Skip ahead after SummerSlam*

Recap*

After an eventful weekend in New York, with the rumors of Tommy leaving for Japan, Lexi losing both her titles and having her best friend turn on her; Tommy then winning the Universal Championship and kicking his career back off. Life was becoming strange for the two, with wild news to make their hearts skip a beat.

One night, after a very lustful evening; Lexi and Tommy were suprised with a pregnancy test that could've changed their lives forever.

But then were crushed when it was a false positive.

That hurt the couple as they were thinking that the time was finally here, but seems like they'll have to wait.

And not to help Lexi's newly forming depression, she was pulled from competition after Becky ran in and brutally attacked her with Nikki Cross the RAW after the biggest party of the summer.

She has her concussion symptoms come back after getting sick backstage and being very delusional. WWE immediately put her in protocol and sent her home, which upset her since she knows that her and Tommy's time are now limited. He was then sent on tour and she was stuck at home, only seeing each other for a day and a half.

Then we skip ahead to Hell in a Cell where Travis put his Universal Championship on the line.

It was the champ vs the battle royal winner, Kevin Owens. The two battled back in Ring of Honor once, so this was a dream match for some.

It was a fun, hard match for the two as they brought their A game. When everyone thought it was over when Tommy was hit with a Stunner, the Universal Champion kicked back up and locked Kevin in a Guillotine lock, which made Owens pass out.

He had retained and shook Kevin's hand, but was then blindsided by Roman hitting a spear onto his back.

Tommy dropped and was carted out to the back for further evaluation, but was cleared and sent home to recover.

That would be a win win to him since he would always fly home immediately and be a suprise to his wife, Lexi.

She was happy when he would come home, but even though it was a bad thing; Lexi was happy that he was home for a while to recover, and now baby him.

Almost every night they would talk to each other about moving forward where now Tommy was hesitant since he's now the face of the company.

So he was now not wanting to try for a baby since he wants to be home when it happens.

That made her upset how she has the mindset of trying, and now he shot that down.

So they were now on thin ice with each other.

Fast forward to now November*

Last night was Survivor Series, and Team RAW had won over Team Smackdown after a last match win by Majors.

He won the match to have RAW beat them five to four when he pinned the WWE Heavyweight Champion, AJ Styles.

Now, today is the day he starts fresh; time to build a new storyline.

Alarm*

Tommy woke up downtown Los Angeles in his hotel.

It's been hell sleeping alone, he's been having nightmares atleast every week.

Lexi always helped him sleep, make him feel safe.

But he was forced to adjust since they had no idea on when she would be able to return.

That killed her as she loves this business, and she hates being at home having to watch the womens division make history.

And to top it off, have to watch her husband, her best friend have his best matches on TV.

Tommy wakes up*

Today was the last day of the tour for this week, so he was able to go home tonight.

He opened his eyes and could barely keep them open, he was so exhausted. Mentally and physically.

Tommy rolled out of bed and took a shower.

When he was dried off and changed into his workout attire, he zipped up his bag and looked at his phone to see a text from Lexi.

Lex🖤: Ready?

This was the same message he would get, everyweek he was gone at the same day.

It was a sign that he would call her up after the message, then they would talk.

So he called her on facetime, grabbed his bags and wheeled them out of his room and down to the lobby to check out.

He told her all week that he wasn't able to make it home until Thursday for appearances over in Canada.

It was a little lie to throw her off while he suprises her later.

As he got onto the company bus, he was still talking to her through his earbuds and were on the phone with each other until he arrived to te arena.

Tonight was something special as he was building his new character.

At the venue*

Tommy was in production meetings all day with Triple H and Michael Cole as they were coming up with ideas that could include to a new storyline.

With him still having a thing with Hanson and Rowe, The War Raiders; he was branching off a bit for his singles character.

With a new theme, and a new mindset; he was ready.

RAW*

Tonight was a main event match against one of the deadliest men in the company, Brock Lesnar.

It was his return to the company in three years, and he was going straight after Tommy. Vince was pushing the Beast in Carnage to go after the Universal Championship immediately.

So he would have his hands full tonight, but no one knew about the match besides Tommy and the backstage production team.

In his locker room, alone*

He was sitting in his locker room looking at his wife as she just got her hair done at home before.

Tommy: God I miss you.

Alexa: Its been two weeks.

Tommy: It may become three.

He looked at her as she had a upset face on, and he could tell that she was showing real emotions.

She was home alone with no one to wake up next to her.

Tommy: I can't even get a full night sleep.

Alexa: Your schedule is pretty hectic.

Tommy: Yeah but not having you with me really gets the nightmares going.

Alexa: Oh really?

Tommy: Yeah, I really wish they'd just clear you. I mean we've been in the ring practicing whenever I'm home.

Alexa: And Matt had me take a few bumps today, felt nothing.

Tommy: See, this is now just torture.

They talked for a couple more minutes later before he was called.

She blew him a kiss and hung up, that really got his mood down as he missed her.

But now it was time to go to work, this match wasn't any other match hes ever been in.

It was a dangerous one.

Tommy grabbed his belt and walked to gorilla to see Triple H, Road Dogg, Vince and Paul all sitting at the table. He was very lost as his opponent wasn't with his advocate.

Hunter: Great, Tom's here.

Paul: Tom, great to finally meet you. Shakes Tommy's hand*

Tommy: Shakes back* Yeah, you too; where's Brock?

Paul: He's around, you'll see him in the ring soon.

Tommy: Alright?

Paul: Goodluck Tom.

Hunter: You'll need it kid.

He had no idea what was happening, but he looked back at the curtain and heard his new theme hit.

(Theme starts at 02:30 to the end)

While he was in New Zealand training with the best in the world with Japan coaches, he was approached by one of his favorite bands Alien Weaponry as they had some more ideas for him.

They helped him back in NXT when he partnered up with his ex, Liv Morgan. Then with the new theme with the help of The War Raiders, and now his singles run.

He was getting goosebumps everytime he heard the crowd cheer at the new theme.

But he walked out and his character clicked on as he walked down to the ring as the announcer announced what was happening.

Announcer: This match is scheduled for one fall, and is for the WWE Universal Championship.

He then stopped and thought to himself that he had no idea that any of this was going on.

And being the only person that knew about his opponent, Tommy knew that he was in trouble.

So the champion got in the ring and walked around as he was waiting for his opponent.

Back in Florida*

Lexi was in her pajamas and sitting on the couch crossed legs and watching the show.

She had a bowl of ice cream in her hands as she was watching her husband do work.

But something clicked in her head as she was studying his facial expressions.

Something wasn't right, and she then found out why.

On the TV*

Young: I wonder who's the opponent.

Graves: It hasn't been teased at all tonight, so it could be almost anyone in the back.

But then everyone heard the sound of Brocks music, and the crowd gave him a huge pop.

The cameras panned over to Tommy as the Beast in Carnage walked out with Paul.

Cole: Oh my god, its Brock Lesnar! He's back!

Graves: And it looks like Tommy Majors is his first target.

Tommy was just watching him strut down to the ring and smile at him, he knew that Brock could see some fear in him.

Alexa: Tom..

10 minutes later*

She was horrified on what she was watching.

The whole match was just Tommy getting thrown around from Suplex's and getting mocked.

Brock was really giving him a beating until Tommy felt a second wind come and he kicked up to be face to face with Lesnar.

It was time to poke the bear a bit.

They did nothing but stare at each other, but that was all ended when Tommy spit in his face.

The crowd was loving the tension until Tommy overheard Paul yell at him, distracting him a little as he was then picked up by Brock.

Everybody and the ref watched Tommy get slammed to the mat outside of the ring.

He was now in defensive mode as the cameras caught Brock taking off his gloves and go on the hunt.

Tommy gained enough stamina to get up and crawl near the bell station and grab a chair.

The ref was now really watching as Tommy threw the steel chair at Brock, disqualifying him instantly.

As the bell rang, Tommy got up and stood behind the barricade with his title as Brock wa being held back by the words of Paul.

This would be building a new rivalry, and maybe the demise of Tommy.

The show then ended and Lexi sat there speechless as she was suprised on how lucky Tommy got.

He could've gotten hurt and lose his championship in the process.

But now the show was over, so she turned everything off and walked up to her and Tommy's bedroom, shutting the animals out and laying down in the bed.

Alone.

She turned on their TV and watched Total Divas as her and Tommy's season was finally winding down.

It was mostly Lexi since Tommy was always gone, but sometimes you would catch him in a couple episodes.

After a couple minutes, she was asleep.

With Tommy*

He was now leaving the arena as he got news, that his change in the storyline has now gotten him a title match against Brock in the future. He wouldn't know when it would happen or where, all he knew was to get ready.

As he was walking through the airport he got on his phone and saw it was pretty late in Orlando, so Lexi was now in bed.

So he let her be and got onto his plane.

6 hours later*

He landed and was now unlocking his front door.

This had been the first time he was able to do that in almost three weeks.

It felt good to be home.

Walking into the dark house*

The moon light was lighting most of the first floor since Lexi turned everything off.

He was suprised that the dogs haven't found him yet, so he took that quiet advantage to change downstairs into his sleep clothes and walk out the stairs.

Tommy left his bags downstairs so he could just go straight to bed.

He slowly got to their double doors that led into their bedroom, opened up the doors to see the bed in the shadows.

Then he closed the door, slowly walked over to his side of the bed and slid in.

But as he wrapped his arms around Lexi, she quickly woke up and looked at the alarm clock. 03:38am*

She had no idea what was going on and freaked out a little, but she was brought in closer to Tommy.

Then, she turned on the light on her bedside table and saw his face next to her.

Tommy: Suprise.

Alexa: Oh my god!!

She instantly wrapped her arms around him and started to kiss all over his face as he couldn't breathe.

Lexi wouldn't let off him as they just laid there embracing each other.

Alexa: I kiss* missed kiss* you!

Tommy: I missed you too, I couldn't wait to be here.

She still was locked onto Tommy's face as she then got onto his neck and down to his chest.

Tommy was now suprised that this was happening at three in the morning.

But he wasn't going to stop Lexi as they were embracing their love.

She was kissing down his torso and slid off his boxers.

But he stopped her as he undressed her and they were in each others arms after an hour session of love making.

Now asleep, Lexi looked up at him to see him smiling and she then laid her head down on his chest and fell asleep.
