"Are you ready to enter?" I ask Aunt Gabby. Valentina and I are late to dinner because Aunt Gabby wanted all of us to dress hot. Aunt Gabby is wearing a Black silk long dress with a black choker and black high heels.

She made me wear a red silk long dress. With black heels and diamonds around my neck.

"Of course."

The guards opened the dinning door. We walk in. Every gasped in shock that Aunt Gabby was back from her after long sleep.

Aunt Gabby smiled and waved.

"Look at you Gloria did you get fat." Aunt Gabby says to my mom.

I wanted to bang my head against a wall. Sure Aunt Gabby and my mom do not have the best history. It was my mom that sniched on Aunt Gabby that she had a pig in her room and my dad made her get rid of it. Ever since then Aunt Gabby has been holding a grudge.

We all sat down and the servants start to serve us our plates.

"Which one is Raphael." Ask Aunt Gabby.

Everyone went quiet and turned to look at Raphael. Oh god tell me she is not going to cause a scene.

She pours more red wine in her glass. She smiles at him.

"Were aren't you handsome?" She says.

I should have missed dinner. I take a sip from my wine. Raphael stays quiet.

"Well let me tell you." She says. "When I found out that my niece had been reject I thought who was the asshole that I had to kill."

My mother and Carly gasped in shock.

"Then I came to terms that if I did kill you that my niece would be in more pain." She says. "I just want to get on thing clear hurt her I swear I will make sure you pay for that."

Aunt Gabby talked to him in such a deadly tone.

Then she smiled.

"By the way I am Gabriella kingsman, Aphrodite's Aunt." She says in all a happy tone. "Nice to meet you."

"Really Aunt did you have to do that." I ask her.

"Just let me go to sleep." She says putting her pillow over her head. Once this whole incident at dinner happened everything was so awkward.

I could not sleep without asking her why she did that.

"Well he is lucky that I did not throw the food in his face." She murmurs. I rolled my eyes and was about walk our until she said "Just let me tell you this forgiveness is everything."

Forgiveness is Everything. That rang through my mind. I knew Raphael was trying to change and show me that he is truly sorry. Yet here I am showing no mercy.

"Now get the hell out of my room." Says Aunt Gabby.

"Ugh okay." I say walking out of the room. I walk down the hall to my room. When I bump into Rapheal. This is the second time I bump into him. Late at night. He seemed to come out of the shower. He was shirtless.

"Ugh umm.. hey." I say to him. I felt uncomfortable since I was only in a short black night gown.

He raised his eyebrow.

"Why are you doing at this hour at night and dress like that." He says.

I put my hand on my hip.

"The same question can go to you."

"Well I just came from working out and showering." He says smirking. Of he did. He is a warrior he has to stay fit and strong.

"Oh okay." I say. "I wanted to tell you that I am so sorry on how my Aunt Gabby treated you."

He chuckles.

"It is fine." He says. "I do not blame her for acting that way."

I smiled at him. I was about to walk away than he grab on to my arm.

"Oh fuck it." He said grabbing my waist and pulling me closer to him. I felt his lips on mine. I kissed back roughly. I hand went to his hair. I felt his strong arms lift me up. I wrapped my legs around him. This kiss was intoxicating.

"Wait." I told him. "I cannot do this I am sorry."

He puts my back on the floor.

"Yes I am sorry." He says.

I run to my room and get in my bed. An hour later I could not seem to be able to sleep. I miss his arms around me. Whenever we slept together. Which I should not. I do not have the right to think that.

"Oh lord." I muttered and get up from my bed. I start to walk down the hall to the room he is staying in. I open the door and walk inside his room. I close the door. Rapheal instantly sits up from his bed.

"Come." I told him.

He got out of bed and followed me down the hall. I brought him to my little library.

"Sorry I woke you up." I tell him sitting on one of the couches in the library. "I just could not sleep and I think I know why."

Being closer to him means the mate bond is taking effect. Sooner or later it will get harder for us.

"Yes neither could I." He says.

"Someone that is always drunk once told me forgiveness is everything." I tell him. "Of course not right away but I came to the conclusion that I am willing to try."

He smiles at me.
"You do not know how glad I am to hear that."

"So tell me about yourself."

He look at me in admiration.

"Well I am an only child." He says. I smile. "My father was not the best father I will admit that."

"Why." I ask. I never heard what happen to his dad.

"Well ever since my mother died I guess he wanted to turn me into a killing machine." He says. "So I did become into that I killed so many people that I lost count."

Not surprises at all. The Warrior pack is known for being ruthless.

"I was in a dark time in my life." He says. "I got so out of control that I even killed my own father."

That caught my breath. He did what. Why would he do that.

"At that time I felt invincible." He says he got up from his chair and started to walk around slowly. "I needed to show him that I was stronger than him, to show him what he created."

I felt somewhat sympathy for him. I guess his life was not walk in the park.

"So I took control over the pack in the end."

"Raphael I am so sorry." I say to him.

"Don't be it was not you fault or anything."

"Why don't we talk about you." He says.

"What would you like to know." I ask. There is really not much to know about me. I do not think I am an Interesting person.

"Tell me about your childhood." He ask.

"Well since I could remember me and my five sister would always fight and play around. That's was until we got older we started to get our gifts and we struggles to control them." I say looking at the snow front the large window. It was falling all over the library's balcony. "We all started to get distant I guess we all went our separate ways."

All my sisters turned a little distant since I could remember Venus went to a school far far away from here,Nutella was always in her room until he found her mate. Valentina went away partying around the world, Brandy went away to lock herself in a cabin. I guess we all have our own problems.

"How was your life after you reject me?" I asked. I needed to know.

"Miserable."

"Then why did you do it."

He sighs.

"I did not want you to have the same faith that my mom had. I knew that if my mate turned out to be out of my pack that I was going to reject her. I felt like my father was ruthless and useless. The thought of not being able to protect my mate made me crazy." He says. "I thought what I was doing was good but whenever I did reject you. I felt...miserable. I felt like I lost a part of me. I would have done everything to get you back. Yet I had no idea who or where you were. It wasn't until I saw you again sitting on the throne. That is when I knew I reject my queen."

"I guess we all have mistakes in life." I says tears we falling down my eyes. Remember the pain in went through and how screwed up our lives are.

"We need to try." I says.

I knew me and Raphael were anywhere near to a perfect relationship . Yet we needed to take this slowly.

"I know." He says. "I also know your birthday is tomorrow."

I blush. I cannot believe he knows that. I think my birthday was really nothing to celebrate. Yet my mother insist that we throw a party.

"Yes it is." I tell him. " I am getting older."

"What is something that you wish for right now." He ask.

Hmm good question.

"Well I alway wanted a piggy back ride outside in the snow."

He gets up from his chair. He turns around and kneels down.

"Get on you koala." He says chucking.

"Are you serious." I ask in shock.

"Yeah."

"But I am very heavy." I says.

He growls in response.

"Didn't I just lift you up early during out little secession." He says.

I blush more than in was already was. I hand around his neck and my legs around his torso.

He ran down the hall and passed the guards. We went through the front door of the kingdom. The guards open it for us. He went running outside with me on his back. Turning in circles. I laughed, screamed, and giggle like crazy. The snow started to fall less. Being close to him felt almost... petfect.

"Okay put me down." I say. "I have an idea."

Once I am down on the ground. My bare feet touch my icy ground.

"Okay lay on the ground." I tell him.

He looked at me as if I was crazy.

"It is cold." He says. "Don't you think it is cold?"

"The cold doesn't bother me anyway." I tell him.

He huffed but layed down anyway. I layed next to him. The sky was dark and the snow kept falling down. It look really beautiful.

"Okay so move you hand and legs like this." I say. So we both started to do that. Then I told him to get up. Then there were two snow angles laying next to eachother.

"Our work her is done." I say to him. Walking to the castle doors.

"Those actually look pretty cool." He says.

"I know."

In the morning I my eyes bags were so huge.

"Well look who is sleepy." Says Aunt Gabby handing me a coffee. She grabbed a coffee for herself and poured tequila in it.

"We look who we have here." Says Valentina walking into the dinning room. "Are two together now." Asking about Raphael.

"No we are just friends."

Both Aunt Gabby and Valentina looked at each other. They started to laugh.

"Sure you are." Says Aunt Gabby. "Anyway I glad for you. You actually took my advise. Anyways I think I found a way to win the fucking war."

"Really what might that be." I ask drinking my coffee.

"You and your sisters joining it."
