Emily's POV

Evan was coming over to meet my parents and to be honest I was a little nervous......

We weren't dating or anything but my parents are still protective of me.....

I took a deep breath and went downstairs.....

"Emily you look amazing" my mom said smiling

"Thanks mom" I said sitting down

And now I had to wait for Evan....

Evan's POV

I was getting dressed and I started to mentally freak out.......

What if I say the wrong thing?

What if they don't like me?

My mom walked into my room and saw me fiddle with my hands.....

She hugged me and said "Everything's gonna be Fine, just be yourself"

I hugged back and smiled, I knew that she meant it

*Time Skip*

Emily's POV

I was reading my book when I heard a knock on the door. I put my book down and opened the door "Hey Evan, Ms. Hansen, please come in"

They came inside and sat down at the table. I closed the door and sat down at the table next to Evan.....

*After Dinner*

Evan's POV

We all finished eating and Jeremy called me to a different room.....

Once we were in a different room he started speaking.....

"So? You're friends with my daughter I see"

"Y-yes sir"

"Do you like her?"

"Very much sir....."

"You have my permission to date her but if you hurt her you will answer to me....."

I quickly nodded and said "Y-yes sir....."

"Good...."

Now that had Emily's father's permission to date her I'm gonna confess my feelings to her tomorrow......

But how?......
