About today's chapter, some scenes I have taken from ER but I have changed the characters here.

KM are riding on the bike. Mullai is thinking how to tell him.

Mullai: Neengge kudikke poriyala??

Mullai: Haan!! Appo saringge. Kudikkalam. (Kathir agrees and stops his bike at the vendor. They get down from the bike.)

Kathir: Anne, 2 ilaneer kudungge. (The vendor cuts and hands over two tender coconuts. Kathir gives one to Mullai and he takes another one.)

Mullai: (drinks it) Rombe nalla irukku'ngge. Athuvum inthe veyilukku super'ah irukku. (Kathir smiles.) First time inthe mathiri kudikkiren.

Kathir: Chennai'le ippadi kudichathilleya??

Mullai: Kudichirukken aana ippadi road side'le ninnu kudichathu illei. Kudikke vittathillei.

Kathir: Yaaru??

Kannan and his friend are riding on the same road after finishing the college. They are about to pass KM when Kannan spots them from far.

Kannan: Dei, machan!! Vandiye niruthu!! (His friend stops the bike.)

Friend: Enna, machan?? Enna aachu??

Kannan: Yen annan'um anniyum angge irukkangge. (His friend sees Kathir is standing there.)

Friend: Dei, athu un Kathir anne'da!!

Kathir: Sari, vaangge angge polam. (He pays for the coconuts and they walk towards a place which is having a bench.) Ukkarungge!! (Mullai sits on the bench. Kathir too sits beside her.) Etho pesanum'nu sonningge.

Mullai: Athukku munnadi naan sorry sollidren.

Kathir: (confused) Sorry'ah?? Ethukku??

Mullai: Naan solrathu keta, neengge kovappattalum paduvighe. Athan. Oru mun jaamin.

Kathir: Oh!! Mun jaamin vaanggure alavukku etho onnu solle poringgala?? (Mullai nods.) Sari, sollungge.

Mullai: Sollatumgala?? (Fidgeting the edge of her duppata.)

Malar: Super, Akila!! (She looks at Azhagar.) Pothuma illei en kitteyum ethavathu vaangganuma?? (Looks at her Shanti.) Athai, appa amma solli neengge kekkale. Ippo naane solluren. (Holds Vetri's hand.) Ivarethaan naan kadhalikkiren, kalyanam pannikke poren. Ithu engge veetule ellathukkume teriyum. Ippo please kilambungge. (Azhagar and Shanti leave from there. Vetri: Sari. Appo naangge varom. (Malar is again shocked. Akila and Mullai have a high five.)

Mullai: Aana oru condition.

Mullai: Anthe dhaadi mattum eduthurungge. (VP are shocked.)

Malar: Yen, papa dhaadi edukke sollre??

Malar: Enna ippadi sollure?? (Looks at Vetri sadly.)

Pugazh: Dhaadi thaane?? Eduthuruvan!! Don't worry!! (Vetri looks at him shockingly.)

Mullai: (smiles happily) Thanks. (Pugazh takes Vetri from there. Pugazh laughs at him.)

Vetri: Sirikkathe, da. (Rubs his beard.) Inimel dhaadi vekke mudiyatha?? (Sadly)

Pugazh: (chuckles) Paavam!! Nalla velei naan thappichen!!

Kathir: (shocked) Ennadhu?? Dhaadi vekke kudatha?? (Mullai nods.) Ippadi oru condition pota avughalukku kalyanam panni vechingge?? (Mullai nods again. Kathir rubs his beard.)

Mullai: Enakku dhaadi pudikkathu!!

Kathir: (murmurs to himself) Dhaadi illena enneye enakke pidikkathe!!

Mullai: Ethavathu sonniyala??

Kathir: Illei. Appurom enna nadanthuchi??

Night at Mullai's House

Mullai wakes up from her sleep feeling thirsty. She looks at the water bottle and finds it empty. She leaves from her room to go to kitchen. She is about to go downstairs when she hears some sound from Akila's room.

Mullai: Akka room'lernthu enna satham varuthu. (She is about to knock the door but she stops herself and places her ear on the door. She hears Akila is screaming and crying at someone. Mullai feels something is wrong. She tries to open the door but the door is locked.) Enneye manichirungge, ka. (She takes a hair pin from her head and inserts it inside the keyhole. The door gets unlocked after she tried for few times. She opens the door and sees Akila is crying badly sitting on the floor.) Akka!! (Akila is shocked to see her at that time.)

Akila: (cries) Mullai!! (Mullai is shocked to hear Mullai from Akila. Akila never has addressed her with her name since they were kid. She always call her with pet names. She only will call her by name if she is disturbed or broken. Mullai runs towards her and hugs her.)

Mullai: Akka!! Enna aachu, ka?? Yen aluvure??

Akila: En vazhkaiye naasam aage poguthu, Mullai.

Mullai: Chi!! Appadi sollathe!! Naan irukken, ka unakku. (Wipes her tears.) Nee alame enna aachu'nu sollu!!

Voice: Enna ingge saththam?? (They turn and see Malar standing at the door.) Akila ethukku aluvura??

Mullai: Akka, nee kathave saathittu vaa!! (Malar closes the door and goes towards them.) Ippo sollu, ka. Enna aachu!!??

Akila: Athu athu.... (Cries)

Malar: Alame solludi!! (Akila takes her mobile and does something. Then, she gives the mobile to them. They see something in the mobile.) Ennadi ithu??

Akila: Aama, Malaru. Yaaro oruthan naan dress maathirathu video eduthu vechikittu mirattikittu irukkan.

Mullai: Enna'nu miratturan??

Akila: Inthe video've internet'le podame irukkanumnaa, naan avan kude oru naal.... (Cries. MaMul get angry knowing this.)

Malar: Porukki rascal!! Avan yaaru'nu teriyuma??

Akila: Teriyathu, Malaru.

Mullai: Akka, inthe video inthe room'le eduthe mathiri irukku. (She looks at the room and the video.)

Malar: Aama, papa. Aana yaaru namme veetukke vanthu inthe mathiri panninathu??

Mullai: (looks at Akila) Akka, mothe avan thaan call panninana?? (Akila nods.) Enna sonnan??

Akila: Naalaikki enneye oru idathukku vare sonna. Illena..... (cries)

Mullai: Akka, bayappadathe. Ippadi bayappadure naalethaan, inthe mathiri aalunggellam advantage eduthukkurangge. Inthe bayathai mothe thooki podu.

Akila: Ippo enna panrathu, Mullai??

Mullai: Naalaikki solren, ka. Nee mothe thoonggu. (Looks at Malar.) Akka, nammalum innaikki inggeye padukkalam. (Malar agrees. They make Akila to sleep. They too sleep beside her.)

Next Day

Akila is covering her head with a duppata and walks going somewhere. She is feeling very much scared.

Akila: Mullai, line'le irukkiya?? (She asked through her bluetooth.)

Mullai: Irukken, ka. Nee thairiyama po. Naangge unneye follow pannittu thaan irukkom. (Akila feels relieved. She walks fast towards a place. She sees a small wall and goes behind it. She returns wearing a purdah. She continues to walk towards a secluded place which is having a broken building. She enters inside the building and sees a bed which is decorated with flowers. She sits on the bed. After a while, a man enters inside wearing a mask. He turns Akila towards himself. He removes the black cloth which is covering her face. He gets shocked to see a guy sitting in front of him.)

Guy: Welcome!! (The mask man tries to run but the guy kicks his feet making him to fall down. The guy is about to pull his mask but the man pushes him. He is about to run when Arjun comes there and hits his head with a wood. He falls down. Arjun tries to pull his mask but the man throws sand on his eyes. Arjun eyes get irritated and he leaves him. The man tries to run again but the guy came and holds his neck. He takes out the mobile from his pocket and whatever he is keeping inside. He tries to pull his mask but the man hits his nose with his elbow. He left the man. The man ran away from there. Arjun tries to catch him but the man manage to escape. Arjun sighs feeling irritated and goes to the guy.)

Arjun: Are you ok?? (Looks at his nose.) Oh no!! You are bleeding!!

Guy: Never mind. We missed him!! (Sighs feeling irritated.) Arjun, I got his mobile. Let's go to your sisters. They must be waiting for us. (Arjun and the guy leave from there.)

At nearby place

MAMul are waiting there. Akila is looking worried but MaMul console her. Arjun came there with the guy. Akila runs towards Arjun and hugs him.

Akila: (cries) Anna!!

Arjun: Aluvathe, ma!!

Akila: (breaks the hug) Anna, anthe video..... (He hands over the mobile to her.)

Arjun: Check panni paaru!! (She checks for the video and deletes it.)

Akila: Thanks, anna.

Arjun: Enakku sollathe. (Looks at the guy.) Ivarukku sollu. Last minute'le ellathaiyum vittutu en kude ingge vantharu. Aditya Hooda, my friend.

Akila: Thanks, sir.

Aditya: Don't mention it. It's my duty. But still I'm not satisfied as we couldn't catch him. (Sighs) Never mind. First, you burn this mobile with all these stuffs. I don't know how many girls he has blackmailed like this. (They burn all the stuffs.)

Mullai: Sir, her video is taken from our house. It was her room.

Aditya: (shocked) What?? Are you sure??

Malar: Yes. 100%.

Aditya: Arjun, if you don't mind, can I stay at your house for some days??

Arjun: Of course you can. Malar is getting married in another two weeks. You must attend the wedding.

Aditya: Definitely, yaar. Your sisters are like my sisters. I won't miss any of their weddings.

Parvathy: (slaps his arm) Kindel pannathe, da. Aama, nee naalaikki varen thaane sonne. Ippo enna thidirnu innaikki vanthu nikkire??

Arjun: Summa ungge ellathaiyum surprise pannalam'nu.

Parvathy: Sari, neengge eppadi ivan kude??

Arjun: Naanthan call panni ice cream parlour'ku vare sonnen. Angge ice cream saapittu varom.

Murugan: (looks at Aditya) Sari, inthe thambi yaaru??

Arjun: (slaps his head) Maranthe poiten. (Hugs Aditya's shoulder) Appa, amma, this is Aditya, my friend. And Aditya, these are my parents.

Aditya: Vanakkam, uncle, aunty.

MuPar: Vanakkam, thambi.

Arjun: Malar kalyanathukku naanthan invite panninen. Ava kalyanam varaikkum inggethaan thangguvaru.

Murugan: Sari, da. Inggeye thanggattum.

Arjun: Ivarukku Tamil pese teriyathu. Hindi illena English.

Aditya: No problem, aunty. I can't speak Tamil but I can understand. So, no worries. I guess you can understand English too??

Aditya: You are right, aunty. It's not necessary to know all the languages. We can understand. So, it's fine. Even Arjun can't speak Hindi. (They laugh at Arjun.)

Arjun: Not only me, none of us can speak Hindi here.

Mullai: But three of us can understand Hindi a little.

Aditya: Oh!! That's good.

Parvathy: Vanthevare nikke vechi pesikittu irukkom. Ukkarungge, thambi. (Aditya sits.) Enna saapudringge??

Aditya: For now, one cup of coffee. (Parvathy is about to go but Malar stops her.)

Arjun: Aditya, come with me. I'll show you my room. (Aditya nods and picks his bags. Arjun looks at his sisters and signals them to follow as well.)

Arjun: The window cannot be opened from outside.

VP are not aware of this because they went for a conference at Bangalore. He felt bad and asked Malar to be Akila's support. Malar can't feel happy about her wedding thinking about Akila. Akila has stopped going out because people started to gossip about her. One day, Shanti came to their house with Azhagar.)

Shanti: Yen athe nenechi kavalai paduringge?? Malar'ode kalyanathai nallapadiya nadathure valiye paarungge.

Parvathy: Enakku ippo Akila've nenechathaan rombe kavalaiya irukku. Ithellam terinji yaare avale kalyanam pannuva??

Shanti: Naan onnu solluven aana enneye thappa eduthukke kudathu. (ArAdi came from upstairs that time followed by the girls.)

Shanti: Neengge yen Akila've Azhagar'ku kalyanam katti vekke kudathu?? (All are shocked.) Yen ippadi paakuringge?? Azhagar sammathippana yosikkiringgala?? Ungge kitte pese sonnathe ivanthan. Illei, Azhagar??

Azhagar: (smiles) Aama, mama. Akila pathi nambalukku teriyum. Aana mathavanggalukku teriyathule. Sonthathukkulle katti vecha enthe prechanaiyum varathu. Athan amma kitte sonnen. (Shanthi smiles proudly looking at her son.)

Shanti: Neengge sari'nu sonningge'na, Malar'ku kalyanam nadakkure athe muhurthathule, ivunggalukkum kalyanam panni vechiralam. (All look at each other in shock.)

Parvathy: Inthe vishayathule engge mudivu ode, Akila'ode mudivu thaan rombe mukkiyam. (MuPar look at Akila.)

Akila: Enakku sammatham!! (MuPar are shocked as well as others.)

Murugan: Athan Akila've sari'nu sollittale. Namme enna solle mudiyum?? (Shanthi and Azhagar smile at each other.)

Shanti: Sari, Muruga. Appo naangge poitu nadakke vendiyathu paakurom. (MuPar nod their heads. Shanti and Azhagar leave from there.

Malar calls and inform Vetri about Akila marrying Azhagar on the same day as them. Vetri scolded Malar for agreeing with Akila's marriage with Azhagar.)

Wedding Day

At Temple

The wedding rituals are going on. The brides and grooms are getting ready in the rooms allocated for them. Parvathy is searching for someone when she bumps with Pugazh.

Pugazh: Yaare theduringge, aththai??

Parvathy: Mullai'ye thaan, thambi. Neengge parthinggala??

Pugazh: Illei, aththai. Neengge Arjun'eh parthinggala?? (Arjun comes there.)

Arjun: Enna panringge ingge??

Pugazh: Neengge engge poitingge?? Iyer mappillai ode machan'eh kooptangge.

Parvathy: Dei, nee Mullai'ye parthiya??

Arjun: Ava inggethaan enggeyavathu iruppa. Nee poi MA kude iru. (Towards Pugazh.) Vaangge Pugazh, pogalam. (He drags Pugazh from there.)

At Unknown Place

Mullai is walking towards a house. She touches the bluetooth on her ear.

Mullai: Bhaiya, I have reached the address you have given me.

Aditya: Good. Is anyone nearby there??

Mullai: No, bhaiya. No one is here.

Aditya: Ok. So, go inside the house. Is the door locked??

Mullai: It's ok, bhaiya. I'm having hair pin with me. (Aditya chuckles listening to her while she bites her tongue after realising what she said. She opens the door using her hair pin. She enters inside the house and looks around. She then goes inside a room and finds a laptop there.) Bhaiya, I found a laptop here.

Aditya: Turn it on!! (Mullai turns on the laptop and waits for the laptop to get start. She looks around the room and her eyes caught on the cupboard there. She goes and opens the cupboard and sees a mask. She takes the mask.) What happened, Mullai??

Mullai: Bhaiya, I found a mask.

Aditya: Mask?? Capture it and send to me. (Mullai captures the mask with her mobile and send it to Aditya. He recalls the day when he fought with the man who blackmailed Akila. This is the mask that man was wearing that day.) Mullai, look at the laptop. (Mullai goes to the laptop and luckily no password was asked to access it. Mullai checks for the video and finally she found it.)

Mullai: Bhaiya, I found the video!!!

Aditya: Superb!! Mullai, you take the laptop and the mask with you and directly go to the temple. I also will come there.

Mullai: Bhaiya, how we are going to stop the wedding?? We don't even know who is the one ..... (Her hand accidentally pressed a key and it opens a folder. She becomes suspicious and click on an image. She gets shocked to see the image.)

Aditya: What happened, Mullai?? Have you found the way to stop the wedding?? Or have you found the culprit!!??

Mullai: So, you are already aware that he is the one??

Aditya: Yes. We are lack of time now. Faster leave from there. (Mullai agrees and leaves from there taking the laptop and mask with her. Mullai goes to her car and starts it but it can't start.)

Mullai: Enna ithu?? Ippo'nu parthu start aagale!! Enna panrathu?? (She tries to start again but in vein.) Ceh!! Avasarama ethavathu velei irukkum pothuthaan, ippadi nadakkum!! Time illei, Mullai. Yaarkitteyavathu lift ketavathu kovil'ku poyiranum. (She gets down from the car and tries to stop auto but no one stops. She looks at the time and gets frustrated. She sees a scooter coming and she jumps in front of it. The girl who is riding the scooter stops.)

Girl: Are you mad?? Did you get my scooter to end your life?? You stupid girl!!

Mullai: Sorry'ngge. Rombe urgent. Please kovil'le drop pannirungge. En akka'vode life sammantha pattathu. Please please. (The girl thinks for a while.)

Girl: Ok ok. I will drop you. (Mullai gets on the scooter and they leave from there.)

Mullai reached the temple with the girl. She gets down from the scooter and runs towards the temple.

Girl: What a person!!?? She didn't even thank me. (Sighs) This is the real world, Zoya.... (Stops seeing someone.)

Inside the Temple

The brides and grooms are already seated at the altar. The iyer is chanting the final mantra where the grooms are ready to tie the 'thaali' on the brides neck.

Mullai: (screams) Niruthungge!!! (All turn towards her shockingly except few people who feel relieved.)
