Hey guys! Okay so this is chapter 19 so that means the next chapter will be the last :( I thought about making it 25 chapters long but I kinda ran out of ideas and please help me reach my goal of 10k reads by the time this book is over and make sure to vote and comment

Isabella's POV

"H-Harry I think we n-need to g-go." I stutter still looking at the eyes

"Shit." Harry cursed under his breath pulling me up from the ground

"We need to tell the others." we started running towards the small fire about fifty yards away

I looked back in the direction of the eyes and saw Marcus with an evil grin, they started running our way and they were pretty fast. Once we got near the others Harry yelled out,

"THEY'RE HERE!" Louis then shot up saying,

"Who?" while the others boys got up too along with Leah

"The Night Keepers!" Harry yelled

"Shit." Louis said

Niall grabbed Leah putting her on his back and Harry did the same for me. All the boys wings came out except for Harry's.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Harry asked all the boys

"Flying out of here." Niall said

"We can't fly out of here there's too many trees!" the boys looked up noticing all the branches making it impossible to fly

"Well I guess we're running then." Zayn spoke up

"No shit." Harry muttered

We started running, me and Leah still on Harry and Niall's back. It's a good thing, I'm not the fastest runner.

"Who're the Night Keepers?" I whispered to Harry

I know it was probably a bad time but it was bugging me.

"It's Marcus's little group, that's what they call themselves " Harry replied

"Oh." was all I said

We were getting deeper and deeper into the forest and it began to get pretty creepy. It seemed that there was no moon for there wasn't any light at all. When we were back at where I woke up, the moon was providing light. Now there was none, it was pitch black. Thorns started to scratch and tear my skin slightly, it was quite painful but I tried not to think about it and think about getting to safety.

"Harry." I heard Liam say from in front of us

"What?" Harry asked

"It's a dead end." Liam replied

"What do you mean it's a dead end? It can't be!" Harry slightly yelled

"I mean, it's a dead end." we came to a stop looking around and sure enough it was

There was this tall stone wall that looked like it went on for miles no matter which way you looked and it was so high I could barely see the top.

"What do we do now?" I asked

Harry sat down on the ground putting his head in his hands.

"I don't know." he whispered

"Well we can't just stand here, they're going to be here any minute." Louis said

"I said, I don't know but we'll figure out something-" Harry was cut off by the sound of leaves being stepped on

"Well, well. Look what we have here, it seems you found a DEAD end." Devon laughed

We all just glared at the men standing in front of us.

"This would have been a lot easier if you hadn't run but I think this will be much more fun knowing there's no where you can go" Devon continued

"Go to hell." Harry said getting up from the ground, standing tall

"I'm already part of hell and so are you-"

"Don't!" Harry growled with clenched fists

I stood there in shock knowing what Devon was going to say.

"Oh I see you haven't told her have you!?" I could hear Harry breathing heavily

I backed away slightly.

"Well you see Bella, Harry hasn't been completely honest with you." Devon began

"I swear if you..." Harry said with clenched teeth

"You'll do what? Kill me I'm already DEAD! And so are YOU so just hand over the girl and we can be done with this." Devon reasoned

"Like hell." Harry scoffed stepping closer to me

I didn't know if I should back away or stay there so I just stayed put.

"Like I was saying," Devon said looking right at me

"Harry hasn't told the truth, I mean yes, he's an angel and all but so am I. He is what you would call a dark angel, sort of like me. We have some of the same powers; like flying mind reading and super speed but that isn't really the point. The point is, he's a dark angel for a reason."

"Then why is he a dark angel?" I whispered

"Well he probably told you he killed his girlfriend." I nodded

"So that right there was the start of a dark angel but then when he killed himself that just added to it. He felt bad for what he had done so the 'big man' gave him a seconded chance to help people so that's why he's your guardian angel but unfortunately once he was assigned to be, a guardian angel, that's right. When the devil was kicked out of heaven and took a third of the angels with him so when we fell from heaven we didn't really know what to do with our lives so we went in groups and that's when we found Harry. He stayed with us for about 3 years until he started going off and watching over you but I guess it wasn't 'til this year he finally grew a pair and talked to you." I was processing everything Devon had told me but two questions kept replaying in my mind

What was Harry capable of? And, why was he working for them?

"Is this true?" I asked looking at Harry

He just looked down and said,

"I'm sorry." how could he be a part of a group so cruel and heartless?

"How could you?" I tried holding back the tears but I could feel them coming

"Please let me explain." he said grabbing my arm

"Why should I? You had your chance in the beginning."

"I know I should have told you but I've changed, I'm not like them I've never raped or killed anyone-"

"How about your girlfriend, what happened to her!" I yelled I was on a verge of crying but I held them back

"You said it wasn't my fault." he whispered

He looked like he was about to cry but he was too mad for that.

"You still shouldn't have hit her!" I yelled

"I know I shouldn't have but I did and I regret it every damn day! Do you know how it feels knowing that you killed somebody? Somebody very dear to you?" I shut up after that

I knew he didn't mean to, you could see it in his eyes.

"I see her every day, there's not one day where I don't see her lifeless body laying on our bedroom floor." he let a tear slip

It slid down his left cheek leaving a red streak as it went down his cheek.

"Once you came into my life she started to go away. Sure, I still saw her in my dreams but it was like she was slowly disappearing from my mind but now I'm slowly starting to lose you." he said sitting back down on the ground

Everyone just looked at me and Harry in shock not knowing what to say

"So I'm sorry Isabella for not telling you I was afraid of losing you too." I could hear him softly crying

This was breaking his heart. I didn't know what to say so I said what I thought was right.

"I forgive you." he looked up at me

"How could you forgive a monster like me?" Harry asked

"Why would a monster save a random girls life more times than I can count?" I said

Walking to him and bending down in front of him touching his cheek.

"I don't know." he said looking down

I made him look at me and said,

"I know and it's because you're not all bad. Yes, you've made mistakes but we all have. It's the ones that are dark and can turn away from evil, Harry you turned away from the dark. You're not that person anymore." I said hoping he would believe me

It was hard saying that I was still mad at him for not telling me that he was working for Marcus and Devon but I need to look past his mistake. He just smiled giving me a tight hug.

"Thank you, thank you, I thought I lost you." he said into my shoulder

I don't know why but I had the urge to kiss him, I knew that would be a bad idea considering all the boys, Leah and Marcus's group would all see it. I heard a click and saw that Marcus and Devon both had loaded their guns and were pointing them right at us.

"Well isn't that just sweet." Marcus said in cheerful and sarcastic voice

"Step away from the girl Harold and she won't get hurt." Marcus reasoned

"Now why would I do that?" Harry said getting up from the ground and standing in front of me

"Well you don't want me to hurt her, do you now?" Marcus said stepping to the side so he had a better shot at me but Harry mimicked his moves

"You wouldn't kill her." Harry stepped closer to Marcus and Devon

"I never said anything about killing her but I'm not afraid to hurt her." Marcus laughed slightly, Harry stiffened up

"Well you're going to have to go through us first." Louis said stepping towards Harry and I

The other boys and Leah did the same.

"Ha ha, you think we couldn't get past you seven? We're even and I'm pretty sure our group is much stronger than yours." Devon said

They all dropped their guns except for Marcus who still kept his in hand. I noticed Devon's hands started to smoke along with the others. Then they all of a sudden caught fire burning half way up their arms. Devon just smirked then threw a ball of fire at us. We all managed to dodge the ball of fire.

"Leah get behind me!" Niall yelled over to Leah

She did what she was told.

"Go ahead boys let's let them get a little warmed up!" Marcus laughed

Devon and the rest started throwing balls of fire at us all of us for the most part dodging them.

"Harry what the hell is going on?!" I yelled at him with wide eyes

"Like I said, they were brought down by the devil!" He shouted back dodging another flaming ball of fire

"But doesn't that mean you can do-"

"Yes." he said looking at me

"I just don't like to." he added

I nodded; Liam and Zayn were on two of the bald headed guy's backs trying to strangle them while Niall was using his super speed to run around one of the guys trying to put out their fire. Louis had picked up a stick charging at one of the men while Leah had herself pushed up against the stone wall with wide eyes. She looked like she could pass out at any second I ran over to her saying,

"Are you alright?" She nodded but her eyes got big

I followed her gaze to see Marcus had fired his gun and it was pointed right at me. I screamed out waiting for the pain but it never did I slowly opened my eyes to see Harry shielding me with his wings.

"Stay behind me." he said

Getting up I did what I was told and when I looked around I could see Niall getting weak not being able to run anymore. Louis' wings had caught fire and Zayn was coughing from the smoke and Liam was pinned to the ground. I could see Harry taking notice he ran over to Niall grabbing him to a stop and said,

"Take Leah and get out of here." Harry said pushing Niall towards Leah

"No I'm not leaving you-"

"NOW! Go." Harry yelled

Niall obeyed running over to Leah and picking her up he put her on his back and flew up the stone wall. Harry was now yelling at Louis, Liam and Zayn to leave too, they protested not wanting to leave us. Harry pushed Zayn towards the stone wall yelling at him to leave. Zayn obeyed, Harry flying up the wall.

I watched Zayn as he flew up the wall dodging branches. I saw him about to leave when I heard Harry yell,

"ISABELLA!" I turned to see a ball of fire coming straight at me

I felt someone's body push me back and when I opened my eyes I saw Louis on top of me.

"We need to go." he said getting off of me and helping me up he put me on his back

"What about Harry?" I ask

"Liam c'mon!" Louis yelled at Liam ignoring me

Liam threw Devon off of him a and ran over to us.

"I said, what about Harry." Louis and Liam looked at me but didn't say anything

Louis just started flying up the stone wall along with Liam.

"We can't leave Harry!" I yelled

"He'll be fine." Louis finally said

"You're lying, we have to go back!" I yelled

Louis just let out a sharp breath.

"If I didn't think he would be alright I wouldn't have left him." I didn't say anything after that

I was afraid of losing Harry, I knew he wasn't honest with me and that really made me mad. I just can't seem to let him go, I didn't want to see him get hurt. I knew that I was the reason we were in this mess but I had a feeling Marcus wanted me for something that they're not telling me about, not just because I'm pure. I think there's something else and I'm going to find out what it is.

I hope that didn't count as a cliffhanger because I didn't really want it to be cause I know the next chapter your going to hate me I mean I hate myself for it
