Next day Jungkook woke up with a throbbing headache and a weak body. He couldn't remember anything about last night due to heavy drinking. He doesn't drink much but the incident happened yesterday at university was just too much to handle. He as a singer was again rejected by another bar. He was majoring in Entertainment & Broadcasting. Also trying so hard to cope up with the reality. His parents live at the urban place where he has to earn as much as possible in order to fulfill his dream and on the other hand not to burden his parents. It's difficult to live all by himself, then go to work, then university, study- but in all these, one man makes him carry on. He is his idol, his moon, his star- Kim Taehyung. For him, he can open his eyes even when it's closing... he is the ultimate motivation of his life. It's okay that Taehyung doesn't even know his existence but for Jungkook, he is the light.

*beep beep beep*

The micro oven notified as the mac&cheese was ready to eat. Jungkook sluggishly sat and waited for it to cool down a bit. Just then he noticed the note attached on the fridge door.

"Ugh, this kid... always going around. Anyways I don't have class today, also have a night shift. Then let's get it!" Jungkook said as he was chewing the food.

Since he was free that day, he cleaned the dusts on the furniture, did the laundry and all. Then played the piano for a bit. He was about to end the practice when his eyes fell on the sheet music of "still with you"

"Huh, Taehyung ah I wrote this song for you, you know that? By the way, I saw you again in dream yesterday. And you looked so real! You even talked to me haha so foolish! Okay time to go to work now."

He stood up and started preparing for his work while humming a song...

"Noona, I'm here for my shift."

"Oh Jungkook, you're early boy, Jimin isn't here though."

"Ah huh... that boy isn't there when I woke today haha, guess he is busy anyways I will be helping you out."

21:00

The cafe was as usual busy that day. They usually close the shop around this time but today since Jimin didn't come yet, they just waited. Jungkook was talking with Noona when finally Jimin came.

"Yo brat, whe-" his voice died down as another person came with Jimin, Selena was also there.

"Umm hello, Selena... Umm Jimin *gulp* who- who is the person beside you?" The said person was covering himself in the very way possible to not reveal his identity. But still Jungkook could sense whom posture he resembles... but that would be last thing possible in the world, no way it would be Tae-

The person lifted his head, and removed the face cover revealing the beautiful face , he said with a smile "Umm hey, JK I'm Kim Taehyung. You remember me?"

The fuck! Here his heart is standing in front of me whom he sees day night is asking him if he remembers him? The hell... Jungkook thought, but couldn't utter a word due to sudden surprise.

"Oh I think you don't remember me right?" Tae said with worried face and a pout. OH GOD, THE FUCKING FUCK HOW COULD I NOT REMEMBER WAIT W-

"Umm Mr. Kim and Selena you guys please sit here, since we will close the shop so that no other person can come here now, please sit here and order anything you wish for, it's on us. And I will have some words with Kook by then, please sit." Jimin said to which Jungkook nodded.

After they sat down, and Noona went to talk, Jimin dragged Jungkook to the storeroom.

" How on earth did you get him? where did you find him ? I can't believe my own eyes." Jungkook said restlessly...?"

Jimin smirked at his questions, then he said," Wasn't it you who find him actually?"

"What do you mean?"

" Yesterday, at Bar, you were dead drunk, and I saw you saying something to you but then you puked.."

"What? I talked and - and -and even puked? The hell are you- wait that wasn't dream? That means oh shit... no way." Jungkook was panicking so hard already when Yeo roum came to call him,

"Eh, Kook come on, he is waiting for you there, don't be late... I'm so happy that finally you get a chance to meet him wuuu I'm so happy today, you don't have to come to work tomorrow, take day off." Yeo roum whisper squealed and winked at Jungkook.

"Yeah Kook, he came for you! go now." Jimin said jerking Jungkook's shoulder.

"I-I- I'm not going there. Nah, I'm not meeting him." Jungkook said distancing himself from the door as Jimin pushed him. His plump pink lips were now trembling a bit thinking how terribly embarrassing things he did yesterday night with the person he would want himself to be embarrassed at.

"Are you freaking kidding me? If you're thinking about the embarrassing moments of yesterday, I'm telling you not to recall them... I don't know though what you did... but please this is the opportunity, Don't lose it Jungkook... please for me... do you know he himself asked me that he wanted to meet you, wanted to talk to you now leave or I'll kick you ass out of here." Jimin said.

After few breath in and breath out, Jungkook finally gathered the courage to go Tae. He was sitting next to Selena backfacing him. Jungkook took one deep breath but before he could ask Tae, Tae turned his head and met Kookie's eye.

" Hey" Tae said nervously with glistening eyes. And Jungkook's heart skipped a beat.

"Umm he-hello..." Jungkook said nervously.

" Hmm" he hummed in his baritone voice then continued, "so are you ready?"

"Re- ready fo- for what?" Jungkook stuttered with widened eyes.

" Ready for a walk? Just you and me?" Tae said in a interrogating tone and hesitating voice.

This was the last thing Jungkook ever thought : Kim Taehyung asking him for late night walk.

"umm Are you not willing to go? don't worry I won't take much of your time."

the hell like I'm some sort of big guy tsk tsk , Jungkook thought to himself.

" No no, I'm alright, then I will just tell Noona-"

"Don't worry Kook, you can just leave and you don't even have to come tomorrow, Just come when you feel like it." Yeo reom said and then pinched Jimin excitedly, to which Jimin winced and showed a painful smile.

" woah that's good then... then what are we waiting for JK... let's go. Umm Selena if Dayeon calls you tell her what I said okay?" Tae said to Selena to which Selena smiled and nodded.

Jungkook and Tae was now walking side by side in the not so busy street. The chirstmas was passed new year too came but everything was just silent, maybe because they were in their own world?

The stars were shining above their head, the smell of cold making it more angelic. Well, what else is needed when the angel himself is walking with you? Both thought, but no one said it out loud.

"So JK how are you today?"

"Umm better. I'm so sorry about yesterday night, I -I didn't mean to p-puke back then..."

"Oh don't even feel bad about it, I'm actually worried about your health. Really."

"Thanks Mr. Kim"

"It's Taehyung... you can call me by my name."

"umm okay. Taehyung... hmm" Jungkook said smilingly.

"So umm, why did you wanted to meet me?" he continued.

"I, umm actually wanted to say thank you. JK"

"Thanking me? for what may I know?"

"Umm, the other day when you sang your original... I happen to be there and that's my birthday and I just loved your voice and just... thank you." Tae said in one breath. hearing that Jungkook halted so as Tae.

"You - you were there?" JK said, head hanging low.

"yeah I was... I know it wasn't meant for me, I know you wer-"

"it is Jeon Jungkook, JK is my stage name... you can call me by my real name as well." he said cutting the other one of. How could he say that he sang and wrote that song only for him, only for him?

"oh" Tae giggled, " Then Jungkook it is."

"yeah..."

They were walking on the alley which goes to Jungkook's home. After last night's terrible memory Bar would be last place he would visit with tae. So they decided to walk to his home.

"Can I ask you for something?" Jungkook said.

"yeah sure, what is it?" Tae replied. both never meeting the other eyes.

"Can you please sing a song for me? once? just few lines would be fine."

Tae smiled and removed his face cover, " then you have to sing as well." to which Jungkook only smiled.

Then Taehyung sang one of his original song... pleasing would be really underrated word for praising his voice.

"Now it's your turn."

"it won't do any justice you know if I sing after you."

"then how about we sing together?" tae said pausing a bit.

Jungkook couldn't help his hope rising. Why does it feel like Taehyung is trying to - never mind.

To divert the way of topic, Jungkook looked for something to change the subject. Then suddenly his eyes fell on the light purple bruise on Tae's left cheek. since he was wearing any face cover and the street lights it was clearly visible.

"Umm Taehyung, you have got a bruise here? did you get hit or something? did it hurt? how did it happen?" Jungkook said with concern. But surprisingly Tae hid it with his hands. His face was turning red, making Jungkook even more curious.

"you okay? it hurts right?"

"Ac- actually it hap- happened last night... you can't remember ? you did it to me..." Tae said closing his eyes to avoid Jungkook's gaze.

"What? I hit you yesterday right? oh god I'm so sorry I-"

"you actually kissed there... it- it's a hickey."

Jungkook could feel the absence of his weight, how the world spun , how he is still breathing... so it wasn't a dream...

"I am sorry." the only thing he could whisper now.

"it's okay..."

"hmm"

"don't be sad, I'm really okay."

"I know."

"you don't..."

"okay."

"come on..."

"That's my home."

"oh... so you want me to leave?" tae said coaxly as he knew the other person was feeling so embarrassed and probably hating himself the most right now.

"NO. I DON'T"

They silently walked to his doorstep. After Jungkook opened the door, he turned to Tae to say his goodbye.

"Thanks Taehyung, I will never forget this walk in my whole life. I know it's never going to happen again, but I'm forever-"

"Do -do you not like me being clingy Jungkook? am I bothering you?"

"Oh goodness no absolutely not. Why do you think so?"

"'cause I cling to you, I take your time, I even *smile* thank you for the song you meant to sing for your per-"

"You... it was you for whom I sang that day... " he finally said sighily

"for real? but you sa-" before taehyung could say further, Jungkook started singing ...

" see? I sang it again if you do not believe that I sang that day for you, now that I've sung it again... only for you, only to you. And if you have any doubt then I will say it again, you're the moon, the sun, the everything... I mentioned the other day...only you." Jungkook said looking straight in Tae's eyes. Even though his face was red like tomato.

Tae couldn't think anymore. Regarding all the things on earth, his fame, the place, the rumors. all was forgotten as two lips met. Both with closed eyes, passion in their soul, heart feeling contented as both met the person they were longing to meet for eternity.

Little did they know, they kissed under the mistletoe.

And their soul met.
