Isabella's POV

I was finally getting to go home from the hospital. It had been three days since the night Harry showed up in my hospital room.

Sometimes I asked myself if that really had happened or not, but I guessed it did, considering that he did heal my back and ribs. But I still wondered.

I was now sitting in a wheelchair waiting patiently for Leah to arrive to pick me up. About five minutes passed and I saw our shared car come into view.

The nurse behind me that had pushed the wheelchair was now helping me to my feet as Leah opened the passenger's side door. Grabbing my arm so she could help me the rest of the way in, I didn't think I really needed the nurse or Leah to help me; I felt fine, but I guess it was better to be safe than sorry. Just as my mother would say.

Just the thought of my mother made me want to cry. She didn't even know that I had gotten hit by a car and was in the hospital for days. I wanted to tell her but I knew if I did then she would come and get me and take me back home and never let me out of her sight again. And I just couldn't do that, I couldn't give up on my dream of becoming an author one day and leaving the beautiful city of London. I just couldn't possibly do that.

And plus I would have to live under the same roof as Marcus and there was no way in Hades I would do that.

"You have know idea how much I missed you," Leah mused, giving me a half hug.

"I missed you too," I replied.

"So what do you wanna do today?" Leah looked over at me.

"Um, I'm not sure. I'm kinda hungry and the food at the hospital isn't very good, so I haven't eaten a lot lately," I said, looking over at Leah.

"Well, we can go out to eat if you want," Leah said now starting the car and pulling out of the hospital parking lot.

"I think I'd rather eat at the flat," I replied.

"Okay, that's fine," Leah said in a cheerful voice. The rest of the drive back to our flat Leah just talked about how much she missed me and how she bawled her eyes out to prove to me that she really did care about me. And I knew she did. If she didn't she probably wouldn't be here right now, talking to me and taking me back to our flat.

* * *

We were back at our flat and I was sitting at the kitchen counter as Leah fixed me something to eat. I was a bit worried about what it might be.

Leah's cooking skills were never very good. I watched as pans dropped to the floor, making awful noise as they hit the hardwood floor.

I heard Leah say a word under her breath that I didn't like. That was probably why she didn't say it too loud.

"Heard that." Leah lifted her head up from the floor and just gave me a glare.

"Shush, I'm the one fixing your food, so don't try to tell me what I can't say."

I looked from her to the stove and said, "I don't see any food." She gave me another glare. I'm pretty sure if she would have stared long enough, she could have burned a hole through me. "Do you wanna just go out to eat? Because I'm starving and from the looks of it, were not going to be eating any time soon if we don't," I said, getting up from the kitchen bar and squatting down helping her pick up the rest of the pans.

"But you said you didn't feel like it," Leah said.

"Well I didn't earlier, but I feel a lot better now."

Leah looked me straight dead in the eyes and said, "Are you sure? We don't have to if you don't really want to."

"Yes, I'm sure," I replied back.

Leah and I went to our rooms to change into something a little more appropriate, considering we were in pajamas. I grabbed some skinny jeans and a long sleeved purple knit top with a black cross on the front. I slipped on my black combat boots, then walked across the hall to the bathroom to apply some makeup.

I did a smoky brown eye with a little bit of eyeliner and mascara and my all time favorite pink rosy lips. To finish it off, my hair was a mess so I grabbed my black beanie and slipped it over my head. I walked to the living room and took my black pea-coat off the coat hanger and slipped it on as well.

"Are you done yet?" I yelled down the hall.

"I'm coming!" Leah shouted back. Leah walk down the hall toward me in a black and white skin tight dress with leggings with big crosses on them. Her hair was looking perfect as always. I never understood why Leah could look gorgeous in no time and I would have to spend at least an hour and a half just to look presentable and feel confident enough about myself to even dare step out of the flat. She looked beautiful. All the guys were always all over her and I knew why. It was because when she walked into a room it just lit up.

She could make you laugh til your stomach hurt and would cry with you if you were hurt and would most differently scream with you at any type of scary movie. If you didn't know Leah you would have thought she was snobby or stuck on herself, but she really wasn't like that at all.

She didn't let her beauty go to her head like all of the other girls. I thought everybody had one of those Leah's for a friend, who looked like they would be a snobby slut but really was one of the most caring and nicest people you would ever meet.

"What?" Leah asked with a confused face.

"It's nothing, you just look beautiful," I said kinda fast hoping to move on so we could eat. I was starving. I might have not looked like I could eat very much but really I ate more than most guys I knew.

So since I had not eaten much at the hospital, I would make up for that tonight and probably feel sick afterward. But who cares, I wasn't going to be this young forever.

"C'mon, let's go I'm starving," I said grabbing Leah's arm. We walked out the door, shutting it, not thinking to lock it. It wasn't like anybody was going to come in.

We walked to the car. I opened the driver's door getting in and Leah did the same on the passenger side. I turned on the radio and drove to the restaurant.

* * *

We were just now going into the crowded restaurant named Bar, Beer & Wings.

I had know idea why I let Leah talk me into going here. I guessed I was just so hungry I didn't think. The waiter seated us at the bar. I really wanted to sit at a booth because all the drunks were at the bar and I didn't want any part of that.

Leah and I looked at the menus for a few minutes before deciding. I went with the BBQ wings and a Sprite. Leah on the other head went with a hamburger fires and a drink. I didn't even want to know what was in it.

The waiter looked at her like 'You're underage, you know that right?' but Leah used her charm by batting her eyelashes and giving him a little smile.

He looked at her again and said to us, "Alright, I'll have this right out to you as soon as it's ready," and then he disappeared into the back part of the restaurant.

I looked at Leah and and she just gave me a smile and said, "What?"

"Oh nothing," I said.

While we were waiting for our food to come, some guys started hitting on Leah. It never failed, they always did. I didn't have anything against it, it was just that I worried about her. You never knew when one of those guys could easily drug her and throwing in some kinda of rapist van and then that be the end of her.

Well maybe that wouldn't happen, but still I had a right to worry. Just then, I sensed someone behind me. At first I kinda thought it might have been Harry since he always seemed to show up everywhere I went, but when I turned around to see who it was, it wasn't him. It was a tall, dark headed boy with bright blue eyes.

He was breathtaking and all, but what scared me the most was the smirk he had plastered on his face. I gasped and took a step back only for my back to hit the bar counter.

"Hello there,"
