Mia's POV

I have to keep running .

I have to run faster, why am I so slow?

I should take a break .

Panting I stopped on the concrete tiles and bent down to catch my breath.

Damn it ! I have to work on my cardio .
I hope I get to college on time .

I crossed the road and started walking towards my college but stopped when something caught my eye .
A boy was helping an old woman to cross the road and seeing that a smile crept up my face.

There are still good people in this world.

I looked towards the boy and my breath hitched, he was the most handsome boy I have ever seen .I mesmerisingly watched him come to my side of the road.

The woman thanked him and he smiled at her. I swear if I could I would have died right there. I suddenly remembered, I was late and frantically ran as fast as I could.

I am late, I am so late and on the first day of my second year. I reached my college and panted a while but smiled widely when I realized I was not late and punched the air . I made my way towards my class walking happily .

My phone ringed and I took it out but even before I could open it a force pushed me down making me fall on the ground and I groaned.
"What the hell", I exclaimed and looked towards the guy who made me fall and I froze on my place.

I gulped and broke out of my daydream and started collecting his books that have dropped due to our collision .
I stood and gave him his books. He took them forcefully and I saw his face. He was the one who helped the woman and seeing his face up so close made my heart beat.

He had brown hairs that were styled messily. I had to look up at him even if I was 5'7, so I assume he would be 6'2 or something. He looked intimidating with his chiseled face and sharp features. I flinched when I heard him.

"Don't you have freaking eyes or are you blind? Can't you look ahead and walk?" he angrily asked me.

My mouth opened and I couldn't believe that this was the same guy who helped someone. How can he be so rude?

I scoffed and answered,"who even are you to tell me how to walk? You were the one who bumped into me and you really have the nerves to shout at me, do you really have manners or did you left them with your small brain at home? Huh?"

I could see his jaw clench but I was not scared. I don't care about his looks anymore, I am just proving my point here.

He took a step towards me and bent down to my level but I stood my ground and looked at him with confidence.
"Do you think it was funny or something because I am not entertained at all and dont you dare talk to me like that because i can easily shut your mouth up." he smirked and started walking away.

I ran towards him and answered him," you know your mysterious guy aura will not get you anywhere and that shut up thing ,can you please work on your roasting skills because if you roasted me then I should tell you that my cousin is better than you and he is only 8 years old", I smiled and walked away. Well that felt nice.

Bane's POV
I watched her walk to her class and smirked when she went into the same class in which I have to go.

I remembered her mentioning her cousin and sighed as I started thinking about my sister. I walked towards my class and ignored her completely. I am in for a hell of a ride.

Mia's POV

I saw my best friend Lucas and  smiled widely while hugging him tight and I felt him flinch due to the sudden force.
"I missed you Lucas, eventhough we met yesterday", I laughed and ruffled his hair.
He looked at me and relaxed while laughing at my statement.
"I didn't miss you because I knew I would see you today, princess ."I laughed and sat with him.

When I saw the guy entering the class ,I groaned and blamed my luck.
I wanted to tell Lucas about him but I saw the professor entering the class and thumped my head at the desk lightly.

I am in for this roller coaster ride.

Heyyyyy guys!!!!! So Mia and Bane have met but have you noticed something about them ?
