Sanskar go to mm. And hurriedly go inside parking the car. His p.a. informed him the flight timing that is after two hours. He go in only to find sujatha was sitting there with other family members who were worried.

Sujatha: sanskar,u came .. where were u? San...
But sanskar rushed toward his room without answering anything.
Sujatha: sanskar.. sanskar...

Laksh and adarsh look at each other.
Laksh: Chachi ji.. please calm down. We will talk to him.

They were calling on his phone continuously as they didn't knew where was he but he wasn't taking his calls. Sanskar only attend his p.a. call who informed him about flight timings. He was not in his sense after knowing about swara.

He go inside his room. He go to washroom and wash his face several times with water and look at his face . His eyes was red . Taking a sigh ,He turn on the shower and let the water flow over his body to calm his nerves. He was freaking out of emotions. He was going through so much. He was scared, angry, hurt, feeling pain. He closed his eyes and remind the moment with swara.
After few minutes he came out of washroom. And took his clothes to get ready. He was buttoning his shirt standing in front of mirror when his eyes caught something on his chest. The scratch mark.. he touched it slowly and remind the moment when he kissed her. Her hand clutching on his chest in anticipation. He closed his eyes . He could still feel her lips against his. He could still feel her shiver,her deep yet heavy breathe . Her touch on his chest. The way she gave in that kiss, the moment freezed in his mind . He want to live it again and again with her.
Suddenly he felt a hand encircling him from the back. He felt his heart beats fast . He hold it.
" I love u sanskar" she whispered.
" Don't leave me Swara.. please, I love u too" he said restlessly.
" I need to go sanskar.. bye"

He opened his eyes wide with a jerk and looked up. His hand on his chest bruise. He was breathing heavily.
" No, I won't let u go swara. I can't" he said to himself.

He immediately buttoned his shirt and get ready. He packed his bag taking his clothes and few important things.

Downstairs:
Sujatha:I m worried for him jiji..
Adarsh: Chachi , why don't u go and sleep. Sanskar also came back na.. don't worry, I m going to talk to him.

Sujatha: but he never did like this before.. I m sure there is some problem.

Adarsh: Chachi ji.. it's ok. I said na. I will go and talk. U pls take rest. Otherwise ur Heath will be affected.

Then only pari came there with uttara.
Adarsh: pari, u didn't sleep yet? U should take rest.
Pari: no, I m fine.. I just woke up and didn't find u in room so I came here , uttara was studying so she saw me and came with me. What happened? Is everything alright?

Adarsh: yeah, just sanskar wasn't home till now so everyone was worried but no worry he came back. U go to sleep. I will come in a while.
Uttara, u also go to sleep and take pari with u.

Laksh: Bhai is right, maa sanskar Bhai is fine na. U all should go and sleep. I m with adarsh Bhai, we will talk to sanskar Bhai.

Sanskar room:

Sanskar took his bag and was about to go out of room but look around. He could still feel her presence in this room.

Sanskar:( monologue) I promise u swara, next time when I will come back in this room. U will be there with me. Otherwise ,I will never come back because those memories will haunt me . This room look so lifeless without u.

Thinking this he go out of his room with his bag. He was climbing downstairs hurriedly and was going out when adarsh saw him and stop him.

Adarsh: where r u going sanskar? And this bag?

Everyone who were going to their rooms stopped to saw this.

Adarsh look at his face. It was dull and eyes were red and tired . Sanskar didn't answer so he asked again.

Adarsh: sanskar what's going on? Are u okay? Firstly u came just now and now only u r leaving?? Why ?Sanskar I can feel there is something wrong . What is it ?

Sanskar: ( blankly)I wish I could say that everything is fine but there is nothing right. I.. I just can't... bear it..

Adarsh: ( confused) bear it?? Sanskar ,pls tell what is wrong? Where r u going? What are u trying to say.... Wait is swara ,okay? It's not related to her right?

Pari and uttara who heard about swara get alert and they come toward them.

Adarsh: ( said a but louder) sanskar, what's happening? Why r u not answering? I m asking something to u??

Pari:( calmly) what r u talking adarsh? Swara must be fine. She just went to her father home . Right sanskar , she is fine right?

Sujatha: ( angry) what r u talking about? Here sanskar came home so late, he almost scared us and now he is leaving somewhere and u r asking about that girl. That girl ,who don't even care about her own husband. She must happily enjoying her time with her father, so just stop dragging her in my son's matter. She is just a selfish girl.

Pari: ( get angry a bit) Chachi ji, I know u don't like her but please.. I hope she is fine and will come back soon . As far as swara is concern.. she is his responsibility, his WIFE.

Uttara hold her shoulder and tell her to calm down. Pari nods and composed herself.

Sanskar :( breaking voice) I Don't know she will ever back or not bhabhi..

Adarsh: what? Did u fight with her? There is still time to think about divorce sans....

Sanskar: ( directly in one breathe) swara is suffering from cancer.

Everyone was shocked. Adarsh and pari look at each other , not ready to believe what they heard.

Sanskar:( look at adi and pari) she is not fine..

Then he explained everything he came to know about swara from Dr. Samar. Her medical history , her wish and leaving Everything all of the sudden to go to New York for her treatment thinking she will never back.

Sanskar look toward sujatha: u r right mom, Swara is a selfish girl, who wanted to fulfil her wish before she die but I wish she could be selfish for her life and thought about it rather than me. Although she knew I hate her, but she never tried to change that feeling for her because it helped her to go away from me but unknowingly I fell for her even though she tried enough to make me distant from herself. I can't tell u Everything right now, because I need to go to her. I have flight to Newyork. I m going to her. I can't let her suffer, not alone. I will be with her , always.

Completing his words, he take a sigh and blink continuously to avoid fresh tears. Everyone were sad yet shocked with the revealition. Sujatha was having loss of words. She don't know what she should say. A tear fell from pari's eye. Uttara hold her. She was also sad.

Adarsh look at his brother and feels really bad for him and swara. He hugged him. Sanskar also hugged him .

Sanskar:( whispered closing his eyes) I don't wanna loose her bhai..

Adarsh:( whispered back) u won't, just believe in her, in urself. Everything will be fine sanskar.

They broke the hug and adarsh look at him: just go and get her. I want her with u when u will be back.

Pari: ( to Sanskar) when u meet her, tell her that I m angry on her that she lied to me and I will be pacified only when she will fulfil her promise that she has given to me and come back.

Sanskar look at them and nods.

Laksh: I m coming with u Bhai..

Sanskar: no laksh, u can come later. For now I m going and till then u handle everything here.

Sanskar go to dp and rp.
Dp: don't worry Sanskar, she will be alright.
Rp: bhaisaa is right.. and when u will reach there. Inform us about everything.
Dp: we will come there soon to meet her.
Sanskar nods. He took blessings of AP. She just look at him emotionally.

AP: take care of urself and swara too. May God make everything alright.

He hugged her. He go to sujatha and hugged her also.
Sanskar: see u soon mom.. bye.

Sujatha was not understanding what to say. She just nods .

Sanskar took his bag and come out . He sat in car and driver drove to airport. Laksh also sat with him to see him off till airport.

They reached airport.

Laksh: go Bhai, it's time for ur flight. I will manage everything here.

Sanskar nods.
Laksh: all the best. Take care of her and urself too.
Saying this he hugged him.

Then Sanskar said bye and go inside.

The flight took off. Sanskar leaned back on his seat closing his eyes. He reminds about her, moments with her.. her words. All things were roaming in his mind. When she was close to him... He always ignored how he used to lost in her when she was close to him . He was tired and slowly feel sleep thinking about her.

After a long tiring journey ,Sanskar reached Newyork. He came out of airport then took a cab to hotel as the booking was already done by his p.a. He reached hotel and check in his room.
He go to his room and then called someone.
Sanskar: hello Samar.
Samar: yeah, sanskar have u reached?
Sanskar: yeah ,I just reached.. swara is in same hotel na, so I will just go and meet her now.

Samar: sanskar, I just talked to swara's doctor there. As they needed some reports from me.
Sanskar: hmm ok..
Samar: she is not in hotel sanskar.

Sanskar: what?
Samar: she is already admitted in hospital. shekhar uncle called me before an hour and he told me. I was about to inform u this but thought u must be in flight. I think u....

Sanskar was scared yet shocked but he managed to control himself and ask: which hospital?

Samar: ( sigh) healthcare hospital..
Sanskar: ok.. and Samar ,u..

Samar: they don't know anything about u being in newyork. Don't worry. I didn't tell them.

Sanskar: doesn't matter at all. They will know in few minutes. I just told to hide this because if swara came to know then she would had definitely tried to move from here also. Any way thanks.

Samar: ok, take care. Bye.
Sanskar: bye..

Healthcare hospital:

Doctor cabin:

Doctor: don't worry Mr. Gadodia, we are starting the treatment process from today only. It's good that u came this week only. We have to go through no. Of surgeries and for that ms. Swara has to be admitted here . This can take weeks, or may be months. It's a long term procedure. I hope u understand.

Shekhar: I understand doctor, just make her fine doctor. I don't care anything else.

Doctor: we will try our best. But before we start please read it and sign on these papers.. it's just some formalities to be done by patient's close family member.

Shekhar: ok, sure doctor..

Shekhar took the paper and read it then he took the pen to sign but a hand stopped him.

He looked up only to get shocked and find Sanskar standing there with stern look on his face.

Shekhar:( shocked) sanskar..

Sanskar: ( calm yet serious) u can't sign these papers, not when I m here. U and ur daughter had already done enough but not anymore.

Shekhar knows what he was talking about.
Doctor: (confused) who are u Mr.? And why can't he sign? He is her father . We need his approval to continue her treatment.

Sanskar: because when she is going through any kind of medical treatment then it's her husband consent which is more important than her father for any married woman. Her father's approval might be important but her husband consent is also needed Dr. Especially when her husband is here. Isn't it?

Doctor: what? Ms. Swara is married?

Sanskar: yes ,she is my wife Mrs. Swara sanskar maheshwari.

Doctor: I m sorry, I didn't know that. But Mr. Gadodia, And if he is her husband then he should sign on papers regarding her treatment. But why u hided this that she is married? Its wrong and it can create legal problems for both of us if something happens to Mrs. Swara.

Sanskar: ( sternly) that's not important. I m her husband and I m here . that should be enough. But I want to know every single detail about my wife ,her health, her treatment process and about doctors too who is going to do surgeries.

Doctor was a bit scared with sanskar tone. But he nods.
Doctor: sure Mr......
Sanskar: Sanskar maheshwari..

Doctor: yeah Mr. Maheshwari, just give me five minutes . I have a small work and then I will discuss everything with u. Till then please read these papers.

Sanskar nods.

Doctor go out of cabin.
Sanskar took the papers from shekhar.

Shekhar: u never liked her presence. U were forced in this relationship then why r u here now? I know I shouldn't have hided from u about her but she never wanted u to know it. She felt...

Sanskar: I will sympathize with her, ( chuckled) this is really unbelievable.. and I m just sick of it to listen Everytime. But u know something unc... Umm Dad.. u r not at fault. I m not blaming u for anything. U did everything because of her but just for once u could have said all this to me then everything might be different. I unknowingly treated her so badly. In all these months, she was already suffering from this and I gave her more pain..

Shekhar: so u r here because u r feeling guilty and pity on her..

Sanskar: I might feel guilty for what I have done but will never feel pity on her. I m here because SHE IS MY WIFE AND I LOVE HER. I care for her.

Shekhar got shocked.

Shekhar: u really love her?

Sanskar: ( smiled) I just got little late in realizing my feelings and ur daughter instantly used that in her favour and left. But once I met her ,I m gonna make clear in her head that no one is gonna leave.. neither me nor HER.

Shekhar smiles and hugged him.

Shekhar: it's Samar ,right?

Sanskar: thank God, he told Everything otherwise it might be too late.

Shekhar: thanks for coming here. I know she will never say this but she also wanted u here. I know u will give her strength to fight with her disease.

Sanskar: don't worry dad. She will be fine soon. I trust on our love.

Then Sanskar read the papers. And then only doctor also came inside. He start explaining him about swara's conditions, treatment processes .. it was really difficult for him to remain calm after hearing Everything. He was scared about her. Shekhar look at him and assured to be strong.

Doctor: see Mr. Maheshwari, I know it generally scare patient and family just hearing about cancer but it's curable and fight with it. There are so many people who survived and living their life. She is strong girl and u also need to be strong for her. Never let her loose hope.. I hope u understand.

Sanskar: yeah, thanks for telling me everything. I m there for her always. And if u need anything regarding treatment or anything, just inform me. I will take care of it personally.

Doctor nods.

Sanskar: where is she?

Doctor: we just took few test and shifted her to her ward. U can meet her.

Sanskar nods. He took pen and sign on the papers.
Then doctor told a nurse to take sanskar to swara's room.

Shekhar: u go sanskar, I have something to look out.

Sanskar nods and he goes out of cabin with nurse.

Swara's room:

Swara was half lying on the bed with support which nurse did for her.

Swara: ( monologue) I m feeling so weird like u r here but I know u r not here. I never feel like this in ur absence. Are u here? I really miss u sanskar.. whether I don't want but still I wish u would be here with me. But why will u, when u don't know anything? Where m I and what I m facing? U r there in my heart but I want to see u ,want u to hold my hand to give me so courage.. tell me that I can fight and I won't loose. My treatment has started and when it will end, I don't know. I don't know if I will be able to make it.. I don't know will I be able to see u again? (Sigh) I love u sanskar..

She closed her eyes thinking all this. Then only door opened, she didn't open her eyes thinking it must be nurse who went out for something. But she feels a sudden rise in her heart beat.

Swara:( murmured) no ,he can't be here..
Thinking this opened her eyes with jerk and got shocked to find him standing near door with stern expression on his face.

Swara:( murmured) oh god, I m getting mad Firstly I was thinking he is here since morning and now I can see him also. No ,no.. he is not here swara.. yeah.. I will close my eyes and then open it again . Then he will vanish. It's just hallucination.

Unknown to her that all her stupid talks were being heard by sanskar. She closed her eyes but open one eye to check and didn't see him then open other.

Swara:( look toward door) huh!! I knew he is not here. But I wish you would have been here..

" Then why did u leave without telling me anything "
She look beside her and find him sitting there on the bed.

Swara immediately sat with jerk. She was numb to find him here.

Swara: San.. sans.. sanskar..

Sanskar: why did u do that swara?

Her breathe stuck in her lungs.

Swara:( shocked) no.. u can't be here. U r...
Sanskar go close to her , he hold her hand and say.
Sanskar: I m here with u .

She feel his touch on her hand . She also gripped on his hand unknowingly and say..
Swara: how? No.. how can know everything? Who told u? No, .... U don't know anything, right?
( Shaking her head)

Sanskar:( look into her eyes, and his eyes get wet) u keep on lying and hiding things that now u r not ready to accept this truth that I already know everything. why didn't u tell me everything swara? Why? Why u want to hide everything from me?

Swara: no, why did u come here sanskar? It's not... U should not be here.

Sanskar: Because I want to be here. I want to be with u.. yes, I m here .now what u want to do next .. any other way to create a misunderstanding so that I start hate u just the way u kept doing in Kolkata.

Swara look into his eyes with wide eyes.

Sanskar: yes, I know.. I know everything damn it!! But u know something it could never make me hate u . I only got hurt . It was damn hurting and still it does knowing that u didn't trust me enough to share ur problems. But I know somewhere I was the reason to it. I was always being a jerk to u. I always hurt u. I behaved Worsley with u and never tried to know what u were going through. In these few months of our marriage,I never gave u any right of being my wife and never treated as one. I didn't gave importance to this marriage and I m sorry for everything. I m feeling guilty for whatever I have done. I hate myself that I never able to look at ur love. Just for once u could have tried to tell me , I swear I would...

Swara: that's why I didn't wanted u to know anything.. I don't want any kind of sympathy from u. It's worst to get sympathy from the person whom u love. I don't want ur guilt because I know somewhere I was the reason. And I already told u I m sorry for forcing this relationship on u. U don't need to appolozise sanskar cause anyone won't like if he is forced to accept something he doesn't want to. I made ur life complicated and I don't wanted to arise more problems for u especially when I realized u started fa.... Sanskar: u r not leaving anywhere.. I won't let u swara.. u r not going anywhere. Don't go please.. I cant live without u.. yes, what u thought was right ,I started falling for u but why u wanted me to hate u. Didn't u thought about me Swara ,what will I feel. Won't it hurt me? Nothing!. Before sanskar could complete ,swara instantly put her palm on his mouth and nods no. She could see he was in pain . His eyes had unshed tears . His face was not holding any glow. It was dull. He was looking broken. A tear fell from her eyes too. Hearing all that from him, she tried to hold that but couldn't hold it more. She tried to speak but feel loss of words and chocked and when he was about to say about his love, he was about to confess she stopped him immediately ..

Swara: ( slowly with tears) no Sanskar.. Don't complete that sentence. Not for me please.. I don't want to hear it. U have ur whole life.. Don't use those words for me.. Don't make it difficult for me. I won't be able to find peace listening it. It will pain both of us .. I don't know whether I will live or not but I can't let u suffer for ur whole life. Don't please..

Sanskar hold her palm and look at her with determined face. He entwined their palm and with one hand he touch and caress her cheek ,cupping her face gently he made her lean forward and he also lean toward her face.. minimising the gap between their faces..

Sanskar: I will, and u have to listen to me. I LOVE U MRS. SWARA Maheshwari. I don't give u any right to leave me and go. U have to live for me. and about pain for whole life! What's love without pain swara? And when it start with pain na, it always end with happiness and pleasure. I believe it. I believe in us. Nothing will happen to u. it's my trust on u, my love.

Swara started crying bitterly hearing it. She shakes her head and tried to remove his hand from her face .

Swara:( cryingly) no.. please Sanskar. It's not right. U can't love me . I m not right for u. It's all my mistake ,I shouldn't have dragged u in my life. please don't waste ur life for me.

Sanskar: u r most stupid girl. Will u decide everything for me? Coming in my life with ur choice and then leaving. Creating misunderstanding so that I hate u.. everything just because u want. u don't care for me swara. Did u think before falling for me ? No right? Then why should I, why can't I let my heart fall for u. It's not in anyone's control. The more u try to go away ,more u will find me close to u. love can only increase as much u try to suppress it.

Swara:( burst out in tears) I m sorry sanskar... I thought to live just a part of life with u and leave but never thought my one wish will lead into so much complications in both of our lives. I love u too sanskar but i m scared of my future.. what will happen..?

Sanskar:( emotionally) look at me Swara, see.. ( swara look at him) u don't need to be scared of anything. Till I m with u, I won't let anything happen to u. I m there to fight with u. And once u get fine then u have to give so many answers.. seriously What were u thinking. Those stupid things u said to me before leaving., Like , infatuation.. what was all that haan?? How could u do this to me? To our family ..

Swara: I thought everyone hate me then no one will care if I will die.

Sanskar: ( get angry) just shut up!! Once u get fine then I will see how u leave me and go. u can't decide to get married to me and then go with ur choice . I m not giving u choice for that.
U r bound to me Mrs. Maheshwari. There's no escape. U fulfilled ur wish but now u have to complete my wishes. If u want to leave me then firstly u have to complete it then I won't stop u.
My wishes are :-
*I want to marry u again with all rituals .
*I want to go on a long honeymoon with u .
*I want u to be the reason I come back from office soon and go late. (He said with smile but tears too, Making swara laugh between her cry)
*I want to fulfil all ur dreams.
* I want to sleep taking u in my embrace every night.
* I want to wake up next to u every morning with a morning kiss.
* I want to be father of your babies .
* I wanna grow old with u but then also u love me the same or may be more.
*I want to cherish each and every moment of my life with u.
* I want to take all ur pain and fill ur life with happiness.

Its not all but these are main . And after all these get fulfill ,I want to die peacefully in ur embrace holding u. That's all. If u can complete it then only I can give u choice to go. Otherwise u r stuck with me for whole life.

Swara break down completely and threw her arms around his neck. She clutched his shirt and cried hardly.

Swara: I m sorry sanskar.. I m sorry. I love u.. I love u so much. I got scared. I felt myself getting weak.

Sanskar hugged her back. He closed his eyes and pats her hair to calm her.

Sanskar: I love u too Swara. There is no last wish swara. Its just start to make more wishes.

Swara hide her face in his chest and sobs. He gripped his hold around her . After sometimes she gets relax a bit.

Sanskar: shh, swara calm down . Don't cry pls.
He break the hug. And wiped her tears away from her face, cupping it.
He kissed her forhead. She closed her eyes feeling the kiss then he put his forhead against hers.

Sanskar: so what u decided?( Trying to light her mood)
Swara:( chuckled with tears) I will complete all ur wishes but I m happily ready to stuck with u whole life.. so it's both..

Sanskar: don't worry, just be with me. My all wishes will be completed already.

Both smiled.

Screen freezes on their faces with tears and smile both. Sanskar holding her face gently with both hand and her hand on his chest. Their forhead against each other.
