MIA'S POV

I entered the dance room and saw lexi sitting at one of the chairs. My eyes widened but I smiled at her.

I turned to put my bag and heard her voice which came from my back, "you are the one bane is dancing with.. Huh? "

I turned to face her and saw her near me as I nodded my head.

When did she get here?? So fast.

She smiled at me as she held her hand out, " I know you. You are mia right? I have seen you in my class."

I shook her hand and replied," I know you too. You are lexi. It's nice to finally meet you."

She grinned and said, " Let's talk casually, I don't want you to feel uncomfortable. But first let me ask you something first- where did you get these shoes? I love them. "

I saw her look down as she excitedly asked me that.

I was so wrong at judging her. She is so sweet and nice to me. I swear seeing her excited at the sight of my shoes made me wanna pinch her cheeks and hug her.

I chuckled and told her that it was from the mall near my place.

I asked her, " I don't know if this might sound rude to you or not but I really thought you were not a nice person as some girls told me that you bullied them, her name was something like lila.. No lilo.. No noo, excuse my memory.... Ahh it was lola."

I waited for her to get angry at me but she just laughed and told me that," I swear you are so cute, it's really okay. Everyone thinks that but no one knows the truth. Lola deserved what I did to her."

I raised my eyebrows in confusion as she continued, " She was bullying the new girl just because her parents divorced.
She is like that, many fake rumours are started by her disgusting mouth. I swear if bane didn't stop me I would have taught her a lesson. "

I looked at her at awe and made a guilty face. I stuttered at my words as I scratched the back of my neck.

"Mia, it's really fine. It's not your fault. Let's be friends. I want to know more about you and of course these shoes. "

I laughed as we exchanged phone numbers, " Do you wanna go shop these shoes, I mean...like...umm we both...together?

She hugged and said,"of course.. Let's go shopping. I will text you for sure. "

I nodded my head but flinched as I heard the door open. I turned back and saw bane.

Bane saw lexi and me and lexi walked to him, " Heyyy baby, why are you late huh? I was waiting for you for so long. But I made a new friend, your dance partner - Mia." She hugged him as I looked at them and smiled.

Smile mia. Lexi is his girlfriend. Lexi is his girlfriend. You will get a boyfriend soon. It's just an attraction which will subside soon.

I faked smiled as I looked at bane and made eye contact with him.

Bane asked Lexi that why was she here. She didn't tell him any thing about it. She just told him that it was a surprise and she wanted to see our dance.

Bane told her that the dance was not complete yet and she should go home and rest as she had a big thing tomorrow.

She just smiled and shook her head while saying she was here now and will go back with him.

She suddenly asked me," Mia, are you comfortable with me here? "

I nodded my head quickly than I intended to and told her it was more than fine.

I swear I felt bane's eyes on me while I said that.

I turned my back to them and started to stretch.

Lexi went with bane as they both talked with each other. I sighed and heard bane, " Mia, let's decide on the further choreo."
I nodded and walked towards him as we both stood together with Lexi watching us.

Why do I feel this is gonna be a long practice? Help me someone!!!!

So that happened. I know late update but I am working on other things as well. My exams started again and I couldn't update the story. I will try to update faster without any long breaks.
