While you were being carried to certain demise, you tried to escape. You glanced at where he was and tried not to scream as he was at the operating room doors.

"I promise zat I vill make ze cuts fast~ it vill not hurt for long~" he said and laughed insanely. He then kicked the door open and gently placed you on the operating table and strapped you to the table.

"P-please let me go!" You pleaded trying your hardest to not cry. Medic looked at you and tilted his head to the side and went to your side. You squeezed your eyes shut and tensed. Rather than feeling a cold blade cutting into your flesh you felt a hand.
You slowly opened your eyes and looked at Medic. He dried your tears with his thumb and cupped your face tenderly as though he were afraid to hurt you.

"I know zat you are afraid love. I understand vhy you are afraid as vell. But I haff to do zis so I can haff you." He said softly. "T-there has to be another way though!" You said in the hopes that maybe he would listen to you.

Medic laughed a little "Zere is no other vay love. I said zat you vould be mine und you vill. You see, I haff to haff your heart so no one else can take it. Zat vay you vill love me. Now do you understand love?" He asked softly.

You gulped and looked at the sharp blade in Medic's hand fearfully and then you looked at him with that same fearful expression.

Medic pecked your lips and spoke softly with infinite tenderness "Never be afraid of me darling. I only vant to do vat vill benefit both of us, but most of all. I vant to do vat is best for you."

"Now zen, I vill begin ze operation." Medic said and that same insane grin was back. "W-wait!" You exclaimed trying to prolong your death. "Vat?" Medic asked curiously.

"Aren't you forgetting something important?" You asked and Medic smirked. "Nein." He said. "The medigun. So I don't die." You said. He chuckled "I am a skilled surgeon." He said with a smirk. "I'm not doubting that but if I don't have a heart I'll die. Then we can't be together." You said trying to convince him.

"Zat is true. Vat can I use as a replacement to keep you alive vhen ze operation is done? I cannot keep ze medigun on you all ze time." He said quietly. He paused to think of what he could do. He then growled curses when he came to no conclusions of what he could do.

"I vant your heart but you vill die vithout it." He then muttered curses as he walked over to you. "Vill you be mine?" He asked. You knew there was a right answer, you were in no position to try and escape, you knew you couldn't convince him otherwise. You gulped.

"What if I say no?" You asked. Medic looked at you crushed, he then grabbed his scalpel "If I cannot haff you zen no one can." He said. Spy then came in and freed you, he then ran out with you in his arms. Medic ran after the two of you with the syringe gun.

Spy glanced back and saw Medic sprinting full speed at the two of you. So he cloaked which cloaked both of you as he kept running. Eventually he put you down at the lake. "Thanks for the save Spy." You said. Spy was trying to catch his breath "Y- you are w- welcome (Y- Y/N)." He said while trying to catch his breath.

He eventually caught his breath. "The doctor has an obsession with you as you can tell. He's threatened to brutally kill anyone who takes you from him. He often refers to you as his "wife" who will have his children." Spy said.

You were taken aback by what he said. "He wants me to have his kids?!" You asked in disbelief. Spy nodded "That's why I volunteered to guard you. There's no telling what the doctor will do. Especially what he's going to do to you." He said.

You then heard Medic so you and Spy cloaked. "Love?! Vhere did zat dummkopf take you?! Vhere are you?! Answer me if you can hear me!" He yelled while trying to find you. You stood as still as you could as stealth wasn't your strong point, which was why you weren't a spy.

Spy then climbed out of the tree. "What are you doing?!" You whispered "Saving you. He's going to kill me, run. I'll keep him distracted as long as I can. Here." He said as he gave you all his equipment. "You'll need these more than me. Take care of each item, they'll keep you safe. Now go and don't look to see what happens to me, just keep running." He said as he snuck up behind Medic.

Medic turned around and held him by the throat "Vhere is she?!" He asked enraged. You ran as fast as you could and as quiet as you could. But then there was a rattlesnake that hissed at you. You stood still as it slithered over to you.

You kept backing away until you ran into something. You felt what it was and felt fabric. You then turned around to see Medic's back. You gulped and cloaked "Who is zere?!" He asked as he turned around to see nothing. You kept your hand over your mouth to keep from screaming.

Medic then shrugged and went back to interrogating Spy over your location. You ran off but accidentally uncloaked. Medic turned around and saw you, he then sprinted at you. You glanced behind you and saw Medic sprinting at you.

You gulped and ran as fast as you could but he was faster than you and easily caught you. He hugged you as you stood as still as you could. He then kissed you over and over "I promise I vill never allow you to be taken from me like zat again." He whispered in your ear. You gulped fearfully.

"Here liebe, zis vill help you to relax. You seem tense." He said as he injected a sedative into you. You tried to stay awake but the drug was stronger than you. The world slowly faded to black as the feeling of sleepiness overcame you.
