I know you?" he asked not recognizing her through her transformation.
She blinked, taken aback. "No... Of course you wouldn't remember me." Tears came to her eyes. "You never cared did you!? You never visited! Not once! You never called, you never even thought about me! When I needed you most, when I lost EVERYTHING, YOU WEREN'T THERE!"
He blinked in surprise and just stared at this woman he didn't recognize. He felt hurt by her words but didn't know why. That's when he saw the necklace and his eyes widened. "Sachi?" he rasped and gripped her shoulders then her face gently. "What.... how... you...." he shook his head as tears filled his eyes and he struggled to speak. "Sachi?" he gasped quietly.
She pulled away, and slapped his face. "No. Absolutely not. I'm not gonna fall for that sweet innocent act again."
He blinked in surprise and looked at her, still shocked and now hurt. "I.... I thought you were dead... I'm sorry.... Sachi.." he said as he went to touch her face again.
She pulled away. "Don't! ...touch me."
He fought back tears as she smacked his hand away again. "Sachi please... I'm sorry..." he said.
She shook her head, and took a few steps back. "You're too late Toshi. Ten years to late." She turned, and left. He watched her go and stared for a moment as he gripped his breaking heart. He choked back a sob and gasped quietly. His pain unbearable.
Sachi continued walking, shaking her head angrily as she went home. Why did he think he could be the upset one? The one who was hurting this whole time. What did he mean she was dead? Why couldn't she just simply hate him? She knocked on All for Ones door, needing to clear some things up.
The man looked to the door and frowned then stood. "Enter." he said.
She walked in, and tilted her head respectfully, before explaining what happened earlier. "I'm... So confused, and I do not know what to do... or what to believe."
"You ran into the hero?" he asked and furrowed his brow. "And he didn't harm you? Fascinating." he said as he thought. Heroes say whatever they want to get what they want. He's turning the guilt on you." he said. She nodded slowly. It sort of made sense but... she hadn't known Toshi to do something like that.
"People change.... I mean you've changed a lot as well." he said and motioned to her. She nodded. She really had. she hardly recognized herself anymore which brought up... a lot of complicated feelings.
"Now don't worry about this hero." he said and looked off to the side. "We'll be rid of him soon enough." he said
She nodded. "Is there... anything you need me to do?"
"Yes. But I'll explain later. For now, I must go out." he said and motioned for her to leave. She nodded, stood, and left quietly. Herrick watched her go as he stood in the hallway. All for One stood at the doorway and looked at the young man then motioned for him to come in and close the door. Herrick nodded, and walked in.
All for One waited for the door to close and looked to the window. "All Might is weak right now. He has feelings for Sachi and her anger towards him has made him vulnerable. It's the perfect opportunity to attack him while he can't think clearly." He said.
The dark haired boy nodded. "Understood. Should I take anyone with me?"
"Take the strongest we have." He said seriously.
Herrick nodded. "Understood. Any other instructions?"
"Kill him. He's becoming such a nuisance." He said and narrowed his eyes.
He nodded. "I will do my best." He turned, and opened the door, thinking of who he should bring with him
The leader watched him and furrowed his brow a little as he thought. "Oh and Herrick. Don't fail again." He said coldly Herrick stopped. And nodded. He went to gather those he'd need and his little group left quickly. All for One watched him and narrowed his eyes.

All Might sat on a skyscraper as he stared at his hands. He let a tear fall down his face as he hung his head. "This pain.... is worse... than when she died... worse than ever getting beat up..." he whispered as he tried to sort through his pain. He looked to some smoke and stared at it then slowly stood. He struggled to smile and sighed. "I can do this..." he muttered and pushed the corners of his mouth up to smile. He forced it and went to the fight.
Herrick and his group started making trouble, since that was the best way to find heroes. He chose their location carefully. The villain smiled as he saw him approach, but was surprised by his speed. The people he brought with him immediately started attacking, Herrick watched him fight, studying his style.
The hero fought them but Herrick had seen him fight before, this time he seemed as though he wasn't into it. He wasn't using banter, just fighting. He saw sadness behind that smile and he recognized those blue eyes from somewhere. The young villain frowned slightly, but shook his head, it didn't matter if he knew him or not.
One of the bigger villains punched All Might and sent him flying into a building. "What's wrong hero? You don't seem to fight as good as I thought." he sneered. All Might grunted but said nothing as he slowly stood. Herrick remembered how his master said he had feelings for Sachi. He could use this to his advantage.
All Might rushed forward and punched the villain in the stomach then grunted as he moved his hand upwards, making him fly in the air. "Hows that villain?" the hero smirked.
"Do you think doing all this will make her love you?" Herrick leaned against the wall, tapping his fingers.
The hero hesitated and stopped then looked at him. "What?" he asked in surprise. "What... do you mean?" he said and punched another villain away.
Herrick gestured to the fight. "All this, do you think it'll make her love you? Do you think you can save her from this darkness that she's stuck in? Because she's not. She chose us, over you."
The blonde stopped suddenly and his shoulders fell as he looked at him. "W... what?" he gasped sounding hurt. "Why... why would she choose this?" he asked and he recognized the leader. "Herrick?" he rasped before getting punched into a building.
Herrick laughed. "The real question, Is why do you think she would ever choose a Hero like you? You heroes have never helped her, not once were you there when she needed someone. But we were. We took her in when everyone had left her."
"No..." he said and stood as he stumbled back and gripped the wall. He looked to his friend as he stood taller but his head was spinning with emotions and his heart was breaking. "No... no!" he shouted and ran at him only to get hit again.
Herrick smirked. It was so easy to mess with this hero. "Yes, yes. She's turned her back on the pathetic world of so called 'heroes'. They've done nothing to help her."
"No... I didn't!" he shouted at him and punched the other villains. "They told me she died!" he yelled angrily as he looked to him. That's when it clicked and Herrick knew who this was. Toshinori.
His eyes narrowed, and his fists clenched. "Yes. You did. You left her, and ME. When she got hurt, I was there, When she woke up, I was there, when her family died, I was there. When EVERYONE forgot about her. I. WAS. THERE."
He stared at him in surprise and tears fell down his face. He had no idea that happened. "H... her family died?" he rasped. "I... I didn't abandon you... I had to get stronger to save you... both of you! I was trying to save both of you! That's why I came back!" he yelled and his tears fell. "To save you!"
"It's too late! You are ALWAYS too late!" He snapped, feeling his anger grow. All Might stared at him as his words pierced his heart. He shook his head slowly and his hands fell to his side before he fell to his knees. He stared at him as his tears fell.
One of the villains was recording this live and had sent it to All for One to watch. The leader had Sachi in his office to watch the scene. "See how easy it is to defeat a hero." he smirked. She frowned and nodded as she watched.
Herrick scoffed. "And you give up so easily. It's pathetic!"
All Might stared at him with a hurt expression and a shadow fell over him. He looked up as a massive fist came down on him. The villain started to beat on him and pound him into the ground. He was too numb to fight back as he realized something. He wasn't good enough to be a hero. He couldn't save people.
All for One sighed and stood up as he watched. "Pathetic excuse for a hero." he said. Sachi watched, unsure if she felt anything for Toshi anymore.
Herrick shook his head, very disappointed. "Whatever." He began walking off.
All Might gasped as he stopped the fist then punched the villain away. The said villain flew into Herrick and pinned him down. All Might stood as he narrowed his eyes. He looked terrifying with his torn camp and sleeves. He grunted and started taking them down left and right.
All for One looked to the screen and furrowed his brow with disappointment. Herrick growled, and shoved the guy off of him, He glared at All Might. His fingers tapped again, and steam burst from the manholes.
All Might jumped into the air and watched him as he glared. He yelled and kicked the air making a wave and knocking the villains down. He continued to fight and take them out faster than before. Herrick huffed, and gathered the water, encasing All Might in it, it started trickling down the hero's nose, and mouth.
The blonde gagged and struggled to breathe as he tried not to drown. He punched the water a bit until he broke free. He jumped into the air and coughed before he glared at him. "I'm going to take you to jail." He growled.
"No you won't." He growled. He used the water to restrain some poor innocents, covering their heads with the semi solid he had learned to create. "You'll save them."
His eyes widened in surprise and he quickly rushed over to help, he worked on getting the water off without hurting them. He frowned as he looked to Herrick. He yelled and grabbed him then shoved him to the ground. He grabbed metal railing and tied it around him then shoved a few ends into the ground and kept him there. "Let them go!" He shouted.
He narrowed his eyes. "Either I go, or you take me in, and let them die."
He growled and looked at him then to the people for a moment. He let go and freed him. "Hurry up." He said
He smiled. "Soon." He started walking.
"Herrick!" He shouted and went to stop him but instead tried to free the people. As soon as Herrick and his group got far enough away, the water slipped from the victims heads.
All Might made sure they were okay then frowned before running after the villains. "I'll make you pay for what you've done villains!" He shouted. Herrick rolled his eyes. This was so... annoying. He encased All Might In the water solidifying it. He was starting to get dehydrated.
The hero grunted and narrowed his eyes as he flexed and the prison started to crack. He made a wave of power by flicking his hand and breaking the mold. The others attacked him and he fought them again. Herrick continued to slow him down, sometimes just covering a leg or an arm.
All Might wouldn't give up and fought as much as he could. He yelled as he jumped in the air with a villain then threw him to the ground. He then landed on him and looked at Herrick darkly. He was the last one. "You're going straight to jail. Villain." He said with a dark tone. He ran forward and grabbed him then jumped into the air.
Herrick struggled to get free, "You Idiot! Why couldn't you just stay gone!?" He yelled. The hero ignored him as he soared through the air then started to come down. He glared darkly as he started his descent towards the world below.
"DON'T IGNORE ME!" He yelled, and used his quirk one last time, trying to block One for All. He was surprised by the sheer intensity and scale of All Mights quirk
All Might grunted in surprise and his eyes widened as they fell and hit the side of a building before falling in the alleyway. Toshinori grunted and looked around then stood shakily. He fell back down and sat against the wall. He stared at his shaking hands then glared."What did you do?" he asked.
Herrick coughed, and tried to get up, but fell back down, wincing. He looked To Toshi and frowned... "...why are you smaller? That's not what usually happens." He muttered to himself.
"I'm only a little smaller." he huffed and glared at him. "And what did you want to happen?" he growled as his adrenaline faded.
He looked over at Toshi, and grinned. "I blocked your quirk.
He blinked in surprise and looked at himself for a moment. "Wow... you can do that? That's so cool!" he grinned at his friend.
His smile grew. "I know right!? It takes a-" He stopped suddenly. He shouldn't be talking to him.
"Wow!" Toshi said and gripped his hair. "I didn't know you could do that! Dang!" he grinned excitedly.
He stared at his toes. "Yeah, well." He mumbled.
His smile faded as he remembered what they talked about and he looked at his hands. "Did... you mean what you said? about Sachi?" he asked.
He leaned his head against the wall, they were both so tired. "... which time?"
"All of it..." he said and leaned against his own wall. He was sitting across from the villain.
"... Yes. All of it. I don't usually lie about things like that." he admitted.
He nodded and hung his head in shame. "I'm... an awful hero..." he whispered. "I couldn't even save my friends..."
Herrick laughed. "No, you're really not! Everyone I know is either scared or intimidated by you." He stopped. Why had he said that? He frowned, he really just needed to shut up, and leave.
"Really?" he asked in surprise and looked at him then smiled. "Come on... we can leave this place and I'll save you." he said, the villain looked at Toshi. He thought about it long, and hard. It was... tempting.
The hero stared at him then smiled a little and held his hand out. "Let me help you." he smiled and that's when it hit Herrick. His friend became everything he hated.
He scowled. and stood abruptly, swaying slightly. "I'm not some charity case you can use to get famous." He snapped, pushing him away.
He frowned and stood as he glared at him. "I'm not trying to get famous." he muttered. "I"m trying to save people."
He scoffed. "nobody 'helps' people anymore. You're all just after the same thing, and that's fame and recognition." He started walking/stumbling off.
"No I'm not!" he said and gripped his arm as he glared. "Let me help you. Let me save you!" he yelled.
"I DON'T NEED YOU! I'VE DONE JUST FINE ON MY OWN! Don't you get it? I. DON'T. WANT. YOUR HELP!" He yanked away. The hero stared at him and his shoulders slumped a little as he watched him go. He didn't want to force him.
He watched him go and fell to his knees again as he hung his head. He lost his friend. Again. He gripped at his heart and locked everything away. He couldn't let them know they were hurting him this way.
Herrick continued walking angrily as he huffed, of course he'd want to help him. Imagine the press you would get for turning a villain 'good.' He walked back to the villains HQ, and realized... he'd failed. Again. He frowned, cursing quietly.
