A/N: Yay the final chapter, I finished a book and so help me god if you ask me to write anymore...... because there is no more after this one LOL! So this chapter is just to tie up some loose ends and we see what Baylor are up to, how they're getting along and what they are doing now. 2 Years Later

Fergal and Pam were happy and married now, Abby was 4 about to turn 5 but the biggest change that has come in those 2 years is that they had added to their family. Abby had a little brother Connor who had just turned 2, Connor came unexpectedly, conceived the night Fergal had showed up at Pam's apartment the same night they had gotten back together but Fergal and Pam were so happy, they married after Connor was born and their little family was perfect.

Now Pam was laying on the couch with her feet up watching her family, Fergal was in the kitchen cooking while Abby and Connor were running around playing. Pam smiled as Fergal came over to her with a plate of food after he had settled the kids and had them sitting at the table eating quietly. Pam sat up as Fergal sat down next to her placing the tray of food over her lap then turned to fix the pillow behind her back so she was comfortable.

"How are you doing sweetheart? How's your back?" Fergal asked as he rubbed her back.

"I'm okay, I just wish I wasn't put on bed rest I mean I feel fine and I want to help with the kids" Pam replied as she was trying to get comfortable.

"I know but it was the doctor's orders that you rest until this little one comes, so you aren't doing anything understood" Fergal said as he rubbed her huge bump now.

Pam was pregnant again with baby Devitt number 3 and Pam was due at any moment hence why the doctor has put her on bed rest until the baby is ready to come. Pam and Fergal had no idea what they were having and they had always like the element no of surprise and they wanted to be surprised.

"Wow this looks good" Pam smiled as she picked up the fork to start eating but the second she lift the fork up she dropped it gasping.

"Pam, sweetheart what's wrong?" Fergal said grabbing Pam's hand as she squeezed his hand gasping again then she felt something run down her leg.

"Fergal its time, my water just broke!" Pam winced then she screamed as contractions were coming quick and fast.

"Okay sweetheart just breathe, breathe! I'll call my parents" Fergal replied as he switched onto auto control while he called his parents to come and look after the kids so he can take Pam to the hospital.

"Owwww Fergal, FERGAL AHHHHH!" Pam screamed as she was hit with a strong contraction.

"Its okay sweetheart come on lets get you up, my parents are here now" Fergal said helping her up as Fergal's parents walked in and Fintan went to Abby and Connor while Leonie went to Pam's other side helping her get up from the couch.

"Oh my god! oh my god!" Pam panicked as she stood up and screamed as she struggled not to push. "fuck the hospital, the baby wants to come, NOW!" Pam screamed.

"What?" Fergal asked in shock as he looked at her.

"I need to PUSH, NOW!" Pam screamed again as another contraction hit her.

"Okay, okay Fergal help me lay her down and go get some towels and warm water" Leonie instructed as they placed Pam down on the floor before Fergal ran off to get what his mum wanted.

"Alright hunny, I'm just going to have a look and see what's happening just try and relax and breathe okay" Leonie said as she pulled off Pam's tights and panties and was shocked to see the baby's head.

"Oh my goodness this baby is ready to come out" Leonie said as Fergal came back with towels and warm water.

"This is what we're going to do, Fergal hunny go and sit behind Pam let her lean on you we need her to be comfortable" Leonie said as Fergal followed her instructions and sat behind Pam as he held her in between his legs holding her hands.

"Okay Pam let's do this, push for me sweetie" Leonie instructed as she sat between Pam's legs.

"Ahhhhhh!" Pam pushed as she squeezed Fergal's hands who was holding on to her no matter what.

"Good, good you're doing good. Breath for me" Leonie said as Pam breathed "okay push hunny, push" she said again.

"Ahhhhh owwwww!" Pam pushed and sobbed as she fell against Fergal who was holding her firmly.

"That's it, okay the head is out, you're nearly there. Breath and push again sweetie" Leonie said as she grabbed a clean towel.

"Ahhhhhaahhhhaa!" Pam screamed out before she collapsed back onto Fergal exhausted.

"One more push sweetie and you'll have your baby" Leonie said looking up at Pam.

"I can't, I can't do it" Pam sobbed exhausted.

"Yes you can, if anyone can do it its you sweetheart come on one more push and we'll have our baby. I'm with you, let's do it" Fergal whispered into her ear encouraging her.

"Okay, ahhhhhhhhh!" Pam screamed one last time with a last burst of energy and a wail was heard ringing out as Pam sobbed while she watched Leonie wrap the baby up in a towel cleaning its face.

"Congratulations, it's a boy!" Leonie said smiling as she placed the baby on Pam's chest.

"A boy, oh my god" Fergal said looking down at the tiny baby in Pam's arms.

"Oh, his so beautiful" Pam sobbed as she smiled at her baby boy.

"You are amazing, I love you so much" Fergal said as he kissed the side of Pam's sweaty forehead.

"I love you t- Ahhhhhh!" Pam screamed in pain as Fergal looked at his mum who was just as surprised as Pam screamed again while she seemed to be pushing.

"Mum what's going on?" Fergal asked as Pam continued to scream out in pain

"Oh my god, we have another baby coming out" Leonie said in shock as she looked down to see what was going on and saw another head had come out.

"What? Wait, what?" Fergal asked in complete shock.

"Push sweetie, push" Leonie said as Pam pushed and kept on pushing until another cry filled the room. Pam was on the point of passing out while Leonie was wrapping another towel around another tiny baby cleaning its face.

"It's a little girl, congratulations you have a boy and a girl" Leonie said as she placed the tiny baby girl on Pam's chest next to the tiny baby boy.

"We have twins, oh my god! I love you Pamela, thank you for giving me this beautiful family" Fergal replied before he smiled while Pam was struggling to stay awake.

"They're so beautiful, I can't believe we have twins, I love you too and thank you for giving me this beautiful family" Pam said looking down at the twins in her arms then looking at Fergal before they leaned in and kissed.

"What are we going to name them?" Fergal asked after he broke the kiss to look down at the twins as they slept peacefully in their mother's arms.

"How about Liam for our boy and Leah for a our girl" Pam said looking at Fergal.

"Liam and Leah Devitt, I love it. Welcome to our family Liam and Leah" Fergal said before leaning down to place a kiss on both of the twins heads then turned to place a kiss on Pam's cheek as he held Pam and the twins in his arms.

2 Months Later

Pam and Fergal were celebrating Abby's birthday, she was finally 5 today and she was so happy, she had everything she could have wanted. Her parents were together and she had 2 brothers and a sister two of them twins. Abby was outside playing with her friends and Connor while Fergal was entertaining the guests and Pam was in the kitchen getting Abby's cake ready when Leonie and Fintan walked in with the twins who were 2 months old.

"Everything ready?" asked Leonie holding Liam who was tugging at Leonie's necklace.

"Yeah its all ready, how are my babies doing?" Pam asked as Fintan was putting Leah down for a nap in the bassinet that was sitting next to the kitchen island.

"Leah maybe asleep but this little one needs his mum to put him down" Leonie said as Pam finished the putting the candles on the cake before taking Liam from her.

"Ohhh come here little one, its nap time" Pam said taking Liam and sat on the couch as she unbuttoned her top before Liam latched onto her breast while Pam cooed him to sleep.

"I'll take the cake out and get everyone ready, you just put him down and come out okay sweetie" Leonie said not waiting for Pam to say anything as she walked into the kitchen taking the cake and walking out with Fintan.

"Thank you Loenie, I'll be out soon" Pam said before looking down at Liam as he sucked away at her breast until he slowly was falling asleep and soon he was fast asleep as Pam slowly fixed herself before she gently got up from the couch and placed Liam down in the bassinet next to the one Leah was sleeping in.

"Sweet dreams my beautiful boy" Pam whispered running her finger along his cheek before she quietly walked outside and joined Fergal, who was holding Connor and Abby.

After everyone sang 'happy birthday' Abby was hesitant to blow out the candle as everyone looked at her then she turned to her parents and Fergal and Pam looked at her worried that something was wrong as they both bent over to her height to see what was wrong.

"What's wrong sweetie?" Fergal asked looking at his eldest child.

"I don't know what to wish for daddy, I've got what I wanted" Abby replied looking up at her parents before Fergal and Pam smiled at her.

"Oh hunny, its okay you don't have to if you don't know what to wish for" Fergal said as Pam agreed.

"No, I know what I want to wish for now" Abby said before she turned to her cake closing her eyes and making her wish then she blew out the candles as everyone clapped.

"So what did you wish for sweetie?" Pam asked as every one was enjoying cake.

"She can't tell you or it won't come true" Fergal butted in before he wrapped an arm around Pam.

"I can tell you because its already come true" Abby said as her parents looked at her. "I wished that I was happy and I am" Abby concluded smiling at her parents before running off to play with her friends.

"Well, that was..... interesting" Pam laughed as she watched Abby playing with her friends before she turned to look at Fergal.

"She gets that from you" Fergal replied before Pam slapped him on the gut looking at him as if to say 'hey'.

"You love me" Fergal said pouting at Pam before they burst out laughing.

"Your lucky I do, can you believe we made it Fergie" Pam replied before they wrapped their arms around each other.

"Yeah I do, you're still the one Pam, you always were" Fergal said before they both leaned in and kissed each other.

A/N: Yay I've finished, kind of sad that its over I've really enjoyed writing this book and this is the first book that I've ever written that its come out exactly how I wanted it to without going in another direction. It all came together nicely and I hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I've enjoyed writing it. Now I can concentrate on my other books that are WIP and my one shot Baylor smut book.
