I wake up to see myself in an unfamiliar room.

How did I even get here?

Then I remember what happened at Yunho's apartment.

I quickly get up and fix my clothes and hair,then I go outside to see a familiar hallway.

This was the guys' house as I clearly remembered the hallway with paintings.

I go down to see all the guys except Seonghwa sitting in the living room.

"So Yeosang still haven't gotten a read on her?"asks Wooyoung.

"No Woo,it's not as easy as it looks"

"Or maybe you've lost your touch Sangie"he says teasing him.

"Oh really want me to tell Mingi about-

"Don't you dare"says Wooyoung.

"Mingi"Yeosang calls out but Wooyoung waves his fingers and something shuts his mouth.

"You were saying"says Wooyoung smirking and Yeosang rolls his eyes.

"Hey guys?" I say entering the living room.

"Freya you're awake"says San happily.

"Save the heys,would anyone mind explaining to me what's going on?"

"You may want to sit down then and Wooyoung if you don't remove that spell on Yeosang right now I swear I will whack your ass"says Hongjoong and I plop on the couch beside me while Wooyoung removes the spell from Yeosang.

"So?"I ask.

"Well you've got this so far that we're vampires"

"Yeah I understood that part"

"So what else do you want to know"he asks me.

"Are you the only ones?"

"No they're different clans around here,ours is called Ateez and I'm the leader"

"So were you all born vampires"

"No Yeosang,Jongho and now our newest Yunho were all bitten"

"So Yunho you're part of their clan now?"

"Yeah I don't have much of a choice,I'm all alone and I'm really new to all this stuff"

"I have a question, why are you guys letting me know all of this?I mean can't you guys just wipe out my memory or something"

"No we can't because you're in danger"says Wooyoung.

"How? I don't have anything against anyone and wait a minute what kind of danger?"

"Jihun that day at the party found out you were a mortal and he's gonna try anything to bite you"I gulp.

"And since the smart Seonghwa said you were his girlfriend in front of Jihun, he wants to use that as his advantage"says Yeosang rolling his eyes.

"But why?"

"Because he wants to hurt people he thinks I care about"Seonghwa says entering the room making eye contact with me.

"So why not hurt one of you guys?"

"They're not mortals so he can't really hurt him,remember that day your friends told you about people going missing or found dead"
"Yeah I do"

"Freya these aren't just any people,they're mortals who've been with vampires"

"Why are they killing them?"

"Recently some rogue vampire clans have been starting a revolution,they say we vampires shouldn't live like this and mortals should be gotten rid of"

"So what am I supposed to do now?"I say horrified.

"Don't worry,we'll protect you"says San.

"Yeah it's kind of our fault you got in to this mess so we're ready to help you"says Mingi and I sigh out of relief.

Yeosang:What the hell are we doing here now?
Wooyoung: You can get rid of the mean attitude now Sangie,this isn't part of the chapter and Freya isn't here either.
Yeosang: It's not my fault, blame the author for making me rude.
Author:Hey I didn't purposely make u rude besides I've got plans for you further in this book.
Yeosang:But I like being the bad boy type 😏😏😏
San:Oh come on, we all know you're a total softie.
Yeosang:I'm not the one sleeping with Shiber.
San:Seonghwa,Yeosangs being mean about Shiber.
Seonghwa:If you both don't quit fighting,I'll give you both a time out.
San +Yeosang: Yes mother.
