"Can I talk to you for a sec?" You nodded your head and gathered your things, stuffing everything in your bag. You two walked towards the entrance and you went to your locker to switch out your shoes. You looked over at Eijiro to see why he wasn't doing the same but it looks like he already switched his shoes.

"So what did you wanna talk about?" You asked casually as you put on your shoes.

"Well...Um..."He never made eye contact as fidgeted with the hem of his jacket.

Wait...

You watched enough anime to know where this was going.

"Eijiro-"

"I like you!" He blurted out. You stood there frozen in place, not knowing what to say. No one's ever confessed to you so you didn't know how to go about the situation to ya know... turn him down.

"I know we don't know each other that well but you're really special, and every time we talk I feel like I can tell you anything and your really easy to talk you and you're so nice and kind, so..." He finally looked up at you and that just made everything worse.

"I um..." Now you were the one struggling to find the words. "I..." Eijiro's face of embarrassment slowly morphed into a sad smile.

"You don't feel the same way huh." You looked at the ground feeling bad about rejecting him. "Ah, that sucks." He lightly kicked the lockers with a chuckle. "It was worth a try." He shrugged.

"I'm really sorry." Was all you could think about saying.

"Don't worry about it. I'm just glad I could tell you in the first place." You stretched your hand towards him making him confused.

"Friends?" Eijiro was a good guy and you really didn't want to lose a friend because of this. He raised his eyebrows a bit surprised but then chuckled and took your hand to shake it.

"Friends." He then pulled you in for a hug. "Don't worry, I'll try my best not make things awkward between us." You hugged him back but then pulled away.

"Thanks." You smiled at him. He felt absolutely terrible but he didn't want it to show so he just ruffled your hair.

"See you tomorrow." He said and then walked away. You decided to wait a while until he got a bit farther since you didn't want to bump into him.

"Interesting turn of events," Todoroki said all of a sudden next to you.

"Ah!" You took a side step away from him, feeling your heart beat a hundred miles per second. "Don't scare me like that!" You playfully slapped his arm making him chuckle.

"Sorry about that. I couldn't help myself." You pouted and started walking away.

"Hey, wait up." He jogged over to you and so you two started making your way home.

"You seem like you're in a better mood." You commented seeing him a bit more upbeat.

"Oh, do I?" He asked honestly not noticing his own change in attitude.

"What's up?" Todoroki stuffed his hands in his pockets as he spoke.

"I recently visited my mother again in the psychiatric ward."

"Oh, and how did it go?" You weren't sure if you should ask him to continue seeing that it was a sensitive topic.

"It actually went better than I expected. We get along pretty well..." He spoke softly as he looked at the ground, probably remembering the moment he visited her for the first time.

"I'm glad to hear that, it looks like it's doing good for you since you seem a bit more...relaxed?" You weren't sure if that was the right word you were looking for.

"Yeah, I feel like a bit of the weight on my shoulders have been lifted." You two kept walking in comfortable silence, just enjoying each other presence. But that's when you remembered.

"FINAL EXAMS!" You shouted making Todoroki jump at your sudden outburst.

"Yeah, they're in three days..." Todoroki didn't really understand why you were freaking out.

"I wasn't here the first week of class so I don't know what to study. Aizawa forgot to give me the notes and I was going to ask Izuku to lend me his but I forgot." You sighed knowing you would have to ask him tomorrow.

"I can let you borrow mine," Todoroki said casually. Your eyes lit up and you could hear the angels singing hallelujah in the background.

"Really???"

"Yeah I've got them back at my house, you can come with me so I can hand them to you."

"Thank you!!" You gave him a hug and then grabbed his wrist. "What are we waiting for? Let's get going!" You started dragging him behind you as you went in the opposite direction of your apartment.

"Do you know where I live?" He asked, not really complaining about you holding his arm. You came to an abrupt stop.

"No..." Todoroki couldn't help but chuckle.

"Energetic as ever." He ruffled your hair and suddenly got a flashback to when you two were on the bus. He stayed that way for a bit longer than intended and you cocked your head to the side, somewhat confused.

"Todoroki?" You asked, wondering as to why he just had his hand on your head.

"Oh, sorry about that. Let's get going." He then turned and started walking towards his house, you shrugged it off and followed right behind.

Todoroki stopped in front of a house and you just stared with your jaw dropped.

"This is where you live?!"

"Yes?" He thought it was pretty obvious because he wouldn't just take you to some random house.

"This isn't a house, it's a mansion!" Todoroki took out his keys and unlocked the door, letting you in. The inside of the house was even more amazing than the outside.

"I'm home." He called out, taking off his shoes. You remember the Japanese customs and also took off your shoes.

"Hey Shoto- Oh, hello there." A nice looking girl with white and red streaks of hair greeted you.

"Hi, nice to meet you, I'm a friend of Todoroki." The girl didn't miss a beat and noticed you're a girl at his house. She had a smile on her face and looked at her younger brother.

"She's the exchange student from America and I'm going to lend her my notes." Todoroki cleared up before she could bug him about you.

"Oh! Nice to meet you."

"Hey, Fuyumi, what's for-" The guy that walked in stared at you and you stared right back.

Shit.

"Hey you're that girl I bumped in to before! Misappear!" He smiled brightly as he walked over to you.

Now Todoroki was surprised and looked at you waiting for an explanation.

Misappear?

"Right! Umm...Yeah, sorry about that." The guy with red hair laughed.

"No worries! You're a UA student too?" He just noticed your uniform and could see how Todoroki was a bit more stoic than usual.

"Yeah." You laughed nervously, not knowing how to act.

"Come on Y/n, I'll get you the notes." Said Todoroki saving you from an awkward conversation.

"Nice to meet you all." You bowed and followed behind as he walked up the stairs. Todoroki was pretty quiet, well he usually is, but this time it was different.

"Todoroki?" You spoke up.

"Sorry about that, my brother can be a bother sometimes." He commented.

"Oh! Don't worry about it it just a coincidence that we bumped into each other when I was training those two weeks before the games." Todoroki simply nodded and walked into his room, not really caring about having a girl in his room.

As he searched for the notebook you looked around his room, it was organized, REALLY organized.

"Here you go." He said while handing you the notebook.

"Thanks! You're a lifesaver Todoroki!" You gave him a hug to which he gladly returned.

"What do you say we study together tomorrow?" He asked out of nowhere. You let go of him a bit caught off guard by the question.

"Sure, that's fine with me." You two started walking down the stairs and back to the entrance.

"But can we study at your place? Over here it's..." He looked around and just as he thought, Fuyumi was spying on your two. "A bit crowded." You didn't know what he meant by crowded since his place is fucking huge.

"Um, sure? That's fine with me." Note to self, clean room for tomorrow.

"I'm going out for a bit," Todoroki called out as he opened the door to at least walk you home halfway there, but just as he opened the door. There he was,

The #2 hero.

Out of uniform and in regular clothes, about to open the door.

"And who do we have here." He asked in his deep voice, not even greeting his own son.

"A friend, bye." He answered coldly. You gulped not knowing what to say. Endeavor stared at you and you didn't know what to do.

"H-Hi..." Your voice was barely audible. That's when something in his mind clicked.

"Your Dad/n L/n's kid aren't you." You felt your blood run cold. Todoroki froze in place along with his other siblings.

"U-Um...yes." He kept looking at you and you didn't know why.

Can I just go home?

He then had a smirk on his face as he said

"Why don't you stay for dinner?"

"WHAT?"
