The Password is to tag 3 people. Also, I have every right to refuse your form if I decide it is not up to standard.

There will be no favouritism in this, and I won't always be deciding who lives and who dies. I will use a randomiser if the stakes are too high, so if you consider us friends, I'm afraid that won't help you here.

Please have some curtesy and don't make over powered characters. There is a limitation on amount of strengths in the form. You cannot win every fight, you cannot get everything. Try to be unique, failure is interesting, being different and flawed gives a character personality.

This will not follow all the standard rules of The Hunger Games books. Your character does not have to be a stereotype of their district. Your character does not have to reflect anything you don't want them to. Please don't tell me I'm doing something wrong according to the books, I probably know, but have chosen to do so.

I suggest you form groups, as it's easier to roleplay, and is more interesting, but it is not compulsory.
