~Your POV~

I watched from the sidelines as Janus hung out with the Lights sides since he was now one himself. I watched him smile and laugh with Patton and Thomas. He even got to apologize to Virgil and they were friends again. Logan loves him cause now he has another smart one around. Roman is still....distant but trusts him enough to not stab him in the back.

I watched as he hugs everyone with his multiple arms and they all hug him back. My eyes tear up as I watch him. 'He's never hugged Remus or me like that...he refused to' I gripped onto my (F/C) sleeves digging my nails into my shirt and skin. 'He's...left us...he left Remus!...all alone..' I sighed and went back to the mindscape specifically Remus' room. He snapped his head up from his knees. He was sitting on his bed his knees to his chest. You could tell he was crying. His eyeliner was running and his eyeshadow was almost gone. "Hey, Darlin-" "Where were you????"

I sighed softly and sat on his bed. "I was just-" "You were with them! Weren't you??" "Technically yes but-" "your gonna leave me too aren't you!!" I closed my eyes and breathed out. Usually, id is as crazy if not crazier than Remus as Thomas' Irationallity and impulse it was my thing but i had to be calm for Remus. "No Remus. I swear im not gonna leave you." He wiped his eyes and the tears starting to pool in his eyes. "Why-Why does everyone I love...l-leave me.."

I hugged him and rubbed his back as he cried into my shoulder. I didn't have an answer for him cause i dont know why he left. I dont know why Roman left. All I know is I'll never leave him. "You'll leave me too.... won't you?..you're gonna leave me all alone and join the lights side won't you?" He asked his voice cracking. He tightened his grip on my shirt. "You won't stay here...its only me...you're...you're gonna leave me too....aren't you!" I rubbed his back and shook my head

"Im never going to leave you, Remus Sanders. You're my first and best, friend. Im never going to leave you in the dark alone. If I ever go to the lights side im dragging you with me. If they dont accept you they dont accept me. We're a duo, a pair, partners in crime." I smiled and kissed his temple. "If they can't handle your crazy and who you are they can't handle me."

Remus' breathing slowly started to calm down as he wiped his eyes from his tears and his nose from snot. "Do you promise me (Y/N)? Can you promise that you'll never leave me alone..that you're never going to get annoyed with me?" "I promise. I won't ever leave you in the dust." He nodded and hugged him tighter. I smiled and kissed his head again. "(Y/N)?" "Yes, Remus?" "Aren't you mad or...sad about Janus leaving and...Abandoning us?"

I bit my lip and stayed quiet. "(Y/N)?" "It doesn't matter how I feel Remus. Your feelings are more important. Janus took you in after the creativity split and basically was the closest person to you. He was the first person to believe in you and to give you hope." Remus sighed and he let me go. He took my hands and looked me in my (E/C) eyes "(Y/N)...your feelings are important too. You were with him first and you two always been close! Even before I came around! Even though you two fought a lot because of who you are but you still we're the best of friends."

I bit the inside of my lip and looked down. Tears started pricking my eyes as memories came flooding back of Janua and I. "I...I can't..." Tears spilled from my eyes as i kept my head down. He cupped my cheeks and wiped my eyes from tears as I tried to explain my tears or myself or...anything.

~Remus' POV~

I cupped their cheeks as they cried. "He chose...we...you" They let out a choked sob and tried to stop the tears flowing down their cheeks. I made them lift their head up and looked at their sad (E/C) eyes. I felt...so guilty that i couldn't help much as they helped me. I kissed their forehead and rubbed their cheek with my thumb. "It's gonna be okay (Y/N). We have each other right? If he left you then it's his loss. You're the most amazing person ever and deserve happiness." I saw their cheeks flush a slight pink as they wiped their eyes.

"You-You deserve happiness too...I wanna make sure you are the happiest person in the world Remus." I smiled and blushed as well. I kissed their temple and smiled "Maybe we can....make each other happy Remus" I cocked my head to the side "What do you mean?" They chuckled softly before cupping my cheek and kissing my lips softly. I blushed a bright red and softly kissed her back.

We parted after a few minutes and stared at each other. "You look so red" "Your one to talk (Y/N)" They laughed softly and kissed my nose "Aren't you the best?" I smiled and played with their hair as we cuddled with each other. Im the happiest I've ever been in a long while. Just knowing that (Y/N) wasn't gonna leave me alone and stay by my side. I loved them so much.
