After spending the day just catching up with things Rory and Tina were now waiting up on the couch for there mum to get home from her day with the girls English teacher. Rory seemed fine with the idea but Tina hated it knowing that if this become known she would have to live with being the girl who's mum is sleeping with her teacher which is like mega gross. Which leaves us to the two girls waiting on the couch for there mum who has just appeared shoes in hand trying to sneak upstairs.

"Where do you think you're going?" questions a tired Rory

"Hi." greets Lorelai acting like this is just another normal conversation and that she is not trying to sneak past her daughters at one o'clock in the morning

"It's one o'clock in the morning." glares Tina totally not happy to be out of her bed waiting up for her mum it should be the other way around.

"I know but my watch stopped during a terrible car wreck and I had to save kittens and small children and four baby chicks." lies Lorelai

"Did you have a nice time?"

"Not bad" smiles Lorelai still on a high from the date

"That's a very big smile for a not bad night." wonders Tina as she indicates for Lorelai to have a seat on the couch in between the two.

"Yeah well...Hey he loaned me a book." beams Lorelai earning a confused look from Tina as her mum isn't much of a reader unless it is a trashy gossip one.

"What book?" curiously asks Rory

"'Swann's Way'"

"Aren't we ambitious." exclaims Tina

"Yes we are." answers their mum who can't keep the smile off her face

"You know what it means when a man loans you a book don't you?" questions Rory

"That he's already read it?" guess Lorelai

"Yep." causing the girls to laugh a bit

"How was your night girls?" asks Lorelai

"Homework." answers Rory

"Some Homework, talking to Matt and some chill out time" replies Tina

"How many times did Dean call." wonders Lorelai looking more towards Tina as she smirks knowing just how may times he did call

"Not that many." states Rory

Not believing that answer Lorelai turns to her youngest "How many?"

"Five." frowns Tina "It was so annoying"

Making her mother laugh and Rory turning hard not to grin knowing it is true "Not an all time high but very respectable. I'm going to bed. You girls staying here?" getting a shake of the head from Tina as she stood up

"Yeah. I'm comfortable. I've got the pillows in a perfect mushed position." remarks Rory as she begins to settle in for the night.

"Ok. Night" answers Lorelai giving Rory a kiss before linking arms with Tina

"Yeah you just go think about what you've done."

"I will." grins Lorelai

"Hey." calls out Rory making the girls turn around to face her again

"What?" questions Tina as she yarned

"You look happy mum and Tina you look tired" points out Rory

"I am kid."

"Yeah Rory I'm so ready for bed" mumbles Tina though another yarn

"Just checking."

"Night Rory" finishes Tina as Lorelai and her make it up the stairs to there own rooms.

Sitting in Mr. Medina's class Tina looked down at her paper finishing writing her notes

"I could listen to him talk about passion all day. Do you think he's dating anyone?" wonders Louise as the girls pack up there things, hearing this makes Tina kind of uncomfortable knowing that her mum is dating her teacher.

"Of course he is."

"I think I have an idea" frowns Tina wondering when would be a good time to tell her friends

"A teacher?"

"Please." smirks Louise while Tina scoffs

"Why not?"

"Have you seen teachers?" questions Louise

"He's a teacher."

"Male teachers are different. They can still be mysterious but not Mr Medina" includes Tina into the conversation.

"I bet his girlfriend's pretty."

"I bet she's dumb." lists off Madeline and Louise making Tina feel more guilty but in no way does she want to tell them now

"Why?"asks Tina

"Dumb girls crave smart men. It's that whole Marilyn Monroe - Arthur Miller syndrome." answers Tina.

"I still think she's lucky"

Before anyone else can speak Paris jumps in "Whoever he's dating is a loser, who doesn't care that he's a teacher in this ridiculous school making a ridiculous teacher's salary." before turning to Rory who Tina had no clue was even there "What are you looking at?" before walking away

"I'm going to meet Matt see you guys later" finishes Tina as she heads out into the Hallway to look for Matt at his locker

"Hey Tina how's your day going" greets Matt before the two kiss.

"It just got better now" blushes Tina as the two link arms and head for their next class.

At the Gilmore house Lorelai is getting ready for a date with Max while Rory is waiting downstairs and Tina is waiting for Matt to pick her up.

"Mom I have to go! It's almost 8 o'clock!" yells Rory

"Yeah Matt will be here soon, so hurry" adds Tina while Lorelai is running around her room getting ready

"Wait! Have you seen my orange suede clip thingy?" calls back Lorelai

"Top right hand drawer." reply's Rory

"It's not there."

"Yes it is I saw it the other day when I was in there" yells back Tina as the two girls huff and make their way upstairs to help look

"Did you check in your purse?" checks Rory

"Yes."

"Under your scarves?" adds Tina

"Yes."

"In your sock drawer?" the girls asks in unison as Lorelai goes to the sock door and finds it

"I love you two" declares Lorelai

"I'm gone." states Rory

"Bye" reply's Lorelai giving Rory a kiss

"And Matt should be hear any minute so I am going to wait downstairs have fun" answers Tina receiving a kiss as well

"Hey wait!" calls Lorelai

"What?" turns the girls

"Blue disco sequence bag?"

"No!" cry's Rory

While Tina grins "Yes"

"Why Rory Tina agrees" questions their mum

"Bad." explains Rory as a car can be heard pulling up to the house

"Matt's here I'm heading out" calls Tina waving good bye to the before heading out to Matt's awaiting car.

"Hey T" greets Matt as Tina hops into his car greeting him with a kiss

Breaking apart Tina smiles before speaking "So where are we going"

"It's a surprise" and with that the two were off.

"Bowling now this is cool" laughs Tina as they arrive inside the bowling ally "This is something different but so cool"

"I'm glad you like it but I'm not going easy on you today, I came here to win" grins Matt as there round of bowling begins.

After a couple rounds of bowling of Matt winning and Tina trying not to drop the bowling ball on her feet the two head back to Tina's but not before eating hot dogs till they were super full.

"So what did you think?" questions Matt as the two link arms as they head back to his car.

"Mm I loved it" giggles Tina "But I didn't think I would be that bad" causing Matt to laugh thinking about her bowling earning him a wack on the arm "That's not nice" a serious Tina reply's before bursting into laughter as well as they enter the car.

The dreaded parent dad had finally arrived and Tina for one was not excited "Hey, not so fast." speaks Lorelai as both Rory and Tina turn around.

"The bell's gonna ring." worries Rory

"And I want to see my friends"

"Before you go one more step - tell me you like me both of you? pleads their mother

"You bug me."

"You can be very chatty"

"I'll take that as a yes for both of you. And I want you to know that I will deal with my issues with Max myself." states Lorelai

"Fine." grunts Rory

"I wasn't getting involved in the first place" smiles Tina glad not to be involved for once

"Really."

"I believe you."

"So where are we going?" wonders Lorelai

"To my locker to drop off some of this stuff and then Tina's locker if she doesn't see anyone she knows then we have lost her" informs Rory earning a eye roll from Tina she wasn't that bad

"Great, let's do it." finishes Lorelai just as Paris and her mother come into view arguing at Paris' locker arguing

"You can't just leave now." informs Paris to her mother

"Paris please." snaps her mother

"At least come to my lit class."

"This place is giving me a headache."

"Mom." pleads Paris as she looks around and see's Tina

"Is your face breaking out?"

"No oh look it's Tina you like Tina" mentions to her mother before calling out "Tina come here" seeing no choice but to go over Tina makes her way over

"Hello Tina" greets Paris mother before turning to Paris "Look at Tina's skin it's not breaking out she properly uses her cleaner, you have not being using that cleanser have you? Now Dr. Yanalari prescribed that cleanser for a reason - to cleanse."

"Just lit class." almost begs Paris

"Paris with everything I have going on right now the last thing I need to do is face a bunch of bored people who are gossiping about me. I'll see you later at home. Use that cover stick I got you" states Paris mum before Tina "Nice to see you again Tina it looks like you have been correctly looking after your skin" before walking off

"Don't worry about it Paris, we can sit together my mum will sit with Rory" reassures Paris as the two make their way into the classroom.

"On Monday we will start a two week of creative writing exercise, but that doesn't mean we stop reading. One of the greatest inspirations of working writers is the writing of other that they admire. Walt Whitman read Homer, Dante, Shakespeare. And the novelist Edna O'Brien has been quoted as saying 'that every writer should read some Proust every day' Now, at this point, normally I would impress the partens by pulling out a copy of Proust's 'Swann's Way' and reading a particularly difficult passage but alas, you're all saved. I have misplaced my copy." pauses Mr Medina's as the bell rings

"Oh that does is - parent's thanks for coming, students - papers on Whitman are due tomorrow and those of you who are just starting tonight - I'll be able to tell." finishes Mr Medina as everyone begins to leave.

Paris and Tina head to the library for Paris to pick up a new book and Tina didn't want to leave Paris after what had happened with her mother before hand.

One the way back to Paris locker they pass the English room to see Lorelai and Mr Medina kissing both looking at each other in shock Paris grabs Tina's hands and drags her away cause if not she would have just stood their unsure of what to do.

"Was that just your mother in their with the teacher" rants Paris "Did you know about this" questions Paris but before Tina can reply "Of course you didn't you would have told someone" to which Tina just nodded, a little white lair didn't hurt anyone.

"What do I do" questions Tina who had an idea of what Paris was going to do and there wasn't anything that she could do to stop her.

"Just go to the Library and stay out of sight this lunch time" speaks Paris before she heads off on her way leaving Tina alone and hurt in the hallway like how stupid could her mother be.

Speak of the devil Lorelai makes her way out of the classroom with a smile on her face that only gets bigger when she see's Tina "Hey honey what's wrong" questions Lorelai

"You have to ruin everything don't you can't help yourself could you, I warned you about this" snaps Tina

"Tina what are you talking about Tina have I done something to upset you" frowns Lorelai not even thinking that Tina might of saw what happened in the classroom

"Of course you don't realise, I can't be around this" and with that Tina was off down the hallway ignoring the shouts of her mother.

After a tense couple of days in the Gilmore house of Lorelai figuring out though Rory what happened to make Tina and Rory so angry and Tina completely not talking to her since Wednesday it had not been a fun time.

"Look, let's just refrain from fighting in front of the grandmother ok?" suggest Lorelai getting a nod from Tina who was not talking to her still

"Fine with me and Tina agrees too" answers Rory for the pair

"The last thing I need tonight is a confrontation with my mother" as Lorelai rings the door bell

"Hi mom, boy the roads were a mess out there tonight." explains Lorelai as she enters the mansion the girls following

"Rory and Tina go upstairs please." asks their grandmother

"Is everything ok?" wonders Tina as she takes off her coat

"I have to talk to your mother, please go upstairs."

"Well -" argues Rory

"Now Rory you too Tina" leaving the two girls to go upstairs leaving her mother and grandmother to fight it out downstairs.
