Gaius stared out at the blue waters below. He was leaning against an edge of the boat, thinking.

Hoshido.

"Gaius! You won't believe it!" Robin suddenly bounded over.

"What? What is it?!" Gaius immediately stood up straight.

"I felt a kick!" Robin squealed. Her eyes were lit up.

Gaius suddenly smiled wide. "Really?! Was it big, small, or..." he grabbed her hands and spun her around. Robin laughed at her husband's antics.

"No seriously, I need to know!" Gaius looked at her stomach anxiously. Since he had learned she was pregnant, he had been slightly protective of his family. Mostly because he wanted baby Morgan to live the best life possible. A lot better than his childhood, anyway.

"Don't look so worried. Hey, as long as we're together, nothing will come between us." Robin embraced Gaius lovingly. He stroked her hair and rested his hand on her waistline with a smile.

"Incoming!" Libra suddenly yelled and grabbed an axe.

"Everyone, prepare yourselves!" Chrom called from the boat front.

Robin looked to see an alarming amount of ships. An entire fleet.

Coming their way.

"What's the plan, Robin?" Chrom ran up to the tactician, Falchion in hand.

"That's a very large amount of ships... we couldn't pull what we did with Valm again, because we don't have enough oil..." Robin's genius mind began to work out a strategy.

Cordelia laid her eyes on the ships. They were black, with gold and purple decorations. She immediately felt filled with hatred.

Nohrian ships...

Suddenly a tall woman with purple curled locks, axe at her side, a serene smile and an outfit more revealing than Tharja's stepped out from the rest and faced Chrom.

"Intruders. You are crossing Nohrian borders without any identity nor permission. Identify yourselves." she called.

"Before we do, identify yourself! We come here meaning no harm, but if you prove hostile, we will advance on you." Chrom stated firmly.

"I am Princess Camilla of Nohr, sister of King Xander." her eyes scanned the faces among the Shepherds. "You're all so cute!" she gasped, thinking no one heard her.

"Gregor thinks Princess is a little touched in the head..." Gregor whispered to Nowi and Ricken, making them snigger a bit.

A blue haired woman in assassin clothes whispered in Camilla's ear. Suddenly her expression turned to one of unamusement.

"I'm sorry darlings, but I'm afraid I must take action on behalf of my brother..." Camilla walked away out of sight for a moment. A roar rang out.

"A wyvern?!" of course Cherche was the one who recognised it.

Camilla returned riding a very large wyvern clad in armour. She had her axe raised for battle.

"Shepherds, prepare for combat!" Chrom yelled.

Robin studied Camilla. She was extremely strong and could probably squash several of the Shepherds flat. Especially ground units. But, like all fliers, she had a weakness...

"Virion, Gaius, Vaike, get your bows!" Robin hissed.

"Will do, sugar!" Gaius gladly took out his silver bow alongside Virion and Vaike.

Tharja was hanging around at the back of the group.

So this is the older princess of Nohr...

"Tharja, come on! We're gonna spill some blood!" Henry came bounding up to her excitedly.

Tharja had her smile. "Don't worry Henry... I'll be right there..."

The battle began.

Cordelia started to fly at the enemy immediately, savaging at troops in rapid succession. She aimed her spear and like an angel of death impaled mages, cavaliers, knights, axe fighters, and countless more. It scared the others a little to hear her war cry and kill mercilessly like that.

Before he was at Camilla, Gaius was just as lethal with his sword.

"So long, sucker!" he laughed and stabbed a dark knight straight through the heart.

"Wow! Impressive! So much blood!" Henry clapped.

Gaius did look a little crazed. So did Cordelia. Red stained the wood of the ships.

"There's an unholy reason behind this..." Libra breathed.

"No kidding..." Panne agreed.

But what was the most frightening was Tharja.

She let out a loud and clear laugh, and then took out a tomb.

"DIE, NOHRIAN SCUMS!" she screamed and unleashed absolute Hell.

Among the troops being subjected to this madness, was a young man named Odin.

"Oh no..." he shrieked. "Time has caught up upon the heroes... and the nightmares arrive..."

"Quit the chit chat Odin! I don't want you getting killed out there!" Selena ran by and with her sword charged at someone.

"Selena, wait-"

"Hiyaaaaaaaaa!" Selena cried and swung her sword.

"Giii yaaaaaah!" Cordelia turned around and gave her a hit with the back of her spear. Selena was winded and flew backwards, the image of Cordelia, her own mother, attacking her seared into her brain.

"Selena!" Odin rushed to the hero's side, and quickly took a vulnerary out.

"Drink it. You won't die today!"

Selena glugged down the potion and felt her strength return. She sat up, and Odin saw her eyes were brimming up.

"It's alright. We stick together! Don't go rushing into a fight like that." Odin chuckled and helped her up.

"Alright. You win." she said sharply, but she couldn't hold back a smile.

Robin blasted a troop away with her wind tome, and then turned face-to-face with a ginormous wyvern.

"Sorry darling, but duty calls!" Camilla grinned cruelly and took a swing of her axe at Robin. The tactician cringed in pain, but she lived.

"Now!"

"Huh?"

One by one, Gaius, Virion and Vaike aimed their bows and fired away at her. Camilla shrieked and recoiled. Her wyvern collapsed onto the ground.

"Oh, I can't die like this... what would Corrin do without me?! I... I just have enough strength to sneak away for now..." she groaned.

Robin smiled at the three who had the bows. "Well done!"

"Just glad to see that lowly Nohrian scum run with her tail between her legs..." Gaius spat.

"... are you alright?" Vaike blinked. "Teach is sure it sounds like you've got beef..."

"It's nothing." Gaius quickly hissed.

Robin immediately knew something was wrong.
