Mullai: Illei. Konjom thooram appadiya nadanthu polame. (Kathir nods and stops his bike aside. Both of them get down from the bike and walk.) Yetho pesanum’nu sonnighale. Amaithiya irukkiye??

Kathir: Veliye polama’nu thaan keten. Pesanum’nu sollaleye. (Smiles playfully.)

Mullai: Aathi!! Neengge ippadi ellam pesuvighala?? (Kathir smiles playfully.) Ethuvum pesale’na, vaangge thirumbe poyiralam. (She turns to go but Kathir holds her hand.)

Kathir: Enna?? Ippadi kovichikkurighe??

Mullai: Kovichikkama?? Pese ethuvum illei’na, ethukku veliye varanum??

Kathir: Sari. Kovichikkathighe!! Pesalam.

Mullai: Athu!! Sollungge.

Kathir: (mind voice) Enna’nu solrathu?? Ivale paakanum’nu pole irunthuchi’nu sonna thappa eduthukke maata?? (Mullai sees him lost somewhere. She snaps her finger at his face. Kathir comes out from his trances.)

Mullai: Enna’ngge?? Pesanum sollittu etho yosikkirighe??

Kathir: Athu. Nethu neengge rombe aluthighala. Enakku rombe kashtama irunthuchi. Athan unggale paakanum’nu nenechen. (Mullai is amused with his honesty. She just smiles.) Unggale thirumbavum kashte paduthe kudathu’nu thaan solle thayangginen.

Mullai: Thanks. (Kathir looks at her in confused.) Unmaiye sonnathukku. (Kathir smiles.)

Kathir: Unggalte onnu kekkanum aana neengge marupadiyum alunthuruvighelo'nu…. (He hesitates.)

Mullai: Illei, paravale kelungge. Naan  ale maaten.

Kathir: Naan nambe maaten. Sathiyam pannungge. (Forwards his hand asking for promise.)

Mullai: Promise’ngge. (She places her palm on his. He smiles holding it.)

Kathir: Yen ungge doctor padippe vittighe?? (Her face turns sad.)

Mullai: Karthik iranthathukku appurom ennale ethulayum gavanam seluthe mudiyale. Avan saavu’kku naanum oru karanam’nu ore kutra unarva irunthathu. Ennale padikke mudiyale. Karthik avanode event agency’eh en perule eluthi vechirukkiratha, avanode amma sonnaghe. (Her eyes are brimmed with tears again.)

Mullai: Naan enna panrathu?? Athu thaana varuthu. (One drop of tear fell from her eye. Kathir caught it with his palm. Mullai looks at him astonishingly.)

Kathir: Nee aluthathu pothum, Mullai. Inimel nee aka vendam. (Kathir realised what he said.) Sorry’ngge. Athu etho oru flow'le appadi vanthiruchi.

Mullai: Illei paravale. Nee vaa po’nu solli’ye pesungge. Formalities ethu’vum vendam.

Kathir: Neenggalum…. Neeyum enneye vaa po’nu solli pesalam.

Mullai: Illei’ngge. Vendame. Naan ippadi’ye unggale kupudren. Please.

Kathir: Sari. Naan kattaya paduthule. Unakku ethu viruppamo, appadiye solli koopidu. (Mullai nods.)

At a Park

VM, PA are there with Arjun.

Malar: Jeeva mama ethanai manikku varen’nu sonnaru??

Arjun: Moorthy sir vanthuttone varen naaru. Kathir’um vere kadaile illei. Appadiye vittutu vare mudiyathu’le. (They see Meena coming down from an auto and walks towards them.)

Meena: Sorry, late ayiruchi.

Malar: Kannan inthe alavukku upset aaguvan’nu naangge ethir paakale.

Meena: Avan appadithangge. Mathavangge kavalai paduvangge’nu avan ethayum kaatikke maatan. Ethavathu comedy pannkittu iruppan. (They smile. Jeeva comes that time.) Vaa, Jeeva.

Jeeva: Sorry, late aayirchi.

Jeeva: Namme thambi thanggachi kaaga enna vendum’naalum pannalam.

Jeeva: Kathir’um Mullai’ye nenechi rombe varutha pattan. Vazha vendiye ponnu’kku anthe mathiri nadanthu poche’nu. Avalukku nadanthathu vide thanakku nadanthathu onnume illei’nu sonnan.

Pugazh: Inthe mind set’ku Kathir vanthale pothum. Kathir’ku irukkire complex illaame panniralam.

Akila: Kathir’ode complex kude sari panniralam. Karthik iranthathukku appurom, Mullai’ku oru saanthiyam seiyanumnu sila ladies vanthangge paarungge. Ippo nenechaalum paththikittu varuthu.

Meena: Enna saanthiyam??

Malar: Athan. Anthe husband iranthutta pannuvanggale.

Jeeva: Aiyoyo!! Anthe mathiri panninanggala??

Pugazh: Vitta panniruppangge!!

*Flashback*

Karthik's funeral was taken place at Mullai's house. All of them performed his last rituals. Mullai is completely broken. MA stay with her as her support. Divya almost fainted but Parvathy held her and took her to the room followed by Murugan and Rajasekar. The iyer called all the men to tell something. Few ladies go towards Mullai.

Lady 1: Inthe ponnu thavire mathavangge ellam veliye pongge. (MA look at each other confusingly.)

Akila: Ethukku naangge poganum?? Yaaru neengge??

Lady 2: Sonna kelungge, ma. Ithellam seiye vendiya saanthiyam.

Malar: Enna saanthiyam?? Naangge anthe mathiri yaaraiyum koopidaleye. Mothale inggernthu kilambungge. (MA stand beside Mullai. ArVPVin who are talking with the iyer are surprised hearing some noise inside the house. They go inside the house.)

Arjun: Malar, Akila, enna aachu??

Akila: Mullai’ku etho saanthiyam seiyanuma. Naame anthe mathiri yaarum kupidaleye.

Lady 3: Ithe paaru, ma. Nee chinna ponnu. Unakku ethuvum teriyathu. Inthe saanthiyam’lam kandippa panniye aaganum.

Lady 4: Aama. Avale alanggarichi appurom onnu onna edukkanum. (ArVin, VM and PA are shocked. They look at Mullai who is standing numb. They stare angrily at the ladies.)

Pugazh: (control his anger) Ingge paarungge. Ava erkanave rombe odanji poyirukka. Inthe mathiri saanthiyam pannuren’nu solli, avale innum kashta paduthathingge.

Lady: Unggalukku ithellam puriyathu. (The lady takes Mullai’s hand and about to take her with her when someone placed a knife on her neck which is none other than Zoya.)

Zoya: (angrily) Leave her hand!! (All the ladies look at her shockingly.) I said leave her hand!! (The lady leaves Mullai’s hand and steps back.) I won’t let anyone to near my jaan to do this type of stupid ritual. Konnuduven!! Get lost from here!!

Vinay: Athan solranggale!! Kilambungge inggernthu!! Ivunggalavuthu kathiye vekke than senjangge. Naan veche kathi’ye ulle irakkiruven!! Pongge!! (All the ladies leave from there. Zoya hugs Mullai.)

Meena: Inthe mathiri’lam innuma nadakkuthu??

Arjun: Nadakkuthe!! Aana ithellam ponnunggalukku mattum’thaan nadakkum. Ithu enna nyayam’nu enakku puriyale. Athuvum vanthavanggalum ponnungge thaane. Anthe vali enna’nu avunggalukku teriyatha??

Arjun: Irukke. (He searches for Zoya’s picture in his mobile.) Ivunggethan. (He gives his mobile to Meena.) Kude irukkirathu Adithya, avungge husband.

Meena: Rombe azhaga irukkangge. Adithya’vum super’ah irukkaru. (Jeeva looks at her weirdly.)

Jeeva: Hey!! Aduthavanggalode purushane sight adikkathadi. (ArVMPA laugh.)

Meena: Nijamathan da solren. Nee vendum’na paaren. (She shows the picture towards him. Jeeva looks at the picture and looks back at Meena. Suddenly, his expression changes and he takes the mobile from Meena and stares at the picture again. Meena looks at him weirdly.) Dei, enneye sollittu, nee mattum avarode wife’eh sight adikkire.

Jeeva: Naan avughale paakale, di. Adithya’ve paakuren.

Meena: Semmaya irukkaru’le??

Akila: Engga Adi anne kattu mastu 6 pack body’nu enggalukku teriyum. Purushan pondaati rendu perum rombe sight adikkathingge. Mullai’ku terinjathu unggale undu illei’nu panniduva. Adi anne engga Zoya anni’kku mattumthan.

Jeeva: Athu illei, Akila. Ivare naan erkanave parthu irukken. Mullai’ye pathi enakku terinjathu kude ivaralethan.

Meena: Ennada solre?? Engga parthe ivare??

Jeeva: Ivarode appa’than namme Kathir’ku operation panninaru. (All of them are shocked.) Avughe peru koode, Harshvardhan…..

Arjun: Dr. Harshvardhan Hooda.

Jeeva: Avarethan!!

Pugazh: Avaru periya heart surgeon. Aana Kathir’ku avaruthan surgery pannirupparu’nu naangge ethir paakale.

Vetri: Unggalukku Adithya eppadi teriyum??

Jeeva: Kathir’ku operation pannanum’nu Chennai’kku ponappo, angge ulle periya doctor Dr Harshvardhan’eh pathi sonnaghe. Engga nalle neram avaru etho conference vishayama vanthirukkaghe pole. Avaru kitte Kathir’eh pathi sonnen. Avarum Kathir’ode reports’lam parthuttu, heart transplantation panniye aaganum'nu sonnaru. Avarukku terinje hospital’ku ellam thagaval sonnaru aana enthe donor’um kidaikkale. Kathir’ode nilamai rombe mosama pochi. Enggalukkum enna panrathu’nu teriyale. 

*Flashback*

Harsh: Don't lose hope, Mr. Jeeva. Pray to the God. He will definitely show a way to save your brother. (Adithya enters the room without knocking the door.) What behaviour is this, Adithya?? Don't you know to knock the door before coming in.

Adithya: (in a weak voice) I heard that you are looking for a heart donor. There is one donor. Go and check if his heart is suitable for your patient. (Harsh keeps quiet.) I know you are angry on me and my wife. But don’t play with a human’s life because of your anger. (Harsh nods and looks at Jeeva.)

Harsh: Just a moment, Mr Jeeva. I will be back in a while. (Jeeva nods. Adithya and Harsh leave from there.)

Jeeva: Kadavule, anthe donor ode idhayam epadiyavathu Kathir’ku porunthanum. Engge Kathir enggalukku nalla padiya thirumba kidaikkanum. (His mobile rings.) Anni!! (He answers the call.) Hello, anni!!

Dhanam: Jeeva, doctor ennada sonnaru?? Kathir’ku operation panne idhayam kedechatha??
Jeeva: Ippo oru donor kedechirukku aana namme Kathir’ode match aaguma’nu teriyale. Check panne doctor poyirukkaga.

Dhanam: Kadavule, eppadiyavathu anthe idhayam engga Kathir’ode porinthirunom.

Jeeva: Naan appurom kupudren, anni. (He ends the call  and thought to visit Kathir. He is about to leave from the cabin when Harsh came that time.)

Harsh: Your brother got the donor. His blood group is same as Kathir’s. And his body size has not much difference with Kathir. (Jeeva smiles in tears.)

Jeeva: Thank you, doctor. Thank you very much.

Harsh: Don’t thank me, Jeeva. I don’t deserve that. You should thank the donor’s wife who is willing to donate her husband’s organs whom she lost on her wedding day. (Jeeva looks at him shockingly.)

Jeeva: What are you saying, doctor??

Harsh: Just now one guy came, right?? He is my son, Adithya. I and my family abandoned him and his wife for getting married against our wishes. He stayed with his friend’s family here. His friend’s sister just got married today. Her husband passed away in an accident just now. (Jeeva is shocked and feels bad for the girl. He just felt happy that his dearest brother got a donor but he forgot that the heart belongs to a person who has lost his life.)

Jeeva: Doctor, can I meet his wife??

Harsh: I don’t know if you can meet her. They are already leaving. (Jeeva leaves from the cabin in a hurry and runs towards the entrance. Harsh too follows him. Jeeva looks here and there looking for the girl.) She is the wife. (Jeeva sees Mullai in her bridal attire whose face is completely exhausted. He feels so bad for her. His eyes started to fill with tears thinking about her. He wants to go to her but she gets inside a car and left.) Jeeva, it’s destiny’s play. We can’t change whatever happened. At least, we should save your brother. (He hugs Jeeva’s shoulder and takes  him inside. Kathir’s operation started.)

Jeeva calls Meena and tells her everything. Meena too feels bad for Mullai but she consoles him.

Jeeva: (cries) Mudiyala, Meena. Anthe ponnu rombe paavam, di. Kalyanam pannine kaiyode ava purushana ilanthutta. Kathir mulusa gunam aage poraan’nu santhosham kude ennale pade mudiyale.

Meena: Ippadi ellam pesathe, da.

Jeeva: Anthe ponnu’ode veedu engge irukku’nu terinja’lum, avughale poyi paakalam. Aana ingge yaar’um solle maatinggraha. Donor per kude solle maatinggraghe.

Meena: Jeeva, ippo anthe ponne poyi paakurathu nalla irukkathu, da. Ava erkanave rombe odenji poyiruppa. Ippo nee avale poyi parthena, avalukku innum kashtama irukkum. Konjom maasam pogattum, da. Namme rendu perum sernthu poyi paakalam. (Jeeva agrees and they end the call. He waits at the corridor in front of the Operation Theater waiting for the doctor to come out. After few hours, Harsh came out.)

Harsh: Operation success. Your brother is safe now. (Jeeva smiles at him.)

Jeeva: Thank you, doctor. (Harsh pats his shoulder and leaves from there.)

*Flashback ends*

Jeeva wipes his tears after finished telling them. MA too have tears in their eyes.

Arjun: Ippo puriyuthu Adi veetule eppadi avunggale accept panninangge’nu.

Meena: Avungge veetule yethukittanggala??

Malar: Adi anna veetule accept pannittangge. Aana Zoya anni veetule innum yethukkale.

Pugazh: Pazhase pesi etho aga porathu illei. Ippo nadakke vendiyathe pesalam. Jeeva, Meena, naangge ingge innum rombe naal irukke porathu illei. Innum rendu moonu naalile, naangge Chennai’ku kilambiruvom.

Meena: Aiyoyo!! Appo KM eppadi close’ah vare vekkirathu??

Akila: Enkitte oru idea irukku.

Malar: Enna idea?? (Akila tells them something in mute. All of them smile excitingly. Pugazh lifts Akila and twirls her.)

Pugazh: Yen pondaati’na summava?? Evvalavo arivaali!!! Super Akila!!!

Akila: (blushes) Thanks. (Malar's mobile rings.)

Malar: Kannan!! (She answers the call.) Hello, Kanna!!

Kannan: Malar anni, Akila anni pakkathule irukkaghala?? (Malar looks at Akila and puts the mobile on loud speaker.)

Malar: Aama, Kanna. Akila pakkathulethan irukka. Yen ketkure??

Kannan: Annis, nethu neengge kette kelvi'kku bathile sollame poiten. Athan call panninen. (All look at each other confusingly.)

Akila: Yenna kelvi, Kanna??

Kannan: Mullai anni'ku nadanthathu terinjathu'na naan athe mudivode'thaan iruppena'nu ketiyale??

MA: Aama.

Kannan: Naan en mudivu'le strong'ah than irukken, annis. Enakku Mullai anni Kathir annanukku wife'ah vare enakku mulu sammatham. Avughalukku erkanave kalyanam aane naale ennale avughale reject panne mudiyathu. Kathir annanukku Mullai anni'ye vide vere oru nalla ponnu kidaikke maataghe. Ithe naan uruthiya solluven. (ArVPJM are surprised listening to him. MA are true about him. He is not immatured as they are thinking.)

All: Naanggalum uruthiya solluvom.

Kannan: Enna annis?? Ungge rendu peru voice'um extra'va ketkuthu.

Arjun: Machan, ungge MA annis mattum illei. Ungge VP brothers, Jeeva anne, appurom Meena anni'yum inggethan irukkangge.

Kannan: Arjun mama'va ithu??

Arjun: Aama, machan.

Jeeva: Dei, Kanna!! Nee eppolernthu, da periya manushan mathiri pese aarambiche?? Malar Akila solrappo kude naangge nambale.

Kannan: Eppothum enneye chinna paiyan'ah partha eppadi nambuvighe??

Jeeva: Sari, da periya manusha. Inimel namburom.

Pugazh: Engga mission'le neenggalum oru aal, Kanna.

Kannan: Enna mission??

All: Mission KM!! (All smile at each other.)

KM get on the bike to go back. Kathir adjusts the side mirror and looks at Mullai. He starts the bike and rides leaving the place. Kathir started to sing.

Kathir: Semma paatu'le?? Inthe paatu enakku rombe pidikkum. (Mullai just smiles silently.) Enna ethuvum solle maatingre??

Mullai: Ungge kural rombe nalla irukku.

Kathir: Appadiya?? Marupadiyum paadava??

Mullai: (smiles) Hmm paadungge!! Yaaru vendam'nu sonna??

Kathir: Vitta thinamum paade solvighe pole??

Mullai: Ithuvum nalla irukke. Daily night enakku call panni paatu paadi thoongge veingge.

Kathir: Paarda!! Neengge thoongurathukku naan paadi en thookathe keduthukkanuma?? Rombe nalla irukku. (Mullai smiles.)

Mullai: Summa sonnen'gge. (Kathir chuckles and sees a dog crossing the road. He pressed the brake suddenly making Mullai to hug his waist in jerk. Kathir is startled when he feels her touch on his waist. He just smiles lightly. Mullai realised she is hugging his waist and about to take her hand.)

Kathir: Munnadi speed breaker vantha varum. (Mullai nods and doesn't take her hand. Kathir just smiles and concentrate on his riding. Mullai doesn't understand why she can't refuse him whenever he said something.)

Mullai's House

Kathir stops the bike at Mullai’s house. Mullai gets down from the bike.

Mullai: Thanks’ngge. (Kathir smiles at her.) Ulle vaangge.

Kathir: Illei, paravale. Kadaikku poganum.

Mullai: Ennale ungge velei disturb aayiruchi.

Kathir: Naanthane unggale alaichittu ponen. Unggaleye eppothum thappu sollathighe. (Mullai nods and turns to go.) Mullai!! Oru nimisham. (She turns to him.)

Mullai: Sollungge.

Kathir: Naan ithe pathi mattum sollale. Karthik’ode maranathukkum neenggethan karanam’nu kutra unarvode irukkathighe. (He takes her right hand and places it on his palm.) Nee karanam illei, Mullai!! Athe nee mothe nambu. (He looks at her eyes intensely.) Ithe naan nethe sollanum’nu nenechen. Aana appo sonna sariya irukkathu’nu thonuchi. Athan ippo solren. (Mullai’s eyes are filled with tears listening to him. Kathir wipes them before they could fall.) Unnai ale vekkanum’nu sollale.

Mullai: Illei’ngge. Neengge solrathu ketu enakku oru mathiri aayiruchi. Athan. Naan inthe maathiri yaar kitteyum manasu vittu pesunathu illei. En family kitte kude naan sonnathu illei. Aana ungge kitte mattum sollanum’nu thonuchi. Etho manasule ulle baaram irakki veche mathiri irukku.

Kathir: (clutches her hand) Nee eppo vendum’naalum en kude pesalam, Mullai. Kekke naan irukken. Eppothum!! (Mullai is overwhelmed seeing the care and concern from the guy whom she just knows few days back.)

Mullai: Ippadi ellam pesathighe. Naan aluthuruven.

Kathir: Ale vitta thane. (Mullai smiles at him.) Sari, nee ulle po. (Mullai nods and opens the gate. She closes the gate once she entered and looks at him who is looking at her.) Naan varen. Appurom paakalam. (Mullai nods and waves at him. Kathir leaves from there. Mullai smiles looking at him leaving from there. She looks at her hand which  held by him just now. She doesn’t know why she is feeling comfortable with his touch. She is not a person who will allow any guys to hold her or touch her. But with Kathir she doesn’t feel to refuse him or to stop him. She smiles and walks entering her house recalling their conversation just now.)
