A soft knock was heard at the front door as Kori skipped to it. "Friend Raven what is it-oh friend Richard hello!" She said with a faint blush. It was weird; how did he know where she lived. "Please do the coming in you'll catch the cold" she said opening the door further to let him in. He stepped in and gave her a small smile. "I needed someone to talk to. Zee broke up with me over text" he said without the faintest expression of sadness on his face. Kori immediately gave him a hug patting his back.

She was always the type of person to comfort you. "It is the okay friend Richard" she said as he nodded hugging her back. While doing that she felt him touch her butt as she yelped. "Sorry" he said with a sly smirk. "You're just so beautiful Kori" he said causing her to blush a bright red. Did Richard like her back the way she liked him? "I did not know that I was the beautiful Richard" she said with a nervous giggle. "Oh please call me Dick everyone does" he said as she gave him a confused look. "How does one get Dick from Richard?" She asked slightly confused.

     What a weird nickname. "You ask nicely" he said with a wink as her blush got bright against her tanned cheeks. "Friend Raven said I did the crushing on you" she said as he smirked and leaned down quickly kissing her. Kori's emerald eyes went as wide as saucers as she touched her lips. She didn't know what overcame her as she jumped on him. They toppled to the ground as he began kissing her everywhere. She couldn't deny that it didn't feel good because it felt amazing. She just didn't know what she was getting herself into.

     It was late as Artemis called Wally. He groaned and turned over feeling around for his phone on the bedside table. "Yeah?" He asked in a groggy voice with his eyes still closed. "I h-had a nightmare, can you come over?" She sniffled out as he opened his eyes. "Be there soon beautiful" he whispered before hanging up his phone. Sitting up he rubbed his eyes before throwing on a pair of jeans and sweatshirt. Quietly making his way down the stairs he snagged the car keys and snuck out of the house.

     Driving over to the Queen Mansion he punched in the code as the large gate opened. Artemis also told his that Oliver kept a spare key underneath the front carpet. Unlocking the door he quietly walked in a shiver ran up his spine. It was freezing cold outside, no one should be out at this time. Sniffles were heard from her bedroom as a crack of light cascaded out from her door into the hallway. Pushing the door open he walked in and gave her a hug. "C-can we go for a drive or something? I just need to get my mind off of it" she sniffled out as he wiped her tears.

     Nodding she stood up and pulled on some track pants and her winter coat over her pajamas. The drive was silent as he drove slowly with the music playing quietly in the background. "Its like two in the morning, why did you come for me?" She asked still slightly confused. He glanced over with a tired smile on his face. "I would do anything for you babe" he said with a wink as she blushed. While driving down a street she looked at the houses. All of the outdoor lights were on as she looked closer at one of the houses.

     Reaching over she placed her hand on his signaling for him to stop the car. "Am I going crazy on is that Raven sitting on her front doorstep?" She asked seeing the pale girl sitting on the snow covered doorstep shaking. Opening the car door she stepped out walking up to the house. Sure enough it was the poor half asleep frozen girl. Crouching down she frowned seeing how cold she looked. "Hey why are you outside this late?" She asked in a low whisper as the girls eyes shot open.

     Her body was shaking from how cold she was. "K-Kori wouldn't o-open the d-door" she stuttered out as Artemis frowned again picking the girl up. Raven wasn't heavy which made her easy to carry. Walking to the car she opened the back door and sat the girl inside. Wally raised an eyebrow when Artemis got back in with a frown. "How long have you been outside?" She asked as Raven looked up. Wally turned the heat up in the car to try and warm up the frozen girl. "I don't k-know since n-nine" she stuttered out as Wally spotted something.

     Raising an eyebrow he turned the headlights on to see the black sportscar that was parked on the side of the road. "That little shit" Artemis said seeing the license plate. Now everyone knew Dick's car because he had a custom plates on it. "We can go back to my house and get you warmed up" Artemis said looking back and giving the girl a smile as she nodded. Driving back to Artemis's house she kept muttering death threats under her breath. Pulling into the long driveway they got out as Wally carried Raven into the Mansion.

     All of the lights were on as Jade gave her sister a hug. "Where were you! You had me-us scared sick!" She yelled as Artemis let out a sigh pointing to the girl in Wally's arms. "I had a nightmare and called him so we went for a drive and then we found her sitting outside of her house. "Oh the poor thing, I'll run a bath" Dinah said before rushing up the stairs with her black silk robe trailing behind her. Wally carried Raven upstairs to the washroom and then immediately vacated to give them privacy.

     Dinah, Jade and Artemis were all in the large washroom helping Raven undress from her cold and wet clothes. The snow had been falling harshly outside soaking through the poor girls coat, pants and boots. Of course they didn't strip her all the way down to nothing. Her bra and underwear was kept on as she sat in the warm tub. Dinah was making sure to pat her back down with the sponge to help spread the water. "Why were you out there for so long sweetie?" Dinah asked in a worried tone.

     Raven sighed looking down. "Kori wasn't answering the door. I kept knocking and ringing the doorbell but she didn't answer" Raven said with a frown. The one person she trusted the most left her outside in the freezing cold. "Dick's at the house. His car was parked across the street from the house" Artemis said as Jade growled angrily. No one had been a fan of him lately. There was a knock at the washroom door as they turned to look at the closed door. "Jade? Lian is freaking out what do I do?" Roy's tired voice said as she rolled her eyes.

     Turning around the ebony left the washroom yanking her boyfriend down to the crying child's room. The two blondes slowly watched the colour starting to come back to the young teen. "I'll go and get some clothes for you" Artemis said before quickly leaving the washroom. Wally was standing outside of the door leaning against the wall. "Is she not frozen anymore?" He asked as she elbowed him in the side. "Yeah she's good now" she said as he followed her to her bedroom. It was a good thing that she didn't really get rid of all of her clothes.

     Pulling out some black shorts and an old Grey sweatshirt she sighed. "You need to knock some sense into that best friend of yours" she growled pointing her finger at his chest as he nodded. "I'll be back" she said kissing his cheek before leaving the room. Raven was now wrapped in a towel as she handed her the dry clothes. "Ill go put these in the dryer" Dinah said taking the wet clothes and leaving the washroom. "You can stay in one of the guest rooms" she said as Raven nodded slipping the clothes on.

     Artemis guided her to a guest room that was directly across from her bedroom. "Jade and Roy are down the hallway and I'm right here if you need anything" she said patting the girl's head as she nodded. Then Artemis noticed the colour of her hair. "The colour suits you" she said before walking back into her room. Wally was in there sitting on her bed texting. "Who is bothering you at three in the morning?" She asked looking over at the clock seeing how long its been. "Bart. He woke up and noticed that the car was gone so he checked my room seeing that I wasn't there" he said not looking up from his phone.

     Sitting on the bed next to him she rested her head against his shoulder. "Want some hot chocolate?" She asked as he turned his phone off immediately and smirked. "You had me at hot" he said grinning like and idiot as she rolled her grey eyes. The things she did for him were crazy. "Okay piggy back me to the kitchen" she said as he stood up crouching slightly as she jumped onto his back. From Lian's room they could hear Roy and Jade quietly bickering with each other. Walking down to the large kitchen he sat her on the cold counter.

     Furrowing her eyebrows she crosses her arms at him. "That was cold" she said as he let out a dry laugh. He spent so much time here he knew where everything in the kitchen was located. Putting the kettle on he got out the marshmallows and chocolate mix. "Can I beat up your best friend?" She asked tilting her head to the side and tapping her chin. "At this point Arty do whatever because he's turned into an asshole" he said as she nodded in agreement with a sly smirk on her face.

     The kettle rang in their ears as he poured the hot water into two mugs and mixed the chocolate mix. Finally they both added their fair share of marshmallows before taking a sip. "Nothing better then hot chocolate at three in the morning" she said as he hummed in agreement. Her mind began to wonder until she smiled. "You excited for Roquette and Kaldur's wedding?" She asked as he glanced over at her with a smile. "Yeah because there will be food and I'll get to see you in a beautiful dress" he said with a wink as she blushed a light red.

     Yawning was heard behind them as they both looked back seeing Roy holding a sleeping Lian. "Awe did Jade leave you to feed her?" Artemis teased as he shot the two a death glare. "No, I actually came to get Jade a glass of water" he said before yawning once again. "Awe little Lian is so lucky to be living in a house like this" Wally cooed as Artemis raised an eyebrow. "Speaking of which you need to get home before somebody besides Bart notices your gone" she said as he sighed and nodded.

     Taking the keys out of his pocket he quickly finished his hot chocolate and kissed her before leaving. It was still dark as the snow fell gracefully from the sky. Quietly pulling into the driveway he snuck into the house seeing Bart standing there. "Dude you're so moded" he said as the light turned on. His Aunt and Uncle stood there with their arms crossed. "Where were you?" His Uncle Barry asked as Wally sighed and handed the keys over. "Look Artemis called saying she had a nightmare. I went over and then we took a drive. Then we found one of her friends outside freezing to death because she was locked out of her house. I'm tired can I just explain the rest in the morning?" He asked as his Aunt and Uncle looked at each other.

     Rolling their eyes they pointed up the stairs as Wally nodded heading to his room with Bart in tow.
