I wanted to create this community because I have noticed that some users on this site have been going through tough times lately, I have always enjoyed taking care of people and helping them through the struggles that they are facing.

Here at the You're Not Alone Community, We help people who struggle with mental Illness such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, etc. We also help people who are struggling with body image issues, including Bulimia and Anorexia, and many other struggles people might be going through. We are a safe community who will not judge you for what you are going through.

We help people by sharing our own experiences, and give our tips on some ways that might help you feel better. You can always message one of our members if you need individual help. Everyone in the community is here to help you. You are not alone, and you'll never be alone.
