The team was on the couch, bored out of their minds.

M'gan had run out of ingredients to make cookies, Connor had been over-ruled against watching static, Kaldur was sadly looking at a picture of Tula, Wally was being roasted by Artemis, Artemis was roasting Wally, and Robin was playing with his Bat glue.

"Team, I have a mission for you." Batman's voice rang through the speakers,"Get suited up and meet for mission briefing in five."

Five minutes later the team stared at Batman, wondering what their mission was.

Batman started to speak,"We need you on a covert mission offworld."

"Offworld?" A buzz went through the team, none of them had left Earth's atmosphere, besides Miss Martian and Robin.  Miss Martian, because she was martian and Robin, because he had went on some offworld missions with Batman, but that rarely happened.

"Anyway as I was saying," Batman stopped to glare at the team,"You are to go on an offworld mission to a flying secret base of an alien species.  You will need to hack into their systems and get the information off their database and bring it back in, quickly.  Who knows what they will be planning."

"Ok," Robin said,"So we go on this covert mission, we infiltrate their hideout, we hack into their database, and we steal away.  Like ninjas?"

"Yes, but be careful, you never want to underestimate a race that no one else has encountered."  Batman said, with no emotion.

The team nodded curtly and turned and left, except for Robin.

"Something more dangerous is going on in Earth at this moment right now, isn't there?  You are just sending us away so we won't get hurt."  Robin steamed.

"I love you Dickie," Batman said,"I don't want to lose someone else I love to a bunch of murderers."

"I love you to Bruce." Robin replied,"Be careful." and with that he disappeared back to his team.

With that Batman turned back to his computer screen, crazy alien sightings were happening all around the world, Batman hoped that the team would get back quick, really quick.

Meanwhile the team had blasted off on the bioship.  Robin was looking at the coordinates and showing them to Miss Martian who was trying hard to steer the bioship.

"Oh my gosh!" Kid Flash cheered,"I can't believe we are seriously going on an undercover mission to infiltrate an alien base in space!"

"You better believe it, cause we are getting even farther from Earth," Artemis was looking out the window,"We are so in space!"

"This is something!  Such a new experience!" Aqualad exclaimed.

"What? Artemis and Kid Flash not arguing?" Superboy asked seriously.

The whole bioship  exploded in laughter making both Kid Flash and Artemis to make faces at each other.

The moment was short-lived when they approached a huge alien base in the sky, heavily guarded.

Miss Martian camouflaged the bioship and slowly crept it closer to the base.

"Group A.  Go." Aqualad said.

Artemis jumped down into the vast darkness, Robin close behind.

Artemis and Robin had soon cleared a path with no aliens and no security cameras.

The rest of the team hopped down and entered the base.

"Wow... this is so creepy." Kid Flash said.

"I know right?" Artemis clutched her bow harder, ready to shoot anybody who got near her.

"Would you like me to scout ahead?" Miss Martian asked Aqualad.

"Yes, but be real careful, and come right back." Aqualad responded.

A few minutes later Miss Martian came back with new information.  "All their information seems to be in the center because that is where all their machines and such are."

"Okay," Aqualad said,"Robin you go and hack the information out and the rest of us will fight to cover you, we will take out all of those aliens surrounding."

"So are we ready?" Kid Flash asked.

"Let's go." Superboy smirked, then he charged,"Aaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeee!"

Meanwhile the League was having their own problems, criminals were escaping and killing people, alien tech kept appearing and destroying everything.

Batman took out three thugs at once and destroyed an alien tech right then and there, he looked up at the sky,"Hurry up Dickie, the whole world is at your teams shoulder's."

Robin was having some problems, he could definitely hack this, what could he not hack?  But this might take days to hack, there was so much information and the system was complicated, maybe a bit to complicated, if he gave this his all, he might be able to get all of this in a few hours, but could his team last that long?

Artemis kept shooting, taking out five aliens at a time, sweat beaded down her forehead, she was running out of arrows, she couldn't last any longer.

Aqualad swung his water hammer, taking out a good ten aliens and one that was straying a little to close to Robin for his liking, but he was running out of water, the aliens only had so much, and the water on the ground was disappearing fast, he didn't know if he could last much longer.

Superboy jumped and thudded onto the ground, knocking out about another twenty aliens, but he didn't know if he could last that long.

Miss Martian telepathically shot them down, another thirty.  That was twenty less aliens she was shooting down, she used to be able to do fifty, she didn't know if she could last any longer.

Kid Flash sped in a circle, taking the wind out of ten aliens.  He looked at his best friend, hurry up Rob. The speedster looked around at the aliens that started to surround him and wiped a bead of sweat off his head before wiping those aliens down, he knew he couldn't last much longer.

Robin hacked hacked and hacked.  His forehead was soaked and his fingers were tiring.  Just. A.  Few. More. Minutes. DONE!

"Guys I did it!" he cried, before passing out.

Kid Flash rushed over and picked up his best friend,"Good job Dick, good job."

Meanwhile back on Earth the alien tech was disappearing and the criminals were going back into their cells.  The League awaited the teams return.

The bioship sped down and they stepped out, victorious.

Batman squinted,"Where's Robin?" 

Kid Flash exited the bioship with Robin, Robin was knocked out cold.  Batman hid his worried face.

"He just passed out after he hacked the system," Kid Flash told him reassuringly,"He'll wake up any minute now."

"Ouch, hey KF!" Robin flipped out of his best friends arms,"So did we save the world?"

Batman smiled, his son was safe,"Yes, team, you saved the world."
