"The place needs some cleaning." Artemis said as she, Wally, and Bruce walked through the halls of their new house.

"I've got that covered. Trust me." Wally smirked as he pointed to his new ring that he had gotten for himself, and also got two others for Bart and Christine. Artemis eyed the ring and saw a lightning bolt on it.

"Of course." Artemis chuckled, "your speed could really come in handy these days, you know."

Suddenly, they heard a crash in the street below them in front of the building, and Bruce started barking.

"Is everything okay?" Artemis asked as Wally peeked his head out the window.

"There's just a girl down there. Other than that, I have no idea what's going on." Wally replied, "but apparently, Bruce doesn't like it."

"Let's go check on her." Artemis said as she started walking towards the door, and Wally followed close behind, "Bruce, stay."

The two ran down the stairs and out the door.

"Hey, we heard a crash. Is everything okay?" Artemis asked as they ran up to the girl.

"I'm fine, I'm fine. Thanks." the girl brushed off her blue jeans, then adjusted her black duffle higher onto her shoulder. When she looked up at them, Artemis and Wally gasped when they saw she had an eye-patch over her left eye, "I've never seen you two here before."

"We're new. We're moving in here by tonight." Wally replied as he gestured to their house, "I'm--"

"W-wait.... Wally West and Artemis Crock... I-I knew you two w-were coming..." The girl stared at them with wide eyes... With her one wide eye.

"What?! How?!" Artemis asked, "do you know... Any of our friends?"

"Y-you both are on that sidekick team under the Justice League!!" the girl gasped as she brushed some of her long silvery white hair out of her face, "I-I have to g-go..." the girl then turned around and ran.

"There's something not right about that girl..." Wally said as he and Artemis ran after her.

"Go get her." Artemis told Wally, "don't worry. I'll find you guys."

Wally nodded and pressed his ring. It opened and his suit was shot out. He immediately changed into his yellow and red suit and took off after her.

The girl turned into an alley and got out her duffle that she was holding and unzipped it.

"Who are you?!" Kid Flash demanded as soon as he ran into the alley. But as soon as he got there, she was wearing a black and orange suit. She stood up, facing him, "what the..."

"Who am I?" The girl smirked, "I'm Ravager."

"So. I never knew you had such a fondness to me." Red X smirked, "you're always following me, everywhere I go. No matter what planet I go to and what dimension I end up in."

"I have many reasons why my team and I follow you." Nightwing said, "you were about to kill an important member of mine. Did you seriously think I'd let you get away with that?"

"Of course not. I know you, Dick Grayson. I know your past, I know about your parents, I know more about you than you might think."

"But.... How?! Oh, you must've gotten all that from the Light, is that it?" Nightwing asked, clearly getting annoyed.

"...Sure. Believe what you want." Red X shrugged.

"So what did you want to talk about? Your bestie, Robin, must've called me here for a reason."

"Maybe that was Damian, maybe it wasn't." Red X shrugged, "But what I'm about to do for you is something that you may not believe. So just know now that this Red X side of me, is me on the inside. And that you really shouldn't care about me anymore. Let me be, and let me roam the cities by myself."

"Why would I trust you?!" Nightwing demanded.

"Because..." Red X stared at Nightwing, "you clearly trusted I wouldn't hurt you, so you didn't bring back-up. Did you?" Nightwing just stared at him. Red X nodded and turned around, "that's what I thought..."

Suddenly, in a millisecond, he darted around and threw a red boomerang at Nightwing's head, but Nightwing didn't even move. Because instead of hitting him, like Red X anticipated, something shot it away.

"Ah... So you don't trust me. You don't trust Damian either?" Red X smirked, and Robin just grunted.

"I do trust Damian. It's you who I don't trust." Nightwing glared at Red X.

"Really, because I trust you." Red X shrugged, "but who cares, really? It's not like it's a life-or-death situation, right? Oh wait... Yes it is. So there really is no point in hiding anymore, whoever you are! You can come on out, don't be shy. I might not bite."

The three looked around and waited, until a figure suddenly shot a grappling hook from the top of a tall building about five blocks away and landed before the three, standing up slowly.

"You have quite perfect aim..." Red X complimented, "...Jason Todd."

"Another red-head... This ought to be fun..." Red Hood crossed his arms, "I'm now an official member of the team after this meeting, according to Nightwing."

"We keep our own promises." Nightwing said, "now you keep yours. What is it you wanted to see me for? I know there's a reason behind this."

"You're right. There is." Red X nodded as he turned around, his back towards Robin, Nightwing, and Red Hood, "how ironic. All four of us... Being in Gotham... A beautiful city, ain't it?"

"Enough stalling!" Nightwing shouted.

"Whatever you say." Red X smirked, "you can call me the dead man walking."

With that, he took off his mask and turned to the other three. Robin rolled his eyes, Red Hood stood staring, and Nightwing was already turning pale,

"...Tim Drake..."
