Betty watched the OG T-Birds enter her older brother's car and leave the property from Ronnie's bedroom. She closed the window curtains and turned to look at her best friend. She frowned when she saw that Ronnie hadn't cleaned her face, so all the tears caused the makeup to get ruined.

" Come on. Let's get you all clean up," Betty walks towards the bed and unwraps the blanket burrito, helping Ronnie to her feet.

" They are going to hurt him. And he'll blame me," Ronnie muttered.

Betty wraps her arm around Ronnie's shoulder and side-hugs her best friend.

" They aren't going to hurt him," She reassured while crossing her two fingers behind her back, unbeknown to Ronnie.

" And if they did hurt him. That idiot is not going to blame you. Because if he did, he would have to answer to me," She firmly says while walking out of the bedroom with Ronnie.

Even though the house was dark because it was midnight, the two teens walked across the hall to the bathroom. Rizzo opens the door and helps Ronnie get inside. She closed the door and locked it so that they could have privacy. She turned on the light and bit her inner cheek when she saw that her best friend's face was red and had makeup everywhere due to her crying.

" Sit on the toilet. I'll clean your face," Rizzo closed the toilet by putting the lid on the seat.

Ronnie nodded, and she sat down. She watched Rizzo turn on the faucet on the sink and tiredly watched the water come out.

She saw her best friend grab a white towel nearby and pour some water on it. She closed her eyes, feeling the cold water on her face.

" Care to tell me in your words what happened?" Betty asked while taking the makeup off of Ronnie.

Ronnie nodded, and she began to tell Betty what happened on her date with Danny.

" It all started because I asked Danny why he called Leo Crater-Face," She says, feeling the cool water on her face.

Betty nodded, listening to Ronnie while cleaning her best friend's face.

" He looked like he got offended that I know Leo on a first-name basis," Ronnie sighed, annoyed.

" I told him that Leo was a friend."

" And then he said From the way he looked at you, doesn't seem like a friend!" Her hands tightened into fists.

Betty's eyebrow rose, and her eyes widened, looking offended that Danny would say that to Ronnie.

" Shut up! He said that?" She asked.

" Yeah! I told him that I met Leo through our Mothers since they worked at the Boutique, and he helped us out during the Summer a year ago," Ronnie responded.

" Then we started arguing, and I got fed up when he began threatening Leo, saying There is going to be trouble if I see him near you," She opened her eyes and glared at the ground when she saw that Betty finished cleaning her face.

" What did you do next?" Betty asked, throwing the dirty towel in the basket.

" I told him that he couldn't control who I can and cannot see," Ronnie stands and looks at herself in the mirror. " I told him that I wanted to take a break and that he needed to figure out what he did wrong and to find me either at home or at the Boutique since I'll be busy during the Summer because of work and trying to get my Driver's License," She grabs her toothbrush and toothpaste.

" Did I do the right thing? Was I too harsh?" She asked while pouring the toothpaste on her toothbrush. Her eyes blinked when she saw her wrist where Danny grabbed it since he didn't want her to leave.

" Yes. You did the right thing. You weren't harsh," Betty reassured. " Danny shouldn't have reacted that way towards you just by seeing you interact with a guy friend," She stares at Ronnie's back.

" Then again, he did hurt me," Ronnie turns to show her bruised wrist to Betty.

Betty's eyebrow rose, and her eyes widened when she saw the bruise on Ronnie's wrist.

" That Arsehole!" She whispered-shouted when she remembered Ronnie's parents and sister sleeping in the house.

" I cannot believe he hurt you!" She glares at the bruise, angry that Danny hurt her best friend.

' Richie and the boys are so going to hurt Zuko,' She internally says.

" After that, I met up with Leo. He took me to Frosty Palace, we ate a late dinner, and then took me home," Ronnie looks at Betty.

Betty's gaze softened.

" That is sweet of him for doing that," She smiled. " Now. Brush your teeth. We are going to have a sleepover—you and me. We are going to watch movies and gossip and sleep very late," She looks at Ronnie.

" It is the first night of Summer," Ronnie nodded and smiled. She turns and brushes her teeth, happy to have Betty with her when she most needs her.

With the OG T-Birds, Gil drove through the neighborhood. Richie, Shy-Guy, and Potato looked at their surroundings. People who knew them and watched the car drive by started to hide since they knew if the OG T-Birds were in town, that meant something horrible was going to happen.

" What a reputation we have when we see people hiding," Potato whistled and chuckled, watching some neighborhood kids hide.

" It's all Richie's reputation, honestly," Gil smirked.

Richie annoyingly rolled his eyes.

" Hey. That's Zuko's kid brother, Right?" Shy-Guy asked when he saw a guy walking on the sidewalk with slicked black hair wearing a white shirt, dark blue jeans, black and white sneakers, and a black jacket over his right shoulder.

Richie's eyes narrowed at the mention of Danny. He follows Shy-Guy's gaze and sees Danny walking like he hadn't done anything terrible earlier.

" Dang. He doesn't even look guilty or is unaware of what he did to Ronnie," Gil whistled.

Richie's hands tightened into fists. He snaps his fingers and looks at his boys.

Gil stops the car and watches Shy-Guy and Potato exit the vehicle. He and Richie watched their friends approach Danny from behind.

" Hey, Danny Zuko!" Potato greeted, grabbing Danny's attention. " You have something that belongs to me," He takes the T-Bird Jacket from his right shoulder, causing the younger teen to turn.

" Hey!" Danny shouted, but he couldn't see who took the T-Bird Jacket because all his eyes saw was a fist colliding with his face.

Potato grinned when he saw Shy-Guy punch Danny's face, watching the younger male fall to the ground and get knocked out.

" Oooo. That's got to hurt," Gil snickers.

" He deserves it," Richie murmured. " You know what to do, Gil," He looks away.

Gil whistled, causing Potato and Shy-Guy to stare at him. He motioned them to the trunk, and the two OG T-Birds nodded.

Potato looks at Shy-Guy, watches his friend grab Danny, and puts him over his right shoulder. The two T-Birds turn and walk towards the car.

Gil unlocks the trunk and watches Shy-Guy put Danny inside while Potato closes the door. They walked around the car, got inside, and the vehicle drove away from the neighborhood.

" I got the jacket," Potato waves the T-Bird jacket that Danny wore.

" Give it to me," Richie holds his arm from above his head.

Potato hands the T-Bird jacket to Richie.

" Where to now?" Gil asked, looking at the road.

Richie grabs the T-Bird jacket and stares at it with mixed emotions.

" To Zuko's place. Zuko has to know what his kid brother did to my sister," He firmly says.

" Sweet. OG T-Birds reunion," Potato joked, causing Shy-Guy to elbow him since the OG T-Birds never considered Frankie Zuko as a legit member despite him being in their Gang for a while before joining the Socs after getting into a relationship with the Candy Princess, Dorothy Sanders.
