Kid Flash was speeding down the road that led to Gotham City, the city that held many secrets and villains. Beside him was Superboy and Aqualad racing on there own means of transportation that consisted of flying and swimming, good thing the ocean was right along this specific road. The whole time he was running, he has been flooding his mind with pointless memories trying to remember who the thug was. So familiar, till he finally remembered.

"Guys, STOP!" he yelled as skidding to a stop showing how fast he really was going. Superboy flew down towards him and Aqualad stared at him while floating close to the edge of the shore line.

"What is it KF?" Aqualad asked, while wondering why they would stop while making great time.

"I remember now!" He squealed excitedly.

"Remember what?" Superboy asked quite confused.

"Who the thug was! But he is remembered by a tragic event." I said remembering it.

"Well tell us!" Aqualad said quickly.

"Okay, I remember the night Batman finally got his sidekick. My Uncle Berry told me that his parents were killed in action of the Flying Graysons. I actually did go see there show once, very good! But anyway, he showed me a picture of Robin, then showed me a picture of the bald thug. He told me that this was the guy who sabotaged the safety and ended up killing them. My Uncle said that if I ever seen that guy, we had to stop him." I finished and looked at the expressions of the other two.

"So he was the one who killed Robin's parents?" Aqualad asked clarifying the tragedy. I gave him a slow nod.

"Well I guess we have to stop him!" Superboy said starting to fly up.

My heart was racing as I was nearing Gotham City, I was ready to fight with my team till the end and defeat the Giant that has caused us so much misery.

I looked ahead as I saw a red and yellow blur running, someone flying and a boy swimming very fast, I found my team.

I revved the engine and got in line with them, they all looked at me with the most surprised looks.

"Hey!" I shouted over the roaring of my motorcycle.

"Robin, what are you doing here?" Superboy shouted while delivering a death glare, probably from earlier.

"I know, I know, I disobeyed Batman." I yelled once again while keeping my eyes on the road.

"Yes, you did! Why?!" Kid Flash shouted running beside me.

"I just can't leave you guys! You are my team and my brothers!"

"That doesn't mean you don't listen to Batman." Aqualad said while swimming on the surface instead of below.

"No. I have the right to come, and nothing is going to stop me. I have been doing this for how long now and Batman has never stopped me, I want to know why!" I said getting furious.

"Robin, there are things in this world that are meant to be kept secret, this is one of them!" Aqualad shouted from the water.

"So what is so bad that Batman is keeping away from me? Hmmm!" I said getting impatient with them.

"That is not for us to tell you." Superboy said looking down towards me.

"Fine, guess I will find out on my own." I said in a frustrated and annoyed tone.

I was understanding this right maybe, all I know is that there is a apparently huge secret getting held back from me, and I want to know. Does it have anything to do with the thug maybe? Maybe Batman doesn't want me getting hurt anymore, even though I am driving with one arm, due to the fact my arm was in a sling. I mastered driving one handed on it, so no worries there, but what am I going to do when it comes to fighting? Bet Batman was pissed at that.

"Guy's what's that?" Wally asked as we neared Gotham seeing a mass of smoke in one area.

"Guess we will find out." Superboy said, while picking Aqualad out of the water since we were entering Gotham at that moment.

I knew my way around Gotham like the back of my hand, when I first started living with Batman, he made me remember the entire city of Gotham, so I knew where every single, shop and street was.

As we turned onto Alpine Street, we were heading right to the mass of smoke that lead us straight to Gotham's City Bank. Where I even had an account at!

The chances of the thug being in there were slim to none, but it was a chance we were going to take.

We all stopped outside the building and this first thing, get any people out. Only problem was that we don't know if there is hostages, if there was we do have a little problem to deal with.

Superboy and Kaldur stood beside, Wally and I as I explained," Okay, there is only one entrance, meaning we have to go in the front doors, there is 2 floors. 1st floor has the counters and atm's blah blah blah. 2nd floor has safe deposit boxes and a safe, meaning if someone is robbing this place there probably there. Are you guys ready?" I asked, and for once I felt in charge. I knew this place easily and that is what comes in handy.

Everyone gave me a simple nod. "Okay everyone be safe and stick together, got it?" Aqualad added in as he is the actual leader. We all gave a nod, we all got ready and when Aqualad gave us a hand gesture meaning go, that is exactly what we did.

As we entered the building my lungs immediately filled up with smoke and we couldn't see a thing, I couldn't see anyone or my hand.

I felt lost, like in a mall or something, except all I see is the cloudy grey smoke covering my vision.
As I started walking, I hear a muffling sound, like someone is being grabbed from behind, just to check, "Guys? Kid Flash, Superboy, Aqualad?". I hear no answer and this worries me greatly, as I reach down to grab my metal stick, I feel it. Arms rapping around my throat and shoulders, hurting my shoulder and breathing even more now. I try to let out a warning but I already believe there captured too.

I try to struggle my way out but it is impossible as the grip around me is like metal, not going anywhere. And as I continue to struggle someone speaks.

"Well, you guy's actually came! Even you Boy Wonder, walking straight into my trap." The raspy, heavy voice says, making me already think it must be the thug.

"Who are you?" I ask anyway.

"Don't you remember me? I knew your parents." He said then a maniacal laugh followed by blackness of me getting knocked out............
