A/N: Before this story begins, shout out to Grand-Saber__Art and socram132 for guessing one of the Devil Fruits right. There's still one more devil fruit that no one has gotten right yet, so whoever can will get a shout out in the next chapter. Now with that said, enjoy the chapter.

After what felt like hours, Y/N, Makino, Luffy, Lucy, and Nami made it to the nearby Island. During that short period of time a lot had happened. For instance, Luffy and Lucy kept hitting Coby, and the reason for that was "that they felt like it". Another thing Luffy did was kept teasing Lucy that she loved Y/N. When Y/N asked Luffy if he even knew what he was talking about Luffy said "No, but apparently Lucy does an it makes he get embarrassed so as a brother it is my job to do that to her". That of course earned him a bonk on the head by his sister and when Lucy looked at Y/N she blushed harder.

 Another thing that happened was that Y/N was trying to get to know everyone better. He tried with Nami, but she didn't give many answers. She only said she was an explorer and a treasure hunter and that she hated pirates(yet blushed whenever Y/N looked at her), but Y/N felt like there was more to this girl than what she led on. Y/N then learned that Coby had always wanted to become a Marine, and that it was his life long dream. Although Y/N felt that it might suit that for the boy, he told them that not everything is what it seems and that he should be careful with who he trusts. 

Y/N: *to Coby* That's a fine dream ya have there , but always remember this...Not every marine is good, just like how not every Pirate is bad, remember that lad.

After he had said that, he rolled up his sleeve and showed everyone his arm where a P was branded on his arm

When the others asked what happened to him and how he got that and what it meant, Y/N simply looked away with a sad look on his face and said that was a long story that would be meant for another time.

Finally Y/N could see the island appearing, so after that, he told Drakon to slowly pull in. When everyone got off they all started to slowly head through the town which was called Shells Town. While they were walking, everyone was staring at them.

Coby: *nervous* I still can't believe you wanted to come here.

Luffy: Well you wanted to become a marine right? This is the closest marine base there is, just like you said earlier.

Y/N: Aye mate, besides if you really want to become marine, then thi is your chance. Go for it.

Coby: W-Well thanks Y/N, but are you actually serious?

Y/N: About what mate?

Coby: About recruiting Roronoa Zoro and Roronoa Zora to join your crew?!

As soon as those two names were mentioned, everyone else that was near the group freaked out. Y/N on the other hand only smiled.

Y/N: You would be correct lad.

Coby: B-But they're two of the most ruthless pirate bounty hunters that ever existed! Why would you want them to join?!

Before Coby could ask any further, he was hit in the head by both Luffy and Lucy.

Y/N: Now where exactly is the marine base?

As if by dumb luck, a coin had just passed by Y/N's foot and as he watched it role it ended up hitting a wall that had a sigh saying Marine Base.

Y/N: Huh, well isn't that just a coincidence.

Coby: Apparently it's run by Captain Axe-Hand Morgan.

Once again everyone started to freak out, when Coby said that name.

 Coby: Huh? I understand Zoro and Zora, but why did everyone freak out about Captain Morgan?

Y/N: *sighs* Cause like I said before lad. Not everyone is all good or evil and something is telling me that this is run by the prior.

Luffy: Well only one way to find out.

With that said, Luffy stretched himself over and was looking on the other side of the base. Lucy copied him, while Coby, Nami, and Makino started to climb the wall. As Y/N was about to join them, out of the corner of his eye he spotted a perfectly good ladder. He then used it and easily looked inside the marine base. And when he looked in he saw, four people tied up separately to a pole. Three Y/N did not recognize but the fourth he did.

A/N imagine it's more of a sword instead of a saber

As everyone else were looking at the four Y/n had already hopped over and stated walking to the male with a beard with a smile on his face. What he didn't know was that a little girl was right by him with a small sack of rice balls. Makino, Coby and Nami were nervous and tried to tell Y/N to come back, but he simply ignored it. And as for Luffy and Lucy, once they saw Y/N hop over, they followed him. When they got close, the young man with the green bandana on his head looked at the group that was coming to them and tried to intimidate them. 

???: What do you want?! Get lost!

Little girl: *innocently* I thought you all were hungry so I made you all some rice balls.

???: Aww~.

???: Do you want to get killed pipsqueak? Leave before you get caught.

???: Zoro! Be nice to her! She's just being kind and trying to offer us some food!

???: I still don't see why you fell for my idiot brother Kuina.

Zoro: Shut up Zora! If I wasn't tied up, I'd kick your ass!

Kuina: And here I am with the twin morons.

Zora: No one asked you to join us! You came because you wanted to be with your boyfriend who happens to be my lost cause of a brother!

Zoro/Kuina: I'm/He's not a lost cause!

As the three were arguing with each other, the fourth captive was still mumbling with his head down.

???: Singing while mumbling*🎶 Drink and the devil be done with the rest, Yo Ho, Ho and a bottle of Rum.🎶

Y/N: *Smiling* Well aren't you a pleasant sight for sore eyes Gibbs.

With that, the fourth captive rapidly look up to meet the eyes of his captain.

Gibbs: Mother's love...Y/N! Aye, you should know better than to interrupt a man when he's in the middle of a shanty. It's bad luck!

Y/N: Aye, but fortunately I know how to counter it. The man who did the interrupting buys the man who was in the middle of a shanty a drink; the man who was in the middle of a shanty drinks it while listening to a proposition from the man who did the interrupting.

Gibbs:....Aye, that'll do.

What Y/N didn't know was that everyone had been listening ever since Gibbs had called Y/N by his name.  So when they heard Y/N's explanation they had diffrent opinions.

Zoro/Luffy: Makes sense to me.

Everyone else: No it doesn't!

After that Y/N barely lifted his sword, and had somehow quickly cut Gibbs's ropes. This got everyone's attention cause Y/N had barely moved his hand.

Gibbs:*smirks and stretches* I see ya still got it Captain.

Everyone else minus Y/N and Gibbs: Captain?!

Before anyone else could say or do anything else, a gate opened up and in walked three men. Two looked like marines while the one in the middle had a suit and a werid blond looking haircut.

Helmeppo: *chuckling* Heh, heh, Heh! Well what do we have here? It looks like our prisoners are trying to escape. Last time I checked you four had ten more days before you could leave after a full month of imprisonment.

Y/N: *shocked and looked at Gibbs* Blimey Gibbs! You've been here for almost a full month?!

Gibbs: *rubs his wrist* Aye Captain. Those three *points to the other captives* were here because they killed that*points at Helmeppo* blond bastard's mangy mutt from hurting that little girl. Me, I was...drinking too much and tried to defend those three and long story short, here we are.

Helmeppo: *angered* Hey! Watch your mouth! Do you know who I am?! I'm the son of Axe-Hand Morgan! Just wait till my daddy hears about this! He'll

*BAM!*

The sound of a gun going off and the bullet grazing the top of Helmeppo's head, cutting his head shocked everyone once again. The reason was the one who fired the shot was none other than Y/N. No one even saw him pull out his gun.

Y/N: *aggravated and serious* Is that so? Well then *glares at him* Why don't you go run and tell your "Daddy" about this.

Helmeppo: *scared* I-I will! Guards! Get them!

As the blond coward ran away, the two guards tried to aim their guns, but couldn't when the guns were instantly slashed in half curtesy of Y/N. This made the two guards run after their boss. As they were running back, everyone else (minus Gibbs and Y/N) were shocked out of their witt by Y/N's performance.

Luffy/Lucy*with stars in their eyes* Wow Y/N you're so cool!

Little girl: *like Luffy and Lucy* Wow!!

Zoro/Kuina: Just how good are you?!

Zora: *blushing*.....

Before anyone else could express their opinions on the matter, Y/N pointed his sword at the other three captives. With one slash, their ropes had been tworn to shreds and were now free.

Zoro: Why did you free us?! We had ten more days and then-

Y/N: You'd be dead.

Zoro: W-Wuh?

Y/N: Do you honestly believe what that annoying snot-nosed brat was going to keep his word and let you leave ALIVE? I could sense it in his heart that he was eventually gonna kill ya even if you did make the ten days.

Zora: That...That bastard!

Luffy: So now that your free, you can all join my *bonked by Lucy* Our crew.

Zoro/Zora: No thanks.

Luffy/Lucy: Too bad it's already been decided that you'll join.

Zoro/Kuina/Zora: What?! You cant do that!!

Luffy/Lucy: Already did. 

While there started to get another argument, Y/N was talking to Gibbs.

Y/N: So Gibbs where's your sword and where's me ship?

Gibbs: Well me sword  was taken by that blond bastard and put in his room *points to a room in the base* and for the ship...I believe 'She' might have it.

Y/N: *closes his eyes and sighs* Of course She would have it.... Well then! *gets everyone's attention* Here is what's going to happen. Luffy, Lucy, and Nami, you three will get in the base with Gibbs and bring back his and *points at Zoro, Zora, and Kuina* their weapons. Makino and Coby, you two will take this girl and get her out safely and back to her family.

Gibbs: And you captain?

Y/N: I'll stay with these three savvy?

Gibbs: Aye!

And with that Luffy grabbed Gibbs, while Lucy grabbed Nami, and sling shot them to the window that was Helmeppo's room. While that happened, Makino and Coby got the girl out of harms way and Y/N turned to the three captives.

Y/N: Now then, I believe introductions are in order...

Short Time Skip

As Y/N was getting to know who Zoro, Zora, Kuina were, they were interupted by a tall man with an axe for one of his hands and a metallic bottom half of his mouth. He also had a group of marines behind him.

Morgan: So you're the street rats that invaded my base. I'll have you all killed!

Y/N:*smirks*  And who might you be sir?

Morgan: My name is Captain Axe-hand Morgan and I run this base! You think you can just step inside and free these prisoners?!

Y/N: *smiling* Actually I was thinking of freeing these prisoners and getting rum afterwards, but you mostly got it right.

That only made Captain Morgan more mad. He then ordered his men behind him to fire at Y/N and the others, but just as the bullets were going to strike them, Gibbs,Luffy and Lucy had burst in through the window with a handful each of swords, while Nami had a map and something shiny with her.

A/N: Kuina has her family's sword, while Zoro and Zora both have three different swords each.

As they threw them and the owners, they had gotten in front and had caught all the bullets that ricocheted back to the guards.

Morgan: *surprised* W-Who or what the hell are you two?!

Luffy: My name is Monkey D. Luffy!

Lucy: My name is Monkey D. Lucy!

Luffy/Lucy: I'm going to be King/Queen of the pirates!!

Apparently Morgan had heard enough because he tried to rush and slash at Luffy and Lucy, but before he could he was caught by Y/N's sword.

Y/N: I don't think so mate. Your fight is with me.

Y/N then without realizing it had turned his sword to now it looked like it was made out of crystal.

A/N: Like this

Y/N then engaged in a sword/axe fight with Morgan. Y/N was easily winning and was mostly toying with the axe handed captain. Meanwhile Gibbs, Zora, Zoro, and Kuina were taking care of the other marines. Finally when it looked like Morgan was about to strike him down, Y/N easily dodged and uppercutted the captain, but as Y/N's fist met Morgan's chin, it had rapidly turned golden and had actually broken off Morgan's metal jaw. As the Captain was punched off his feet and fell to the ground, the marines were shocked.

Marine: He....He lost.....We're free!!

The marines all started to celebrate much to everyone's confusion (minus Y/N and Gibbs). The reason for the celebration was that during the time where Captain Morgan was in charge of the base, he had gone mad with power. He struck down anyone who didn't agree with him and had even forced the other marines to make a statue in his honor instead of protecting the town. But now that he had been defeated, they quickly imprisoned him and were now free.

And with that Y/N and the others went to a bar that was owned by the little girl's mother and was where Makino and Coby were waiting for them. As they all started to celebrate and eat and drink, Y/N and Gibbs were in a deep conversation.

Gibbs: So after you woke up, you were in a boat that was heading to *points at Makino, Lufy and Lucy* their island?

Y/N: Aye mate. And when you woke up you were in a boat that ended up here?

Gibbs: Aye....but captain....you do know that means that SHE is responsible for this don't ya?

Y/N: Sadly I do Gibbs....Sadly I do...but why would she-

Nami: Hey Y/N! Look what I found.

Nami then showed Y/N a golden medallion. But this surprised both Y/N and Gibbs because they kew very well about what this medalion was.

Y/N: Nami...where did you get this??

Nami: It was in Captain Morgans safe in his office. It was attached to this paper.

That paper only had the jolly roger of a skull with a red clown nose on it with slotted eyes.

Y/N/Gibbs: *looking at Gibbs*....Buggy
