Alongside all the Hope's Peak students, you were on a ship heading for Jabberwock Island. When they arrive, everyone got off and went to their cabins to unpack.

"A tropical island," you thought. "This is the first time I've ever been to one. I'm definitely gonna have fun."

You put on your swimsuit before heading to the beach. You passed by Akane's cabin and saw her come out in her swimsuit.

Akane: "Oh, hi Y/N."

"Hi, Akane," you said, blushing. "I'm going to meet up with the others."

Akane: "Great, so am I. Wanna race?"

"Sure."

You and Akane started running and headed to the beach. You arrived, but neither of you saw anyone else.

Your phone rang as you received a text from Hajime.

Akane: "Where is everyone?"

"Hajime sent me a text. Apparently, Hiyoko caused Mikan to knock over a bunch of candles and a fire started."

Akane: "Oh my god, are they okay?"

"Yes, but they need to put out all the flames, so they'll be a bit late."

Akane: "Okay. That's a relief. I don't want anything bad to happen to my friends. So, how's it been for you? You know, before we told you about this trip."

"Pretty good. I'm starting to get more precise with this gift of mine."

Akane: "Oh, how so?"

You closed your eyes and used your power to lift up the grains of sand and make them float around to form an infinity symbol.

Akane: "Damn, that is awesome! I thought you could only lift the bigger things since, you know, they're fewer in number than this."

"Goes to show that with practice things can get better."

Akane: "Yeah. I did a lot of running and climbing until I got good. Let me tell you something interesting: I think I'm beginning to remember seeing you when I was a kid."

"Really?"

Akane: "Yeah, but the others could be here sooner than we think, so let's go somewhere else. We'll come back. No way I'm missing the feast."

"Sure thing."

You followed Akane to an unused beach house.

"Think there's hidden cameras here?"

Akane: "Nope. Structures were only here originally get a more accurate version for something called the "Neo World Program". Anyway, yeah, I think remember seeing you. Actually, I remember hanging out with you as well."

"I'm a bit surprised you can remember that. I don't meant to be mean, I'm just saying I don't blame you since it's been a long time and I knew you've been pretty busy."

Akane: "No harm done. But yeah, I have to say, I was blushing the times you gave me a flower when we hung out for a bit. Even though each of them were just for an hour at most, I felt really happy."

"I'm glad I could have you feel that way. I always thought you had an amazing spirit."

Akane: "That's nice to hear that you see me having that. Well, I'm glad to have finally said all of that to you. I felt like it was long overdue."

"Okay. You want to head back?"

Akane: "Sure. By the way, what do you think of my swimsuit?"

"I think you look very pretty in it," you responded, blushing.

"Thanks," Akane said, wrapping her arm around your neck. "That's kind of you to say. Can I tell you something else?"

"What is it?"

Akane: "I think you're kinda cute."

You blushed immensely and Akane pulled yourself out of the house.

Akane: "Come on. Let's get back to the others. Don't want to miss out on all the meet."

You followed Akane and rejoined the others.
