Kate's POV

~~--5 Day Time Skip--~~

     It's been 5 days and Damian still hasn't woken up. I'm starting to get worried. and not just about him. I'm afraid that Damian not being at school will probably build up suspicion that Damian is Robin. But i just told everyone that they were on a family trip,so Tim couldn't go to school either until Damian is well. I've been staying with the Wayne's recently,because my Mother was sent to Arkham. I love Alfred's cooking! especially his PIE!!! It's Friday, and the last bell dismissed us. I started to walk down the hallway.Someone decided to trip me again.But that someone was Britney. I REALLY  wanted to smack that innocent look off of her face.

"oops! was that me?" He said smirking down at me.

 "Go away!" I said looking down at the ground trying to speed off.

"Oh were not done here!" She said grabbing my wrist and pulling me back,and onto the ground.

"Little Damian isn't here to save you now" She said giving me a evil glare. 

I looked up and saw her face, most of it was covered with scabs,from Saturday night.

 I just gave her a glare showing her that i was obviously pissed.

"Oh what's this?" She said looking down at my 'Kate' necklace that Damian got me.

"She ripped it off my neck and threw it to the ground. At this point i wasn't going to let her bitch me around any longer.

I didn't what i wanted and i smacked that snobby look right off of her face.

"Go F*** Off!" I almost yelled right in her face. she stood up really tall and almost gave me that glare that Jason always does.

"You better watch your Back!" She said,She took this little encounter way to far...She took her pencil...and shoved it into my thigh.

I almost yelped in pain,but instead i kneed her in the face.Causing a bloody nose.

"I don't need to" I said to her in a serious voice. Then i mimicked her signature hair whip, Picked up my necklace and put it back on. 

Then limped away. I walked out of the school and made it to Alfred's limo.

Tim was in the back seat,he looked at my leg that was now starting to seep blood.

"Uh...Kate?you ok?" He said pointing to the pencil.Half of it was in my leg, and it started to sting.

"Yea,I just need to get it cleaned up."I said. I pocked the pencil and cringed from that pain.

Jason looked into the back seat.

"Yea...That's definitely ok" he said sarcastically. 

    When we got home Alfred got the first aid kit and started to work on my leg. After about 30 minutes of fixing my leg wound, I rushed down to Damian's room.I swung the door open to find the sleeping boyI ran over and put my ear to his chest and heard his steady hear beat.I smiled at the sight.

"Ah...Damian is so adorable when he is asleep" I looked at his Face the felt a blush come up upon my cheeks.

I told him the story of how Britney stabbed my leg with a pencil as if he was listening.

"Hope you wake up soon Dames..." I said and started to walk out of the room.Until...I heard some rustling on the bed. I whip my head around to see Damian start to open his eyes. 

"DAMIAN!!!" I yell rushing over to him and giving a tight hug.

"Ow!"He grumbled and i quickly let go.

"Oh sorry just exited" I said flailing my arms around. 

He very slowly begun to sit up.

"What happened?" He said furrowing his brows.I told him everything that happened up to this moment.

 "5 Days?" He asked with his eyes widening.

I nodded my head."Britney?" He said and i once again nodded.

"She stabbed your leg at school?" He said raising a hand.

"Yup" i sad back."She's a psychopath! She needs to be stopped!

" Damian yelled started to get out of the bed.

"Oh no you don't!" I said sitting him back down on the bed.

"I Just don't want you getting hurt...again" He said as he sat back down on the bed.

"It's fine,I probably broke her nose anyway" i said with a smirk.He returned the look.

"How do you do it?" He said looking at me.

"What? Did I do something wrong?" I asked back raising my eyebrow.

"How do you be you?" he asked.

"How do i be me?It's pretty simple i just trust my actions"I said shrugging my shoulders.

 "I don't know why, but there's always been something about you?" He said looking just as confused as i was.

"Like....." I questioned staring at a orange stain on the floor. 

"Well first off you don't take s*** from anyone" He said chuckling and i giggled.

 "Second you just stay positive and go with the flow... I don't know why...but i get a weird feeling in my stomach when i'm around you.

He looked at me dead in the face."Are you sure your not allergenic to me?" I asked not believing the words he spoke...but that was all about to change.

"No...I Just....Think i have those feelings..." he said.

I looked up to his face and looked straight into his eyes.

"Maybe i do too" I said.I found myself getting closer and closer...Until i felt his lips against mine.

I freaked out at first because i never did it before...But i 'went with the flow' as Damian says. I wrapped my arms around his neck to deepen the kiss, and we were just about to take things a step further....Guess who decided to barge in on this glorious moment. His FATHER. I pulled away as fast as i could and i fell of the hospital bed i was sitting on.

"Ack !Damian why did you push me?!" I yelled hoping that he would get the message and play along.

    Bruce just glared at us both. Me and Damian both knew that he saw.And we just sat there in the awkward moment of silence returning glances to one another.
