Toby was pleased with every guest he greeted as they made their way into the house in gangs, couples and some as individuals. He was satisfied with the number of people that had turned up but was shocked to realize he only knew half of the people present. Some were from his school and the rest to him were just strangers. He was happy and in a very elevating mood until Keith and Natalie showed up with Lizzy. He shivered a little since he had forgotten to invite her. His wing-man had already taken care of that as a result no conflict arose. All the rich teenagers had drinks and drunk themselves out of their misery.

The mansion's pool was ridiculously big. It was a gleaming brightly in reflection to the sun's rays. It had both the deep and the shallow end that were both acceptably full of the guests playing and laughing their hearts out. Some sun-basked on the new and modern pool beds all in different and luxurious colors. Toby requested the DJ to turn up the music because he felt not entertained enough. Truly he was having fun. He did find adequate pleasure in Lizzy's company due to its regalement. He was so impressed that he was no longer having second thoughts about her.

Time flashed by so fast that no could believe it was already three hours after midday. Everyone screamed in cheerfulness very eager to participate in dancing, pool ball games and eating. Pizza was about to be delivered in half an hour. The sun was still hot and distant so much that it woke Olivia from her sleep. She was a heavy sleeper but also an insomniac. It was her greatest torture.

Olivia was irritated by the music and the reeking smell of alcohol all over the place. She cloyingly peeped through the window and took a glance at the people that were outside. She had not imagined the first party she would ever attend would be the one filled with people she did not know and where she did not appeal to their standards. She dismissed stalking and went on to shower which was difficult to master the technique behind it, at first but managed in the end.

As required she put on her uniform and went downstairs. On the way she squeezed herself out of couples that were making out and people swaying to the music. All she wanted to do was leave the house and go fetch Jayden from the entrance gate. At the gate, Jayden was manly clothed in blue denim shorts and a pink summer t-shirt and slippers. They hugged in greeting and took a short trip to the mansion.

''You know I love you right?'' he exclaimed before they stepped into the house.

''What happened now Jay?''

''Damn you look good! But why are you wearing that? You look like a hired nurse,'' laughed together ''what is it you wanted to tell me?''

''Don't freak out you hear me? I work here now.''

Silence.

''Mama left and I had to accept his job offer and I live here now. Say something Jay,'' insisted Olivia frightened by his reaction.

''Here?''

''Yes!''

''With my best friend Toby?'' he staggered, looking at Olivia and at the mansion one after the other.

''You aren't friends Jay'' giggles ''but yes, I started yesterday.''

''I'm sorry about that Liberty guy. I hope you are fine. Why wouldn't you be? Dude look at this place and the ladies!'' jumps in excitement ''Olivia the pool and those hot babes!''

''About ladies, how is Reign!'' shouted Olivia above the noise.

''She's amazing! Let me get into that pool. Bye!'' he screamed and cannon-balled into the pool.

Olivia was alone again and began looking for Toby from the crowds scattered everywhere. He was nowhere to be found. It was way after midday and he ought to have his medication at this time. Olivia caught the glimpse of Carrie going upstairs to her room and followed her there. She wanted to ask her where she could find her brother.

She strongly pushed open the door into Carrie's room to find Carrie and some guy having intercourse and left without being noticed. It surely was not Olivia's day. The music was increasingly becoming invigorating and exhilarating by the second and I knew it had to end this party before something terrible occurred.

''Toby! Toby! Wai- excuse me, sorry. Toby!'' I called out seeing him carry Lizzy into the pool. He looked drunk and unlike himself.

''Dude get out of the pool,'' I instructed out of worry. I wondered how I looked from his point of view. He made me nervous.

''Hey look everybody my nanny is here!'' he exclaimed capturing people's attention and utterly embarrassing me in front of Lizzy. Everyone laughed.

How did she get here?

''Toby I'm being serious get out of the pool right now!'' I commanded angrily. The girls by his side kept distracting him and pulled him to the edge of the pool. I knew I had to take action before his knee would act beyond excruciating pain.

The water levels were high and alluring. The temperature was beyond freezing and had me thinking about what might have compelled these people to go in here. Fighting against the force of water, I found relief upon stopping in front of Toby who ignored me and resumed entertaining his friends.

''Lets go dork,'' I said confidently.

''Okay, if you leave with me I promise to give you the best surprise of all time.'' winks ''Are you coming?''

''Yes!''

''Lets go. Give me your arm and hold on to the edge with your other hand.''

He was heavy and drunk. Two things a woman fears at this stage. Luckily a guy helped me out and we took him to my room. It was Kevin. He was so kind and persistent that he agreed to kick these people out and end the party. Work taken off my shoulders. Even though I could not stop thinking about Carrie and Jayden, I managed to kill two birds with one stone. I texted Jayden goodbye and avoided Carrie all afternoon whilst Toby slept in my room. I cleaned up the whole mess alone. In the evening the cook came to work and luckily found the house spotless and very clean. Indeed I was good at my job.
