{Alexander's POV}

Alexander walked out of the hospital with John Laurens. He was filled with shame for what he did and how much he had hurt John and probably everybody else I'm so fucking selfish... he thought and looked at John but John saw him looking at him and raised am eyebrow Alexander quickly looked away and got into John's car. His head filling with dark thoughts and he couldn't control them I can't let John see me like this... He put his hood up and put his head down You're a worthless piece of shit! You should've killed yourself! Nobody even likes you! You disappointed everybody you were friends with now they can't trust you with anything! Tears were flowing down his face but John couldn't see them he grabbed a pen that was in Johns car and began doodling on his arm trying not to think about anything

I like your drawings...Why did you hurt yourself?

Alex looked at his arm in shock and shook his head and began writing back

Uhh..thanks...sorry that I hurt you also I wasn't thinking straight...

He smiled weakly at his arm wow...my Soulmate is talking to me... he looked up then felt a scraping on his arm and he looked back down and saw a new message

Well just remember...I'm always here for you and if you need to talk just talk to me I will always be right there to talk.

Alex smiled feeling his tears stop running down his face he wiped his face getting rid of any sign he was crying and began to reply

Thank you...I don't have anybody I can really TRUST with these problems I'm having...I'm afraid they will force me to have therapy or constantly watch me and not trust me. Well I need to go now I'm almost back home I will talk to you soon.

He hasn't felt happy like this in a long. He knew that what he said was true. He couldn't trust anybody with his problems.

Alexander let out a small chuckle and pulled down his sleeve and glanced at Laurens who glanced at him confused
"Uh...Alexander what were you doing?" He asked
"Oh I was drawing and my Soulmate decided to finally start talking to me..." he glanced at Laurens again and saw a disappointed look on his face "you okay?" Alexander asked him frightened that Laurens was disappointed in him "Oh...uhhh...I guess a small part of me hoped we were going to be Soulmates..." he chuckled and Alexander looked at him "I'm sorry..." he muttered looking away "Oh no no! It's not your fault! I'm just saying I guess I wished it was me!" He began quickly "no I understand! It's fine John..." Alex smiled at him and John began to relax a bit "John..." Alex said quietly "Yeah Alex?" He said "Are you guys disappointed in me?" He asked and John looked surprised "No! We're not disappointed in you! We were disappointed in the decision you made...we were just really scared..." Alex thought about what he said "I'm sorry for what I did..." he whispered tears threatening to spill from his eyes "Alex...I forgive you..." John said and they sat in silence until they got back to their dorms.

Sorry I have been inactive on this story! I was figuring out what to write for this chapter and this came into my head and well here it is! Sorry for any grammar mistakes I am writing this at 2:17 AM and I know I promised a long chapter and this isn't a long chapter but I am having some slight writers block so I have been relying on music to give me ideas and well that failed. But for the next chapter it will have something to do with a song so keep your hopes up!
