After a long day, you sat down with the girls at the lounge enjoying some juice as you finally took a break.

"Ahhhh, they're working us to the bone today." Mina let out a long sigh of exhaustion.

"That's why it's called accelerated training." Commented Toru. You kinda just sat there with your legs up to your chest in thought.

I'm actually trying to get my provisional Hero Licensing exam...I've gotta keep practicing, I can't let anything distract me. I think Izuku is still training out on the lawn, maybe I can join him-

You suddenly noticed you were starting to float in the air and realized Ochaco had gotten so flustered that she floated herself and she tapped you at some point.

"AHHHH! Put me down Ochaco PUT ME DOWN!" You didn't really like flying without any control and you preferred to be on the ground!

"So-Sorry Y/n! Release!" You then felt yourself free-falling and it was worse.

"Ah!!! On the couch on the couch one the couch!" You shouted and instantly teleported safely on the couch.

"Man, you two are seriously in love!" Mina jokes making you and Ochaco Flush a dark shade of red.

"It's best not to pry if they're not ready to tell that we should respect their decision." Said Tsuyu.

"I just wonder if they're going for the same guy, they both hang out with Midoriya a lot." You turned to look at Ochaco and she looked somewhat worried.

"Woah Woah Woah, I don't like broccoli boy, let's clear that up right now." You crossed your arms over your chest.

"Then that leaves Todoroki!" You felt your heart start to pound and your cheeks flush. "It is him! OHHHHH Have you confessed yet??" Mina looked like her Quirk was mind reading because you didn't even say anything and she already knew what you were thinking. She squealed in delight seeing your reaction.

"What did he do? What did he say when you confessed???" You looked around the room and noticed Momo seemed a bit...worried.

There was no turning back and you knew it, you let out a sigh and pulled your legs up to your chest and leaned your chin on them.

"I was rejected." You said sadly. All enthusiasm and hype mina had fallen with your answer, even she knew when to stop.

"Oh, I'm really sorry..." She apologized.

"It's okay, I don't know what I was thinking, I'm not even sure he's even thinking about going out with anyone anytime soon, although I should have been more straightforward..."

"How did you ask him?" Momo's internal question accidentally slipped out.

"I told him that I like him, and he thought I was talking about personality, I didn't want to make a bigger fool of myself so I didn't tell him anything else and I just left." Ochaco took a seat next to you and rubbed circles on your back.

"I'm sure he'll come around soon Y/n." She tried her best to comfort you. You showed her a sad smile and gave her a hug.

"Thanks, Ochaco."

You jogged over to your spot where Aizawa was and got ready to keep practicing.

"You're late." He commented.

"I'm 3 minutes late!"

"3 more minutes you'll have to work with me." You furrowed your eyebrows in annoyance making Aizawa crack a smile. "Let get started, don't want me to add more minutes?"

"Alright alright." You started to stretch your arms and legs as you prepared yourself. It's already the last day of training and you were doing pretty well if you do say so yourself.

Your ultimate move was called 'Misappear'. You got the idea from what Natsuo called you before, it was pretty interesting and it went well with what your move consisted of.

"This time I'm not gonna be the target, now you're gonna work with Ectoplasm." Aizawa took a side step letting the other Pro-Hero appear. "Good luck." He called out as he waved goodbye and walked away.

"Hey!" You shouted seeing that he wasn't going to give any further explanations. You turned your attention back to Ectoplasm who was looming over you, trying to intimidate you.

"So...how ya been?" You asked casually since he was also a close friend of your fathers' and sometimes he would send a clone to America so you sort of knew him.

"Good. I see you've been doing better." Even though he had the mask on you knew he was smiling so you returned it happily. "Let's get to it. Today we'll only be focusing on your move 'Misappear." He began.

"Right." You nodded in agreement, getting serious.

"It's very simple. I'm going to make clones appear constantly, and you have to tap them to make them all disappear."

"What's the catch?" You asked as you crossed your arms and raised an eyebrow knowing that he would always hide a little something just for fun.

"I'm not holding back." His grin just got wider making you gulp knowing how strong he is. You took a deep breath and studied your nerves.

"Bring it." You dared. He let out a chuckle and did just as he said. You weren't gonna let them accumulate so the moment you saw the first clone at the top of the mountain you teleported there.

Making it hard from the beginning huh?

You appeared next to it immediately and you spotted the next three that were appearing. No one could even see where you were from how fast you were going, from where the others were all they could see was Ectoplasms clones disappear and reappear in a flash.

"Looks like she's working really hard." Commented Ochaco to Izuku as she wiped the sweat from her forehead.

"Yeah, she's come a long way." He said with a smile. In the back, Shoto didn't miss the small exchange and for a few moments watched as all of your hard work started to show.

You panted as you lean on your legs from exhaustion.

They just never stop...

Your vision was starting to blur and you knew you didn't have much left in you.

How can I get them all?

You looked around and they stopped multiplying for a moment.

"Do you give up Y/n?" You could hear him say from a distance.

"Not a chance!" You prepared yourself for another round but then realized something.

I need to get the original.

You groaned at the fact that you didn't think of that before.

Now how do I know which is which?

You looked around and noticed that the ones that would come and go were always changing place, except for one.

Bingo.

You teleported over to him and prepared a kick but he instantly dodged it.

"I said tap, not kick." You let out a chuckle seeing all the clones disappear. "Took you long enough." He added.

"Fight me!" You charged forward and teleported left and right, not letting him get a single opening. You knew that every time you appeared it had to be different if not he would find some kind of pattern and then it would be game over.

"Don't get ahead of yourself Y/n." Ectoplasm warned. He calculated that the moment you would try to land a hit, he would use his clone to show him where you were and he managed to catch you.

You teleported out of his grasp and collapsed onto the ground, completely out of energy.

"That was very well done Y/n." He walked over to you and carried you princess style in his arms seeing how you weren't in the condition to even walk. "Let's give recovery girl a visit."

Everyone was pretty exhausted, to say the least, so while you were still with recovery girl, the rest of your classmates were taking showers and then heading off to their rooms for a good night's rest.

"-but I still feel bad for Y/n ya know?" Shoto overheard Mina say to the group of girls as he made his way to the elevator still with a towel on his head.

"Yeah, I guess but you know, todoroki can be a bit complicated at times..." Momo commented as she rubbed her arm nervously. Shoto didn't want to be caught up in drama so he decided to continue on as if he didn't hear anything. He pressed the elevator button and waited patiently.

"But these things happen and just because Shoto doesn't like her back romantically doesn't mean it's the end of the world." Tsu-chan added honestly. The door dinged open but Shoto stood frozen in place.

"That's harsh but true."

"Yeah, but the way she would look at him sometimes just breaks my heart."

"Yeah, she really did like him."

"Oh! Did you guys hear that..." Shoto let the rest of the conversation blur out as he finally stepped into the elevator and let it slowly close. It was silent and unmoving as he tried to process what he just heard.
