You sit in your seat as you patiently waited for the teacher to come in.

You looked up to see Mark looking over his shoulder with a sad smile.

Hey.

I'm glad All Might was okay. You blinked a few times before answering.

Right, that was on TV, the whole world must have seen him...

Yeah, how are you doing? You raised an eyebrow.

Since when are you so nice?

A hero should be kind, shouldn't he? You got a chuckle out of that.

That's true. You know, when you have to save someone, they're usually in a scary situation. A true hero saves not only their lives but also their spirits. Mark seemed intrigued by what you said.

And where did you get that?

An old friend.

You thought back to your Aunt Nana, well you called her aunt because you would see her often with your uncle when you would visit him.

You jumped when you heard your phone ring. The caller ID was,

Todoroki?

Is he your boyfriend or something?

What? No! Get out of my head. You furrowed your eyebrows in annoyance at him and he chuckled and held his hands up in surrender. You then turned back to your phone and quickly picked up, you teleported to the back of the school to get some privacy.

"Hey." You answered with a smile on your face.

"Y/n, hi, is this a good time?" He asked, considerate as always.

"Yeah it's fine, my class still starts in like 7 minutes. How are you all doing? Wait a better question would be whAT THE HELL WERE YOU GUYS THINKING?!" You could hear him laugh on the other end making you blush from embarrassment. "It's not funny! I was seriously worried when I saw you guys freaking fly in the air to rescue Katsuki!" You felt a knot in your throat just thinking about it.

"I'm sorry Y/n, It's just that not even I can believe we made it out alive." His laughter died down and you let out a sigh.

"I was just so worried about you..." You mumbled. Todoroki raised his eyebrows and felt his face heat up slightly. "I-I mean all of you! I was worried about you all. I wanted to travel back to Japan that day but my mom said it was probably best if we didn't since all eyes are on All Might right now."

"Yeah, they're going through a series of things to get everything back into place, especially with the press." You suddenly heard the bell ring signaling that you were going to be late. "Oh, you should get going."

"Yeah, I wish we could talk more," You accidentally said out loud.

"On Saturday maybe we can find some time to chat." Offered Todoroki. You liked it when he was so cooperative and kind towards you.

"Sure, I'd love that. Talk to you later Todo."

"Goodbye." You ended the call and leaned your back to the floor and slid to the ground.

Why did it have to be him?

"Do you guys want to get something to eat before going home?" Claire asked. You held onto your bookbag straps and looked at Mark.

"I'm all for it what about you?"

"Why not?" You could see how Claire's face lit up when Mark accepted and you couldn't help but wonder how he didn't notice.

The three of you went towards a plaza not too far from the school, thinking about what tasty treats you would all have.

"What about Ice Cream?"

"Okay, how about we go to YogurtLand!" Claire cheered. You liked seeing this side of her, you could tell she was a lot more comfortable around you as she expressed her emotions more openly.

"That sounds great-" Mark stopped mid-sentence when he felt the ground began to rumble.

"Earthquake??" You wondered out loud.

"Not exactly!" A deep voice shouted before a loud crash was heard. The three of you and other bystanders lost their balance and fell to the concrete floor. After a few more seconds of shaking, it all came to an abrupt stop.

"What the?" You looked around wide-eyed seeing how what was once a beautiful plaza where people would meet up and have a good time, was now in ruins and shambles. You quickly searched for your friends and thankfully they weren't too far away. "Are you two okay?" You called out as you slowly stood up, careful not to trip.

"Well, aren't you kind and considerate!" You turned to look at the cause of all the destruction and you wished you weren't standing right in front of him. "That sickens me." He was incredibly large, not to mention he looked downright crazy with all the scars on his face.

He raised his fist and your instincts told you to run, but not before teleporting away with your friends. It seemed as if everything was happening in slow motion. His fist was moving downwards to the ground and you leaped towards your friends and the moment your fingertips came in contact with them you teleported in the opposite direction, away from the earthquake maniac.

You panted from running and everything that just happened and looked at your friends, trying to think up a plan.

"What the hell was that all about?!" Mark started raising his voice making you cover his mouth so that the villain wouldn't find out where you all were. You looked out from behind what's left of a wall to see the villain still running amuck.

You new Mark and Claire weren't meant for hand to hand combat and by what you observed in the hero practices, they wouldn't last long against him even if they tried.

"Okay, I'll keep him distracted. Mark, you relay what he's thinking to me so I can have an advantage and Claire you enhance my quirk as much as you can, I'm gonna need the power." You were about to stand up but Claire grabbed your wrist.

"You can't go out there, it's way too dangerous!"

"I've already got my provisional heroes license, I'm prepared for this, I just need you two to have my back."

"Licence or not, you can't go out there, a hero will get here soon and-"

"But they're not here now. I'm only going to distract him until the real Heroes get here, don't worry, I'll be fine." You gave your friends one last smile and stood up already giving away your position.

"Looks like someone came out to play." You froze when you noticed that it was a different voice who spoke. "Let's have some fun shall we?" You could feel your heart sink to the pit of your stomach seeing another villain there. She looked elegant compared to the other guy who was in ragged clothes.

She's thinking about taking the first shot at you Y/n!

You were brought back to your senses and prepared yourself. You knew Claire was going to power up your quirk but how would you know if it was working? You've never experienced it and you don't even know the drawbacks of it. But let's face it, it was too late to think about that now.

Now!

You held up your arms and made a sphere shield blocking what seemed like diamonds that sprouted from the ground.

You were in aw seeing how it didn't even put a dent in your shield. Thanks Claire!

With newfound confidence, you decided to charge forward.

What the hell are you doing?! I thought you were only going to distract them!

Doesn't hurt to try right?

It seemed as if you were aiming for her face but then teleported behind her in a second and used your shield to slam her to the ground, a lot harder than you had expected.

"Fortune!" The large man shouted seeing her face-first on the ground and unmoving, not expecting you to actually put up a fight. "Why you little!" He slammed his hands on the ground making it shake violently.

Move farther away guys!

You're really worried about us at a time like this?!

Just go!

You teleported higher in the air and created a shield under you so you wouldn't have to stand on the unstable ground.

"Get back here you little-"

"Quake!" Fortune's voice pierced through the air as she slowly got up from the ground. "Let me have a crack at her." She straightened her clothes, dusted them off and fixed her posture. "I'll show you to mess with my outfit."

She's planning on using more power, she seems pretty pissed off!

You didn't have time to create a shield so you opted for teleporting away but only barely managing to escape her wrath.

Ya think?!

She's going for it again, bigger this time, she wants to trap you inside.

Alright, she'll have to catch me first!

You thought it would be best to tier her out and teleported left and right, only getting to strike at her a few times in the process of appearing and disappearing.

"Ugh! HOLD STILL!" You moved away seeing that she would use the same tactic as before but you didn't expect to create such a huge blast of diamonds, it was almost as big as Todoroki's Ice from the Sports Festival.

Your arm scraped the side of the diamond wall making you trip and stumble to the ground with a thud. Although, it didn't hurt as much as you thought it would.

You took off your school tie and wrapped it around the wound to temporarily stop the bleeding.

"That all you got blondie?!" You spoke too soon and forgot about Quake. He created waves of tremors making you lose your balance and leaving you wide open for Fortune to attack.

Y/N NO!

You shut your eyes, unable to think about what to do next, you were drawing a blank and didn't know where to teleport.

You waited for it, the hit, the pain, but it never came. "Don't you think it's wrong to pick on children?" You opened your eyes only to see your sister standing there in all her glory.

"Crap, It's Silver Shield." Fortune muttered as she readied herself for a real fight.

"I thought Frozenstar was in charge of her." Quake added with a grunt.

"Oh, Frozenstar? Yeah, she's already been taken care of, It looks like trying to follow in the footsteps of All for One isn't going as great as you planned?" She couldn't help but smirk at them. "Thanks for helping out, but I think it's best you take cover." Your sister got into a fighting stance. "This might get ugly." You nodded and whispered a 'Thank's sis' before teleporting to your friends.

Once you get there you noticed how Claire was sitting criss-cross on the ground, eyes shut tight in full concentration while Mark just looked at you incredulously.

"You're crazy you know that?" He let out a chuckled sigh as he leaned on the side of the wall from all the stress. "I feel like I just aged ten years." He joked.

"How do you think I feel?" You retorted with a small laugh. You then turned your attention back to your other friend. "Claire, it's over, you can stop using your quirk." You shook her slightly and she gasped looking scared as ever.

"Y/n! You're okay!" She jumped up and gave you a much-needed hug. "We've gotta get you to a hospital before my quirk completely wears off!" She looked exhausted and it seemed as if she was either going to faint or have a panic attack any second now so you tried to calm her down.

"It's okay, we'll get going, I'll teleport us there now." You showed her a genuine smile and held her hand and Marks. You were thinking about the nearest hospital and you were about to teleport there but your hands started to feel numb.

"Y/n?" Claire asked knowing you might be in danger. You opened your mouth to talk but nothing came out. "It's wearing off we've gotta get her out of here!" Your body slowly started to go limp, as if you were shutting down.

"Y/n can you hear me?" Mark spoke up and it was only then you noticed he was carrying you. "We'll get you to the hosp-" And that was the last thing you heard before completely blacking out.

"Damn did you scared the hell out of us." Mark half complained as he stuck his hands in his pockets.

"I'm just glad you made it out alive." Claire added with a small smile.

"It's what we've been studying for right? I just didn't want any casualties." The three of you were exiting the hospital after continuously telling the doctors you were fine.

"We're the ones aiming to be heroes yet we were in the background while you were up and center stage." You could tell he was hurt, not actually being able to be in the action. You turned to look at him but he never made eye contact with you. "Didn't you say you didn't want to be a hero?"

"Well, I..." You paused for a moment, not really knowing how to finish that sentence. "I'm not sure. Living with professional heroes kinda has that 'I want to help people' effect on me I guess." You turned back to the exit and started walking again. "And you guys weren't just in the background if it weren't for you giving me info and you strengthening my Quirk, I would have been dead for sure." You shivered at the thought. "Plus-"

"There she is!" You were startled when you hear a lady suddenly shout, followed by people with cameras and other equipment started rushing towards you three.

"What the-?"

"Hi I'm from news 10 and I would like to hear all about your heroic act today at the Plaza, please! We would like to know what drove you to dive into the fight against some of the most wanted Villains?!" You were taken aback by how bright and straight forward this lady was along with the other cameras slowly coming closer and closer into your personal bubble.

"Most wanted Villains?" You mumbled, not knowing what they were talking about.

"Of course! They were numbers 8 and 6 on the list of most wanted in the United States! So tell us why didn't you back out seeing that it was two against one? Were you trying to make an early debut as a Hero? Or did you want to prove something to the world??"

You furrowed your eyebrows in confusion and slight anger towards the ridiculous questions she was asking as if you did all of that for the fame.

"No of course not. All I wanted to do was keep them busy while the actual Heroes came." You answered honestly.

"But why didn't you call on a Hero instead of fighting, possible endangering yourself in the process?" Another reporter asked.

"Because I would be losing time, and there were people's lives at stake here!" You were getting sick of them trying to get something bad out of what you did.

"Looks like you've got quite a temper! Maybe that's why you-"

"That's enough!" Mark shouted catching everyone's attention. "She just got out of the Hospital and this is how you treat the person who was trying to do something good?" He grabbed you by your non-wounded arm and started pulling you away.

But before the three of you could leave you turned to them, serious as ever. "And for your information, if it weren't for my friends, I wouldn't have had a fighting chance, they're the real heroes here." You turned away before they could bombard you with more questions, furious as ever.

No wonder Aizawa always hated the press. This is why he's an underground hero. You blinked a few times before realizing something.

"Underground hero..."

"What's that Y/n?" Claire asked worriedly.

"I think I know what I'm gonna do."

You finally got home and opened the door only to see your mom there waiting to give you a bear hug with a huge smile.

"Mom? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at work?" You walked over to your living room and that alone answered your question.

"TIFANY!" You jumped into your sister's arms, elated to see her after so long.

"Great to see you too kiddo." She giggled seeing you enthusiastic as ever. "Look at you, putting to work everything you've studied. I'm proud of you, you did great!" You were about to thank her but your mom interrupted you when she smacked you upside the head.

"You had me worried sick!" she then gave you another hug. "But I'm just so glad you're okay." You couldn't help but let out a chuckle.

"So now, can someone tell me what's going on? I thought you would be stuck at work after that attack."

"They let me out early since I could leave it to my sidekick for now. And there's still a second surprise for today." You tilted your head but that's when someone appeared from behind the couch.

"UNCLE TOSHINORI!" You rushed to give him a hug but careful not to crush him in the process. You couldn't help the tears as you hugged him close, happy to see he's alive. "What are you doing here?!" You looked around at your mom and sister wanting to know the big news.

"Well, the school did say we had to visit the parents of the students to properly apologize." He looked towards your mom who simply waved at him dismissively.

"I forgive you." She answered.

"And I'll speak on dad's behalf and say I forgive you too." Tifany added.

"That's not all, the school said we have to mention all of the new security measures we're going to take and the fact that we're going to have special dorms made for the students so that we can keep a closer eye on them." You gasped and looked at your mom.

"That also applies to me?!" She nodded rapidly, seeming just as excited as you were.

"You're going back to UA!" You sister shouted. You were jumping up and down by this point and couldn't wait to head back and see your friends.

"The dorms will officially be open by mid-august. You can head back by then." That was about 2 weeks away but you didn't mind the wait as long as you got to go back.

"Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you!" You kept chanting as you hugged each one of them.

"Now that that's out of the way, you and I get some free time!" That day couldn't get any better on top of the fact that you got to spend the day with your sister.

You said your goodbyes to All Might since he did have to leave that same day and you went out with your sister while your mom made her way back to work.

Finally having some free time with your sister, the whole time you two hung out, you would not. stop. Talking.

You told her about every detail you could and every even you went through. She was amazed and proud of you and everything you've accomplished.

"You know you mention Izuku and Todoroki a lot." She wiggled her eyebrows at you and nudged your shoulder as you two walked down the plaza at night while the streets light shined brightly. "So who stole your heart?" She knew you too well and you felt your face heat up. You knew in your mind who you were falling for but saying it out loud just made so much more real.

"Todoroki..." You nearly had a heart attack when your sister squealed quite loudly.

"Someone's got a crush!" You couldn't help but hide your face as you blushed harder and harder. You told her all about the things you two have done together and why you just decided to like him of all people. It was so nice to be able to tell her everything but sadly the day came to an end and you had to head back home while Tifany had to go back to her apartment.

"See you around Y/n." She ruffled your hair with a big smile on her face.

"Yeah, See ya later Tif." You gave her one last hug before you two departed and you took an Uber back home.

When you got home you tiptoed to your room since your mom was already sleeping. You flopped on your bed all happy and giddy.

Just two more weeks, two more weeks...

And just like that, the days passed one after the other. You got to be friendlier with Mark and you also made new friends Claire would introduce you to. Nearing your last days, you told them that you were transferring back to Japan, making them a bit sad to see you leave so soon. You got a small going away party in class and you said your goodbyes to everyone. You promised to keep in contact with them and soon enough, you were already at home packing your things hopefully for the last time.
