3RD PERSON POV

11:00 pm

It was opening day for Black Friday. Everyone was setting everything up. Ocean walked into the theater with some Sniggle costumes she had to fix last night because they tore during dress rehearsal. "What's up bitches!" She laughed

Curt was filming and he turned the camera towards her. "Language!" He fake scolded

"Sorry!" Ocean apologized. She walked backstage and hung the costumes with the others. She went over to Nick. "The costumes are all there and fixed," She reassured him

"Thank you! You're a lifesaver!" Nick said. He went back to his conversation with Matt

Ocean walked up behind Robert who was talking to Jon and hugged him. "Surprise!" She said. It wasn't really a surprise, but that doesn't matter

Robert felt her arms wrap around him. He laughed and turned around. He wrapped his strong arms around Ocean and picked her up. "Hi Shortcake," He said. It was almost like the incident after the Comfort Team visit never happened

"Stop calling me Shortcake!" Ocean huffed. She would've crossed her arms, but Robert was still holding her. "Please put me down now," She was going to slip from Robert's grip

Robert set her down. "It's opening night! Are you excited?" He asks. He looked at Ocean

"Yup! My parents are coming to see me. And maybe my little brother if they can't get my cousin to babysit. Then my cousin is going to see me the next show," Ocean was practically bouncing on her toes. Her parents had barely come to her shows in high school and now it is confirmed that they will go, she's ecstatic

"You're gonna do great," Robert reassured her. "I think we gotta go start warming up so we can do a rundown of the show," He patted her head with a warm smile on his face

TIME SKIP

3:00 pm

Everyone was in their place, the audience were in their seats, Joey came out on the balcony. "Ahoy there, boys and girls! Hop aboard the S.S. Wiggle! We're setting sail for giggles! Come on, Sniggles!" He gave the cue for the others to enter and the band started to play. Once that started, everyone went into the view of the audience

Ocean, Curt, Jaime, Angela, and Jeff came down the stairs near the audience, and Robert, Lauren, James, and Kim came out from behind the stage. They start singing the opening number, Tickle-Me-Wiggly

After they finish, everyone exits the stage and immediately change into their next costume. Ocean changes into her customer outfit which was a white button-up shirt, black tailored coat, high waisted skinny jeans, black boots, and a black baker boy hat. She had to get into the Cineplex Girl costume right after Feast or Famine and all she had to do is take off her coat and put on a vest with a Cineplex logo on it. When she was finished changing, she went and helped Jaime get into her Sherman costume

On stage, Jon, Lauren, Dylan, and Kendall were doing their scene

Ocean got out of the changing room and waited backstage with the others. She saw Robert in his leather jacket (and it made her feel some sorta way nah jk) She laughed. "Looking good Terminator," She whispered when he was close enough

"Very funny," Robert whispered back. He slung his arm around her shoulder with a smirk

"Calm down Ethan you got a girlfriend," She took his arm off from around her. She crossed her arms and looked up at him and let out a soft 'tch' 

"Robert doesn't," Robert retorted. He covered his mouth after saying that. "I'm sorry," He stepped back a bit. He wanted to flirt with her so bad but wanted to respect how she feels because she broke up with Mariah last month

"It's fine," Ocean reassured him, she patted his cheek with a small smile

Robert got the cue to start getting ready to enter. "It's time," He said gave Ocean a quick hug

"Break a leg," Ocean said with a smile. She hugged back and watched him walk off

On, Robert, Angela, and Kendal does their scene leading up to Califor-M. I. A

Ocean silently jams out to Califor-M. I. A, but stops when the song starts coming to and end. She knew it was the moment where Robert and Angela have to kiss. She feels a pit in her stomach. She makes a fist. She didn't completely understand why she did this. She didn't think she was jealous. Her and Robert are just friends and that's how it's supposed to be

When the lights dimmed and Robert, Angela, and Kendall came backstage, Jaime, James, Kim, Curt, Joey, Jeff, Jon, and Ocean walked onto stage in a line to do their scene. Lauren came from the stairs from the audience and started reciting her lines

Dylan went on stage and started reciting his lines and What Do You Say? Starts

Feast or Famine finishes and when the lights dim, Ocean immediately goes backstage where she gives Nick her coat and hat. While she quickly buttons up the first 2 buttons of her shirt, Robert hands her her Cineplex vest and fake glasses. She puts the vest and glasses on and she goes back on stage with Robert and Kendall

Ocean pretends to her asleep and the lights come back on

Robert stares at her for a bit before coughing

Ocean 'wakes up' and says, "Hi, welcome to the Lakeside Mall Cineplex. How can I help you?" Her voice gets quieter at the end of each sentence. She pretends to dust off her 'desk'

"Uh, yeah, uh, can I get two tickets to that new flick, uh, Santa Claus is Goin' To High School?" Robert asks

"Okay, that'll be two tickets to Santa Claus is Goin' To High School," Ocean pretends to type something. "That'll be twenty-seven fifty," She holds her hand out 

"What? Are you kidding me? Thirty bucks for two tickets?" Robert almost laughs. "That's, look. I'll give you fifteen dollars, that's as high as I'll go!" 

"Uh, s- sir, this not the type of place where you can haggle, sir. I don't set the prices. I'm just a high school kid," Ocean says and pushed the money back towards him. She pushed up the fake glasses she was wearing 

"Oh yeah? Well, I'm gonna find you at school," Robert grabs Ocean by the shirt using one hand "And cram you into a locker and fart in it!" To give the illusion of him lifting her off the ground, Ocean goes on her tippy toes

"O- oh no! Nuh- n- not the E- Easy-Bake Uh- Oven!" Ocean starts to stutter from fear

"Oh, it's the Easy-Bake Oven for you!" Robert raises his other hand like he's about to punch her right in the face 

"Hey!" James yells. "What's going on here?" He starts approaching the stage 

Robert lets go of Ocean and places his hand on her back. "Nothing! I'm just asking them a question," He pats her back and looks down at her. He walks away and goes over to Kendall

Ocean quickly runs off stage

"Don't I know your face?" James asks. "Ain't you been told not to hang around this mall?"

"I'm just taking the kid to see the Santa movie," Robert defends himself. He wrapped an arm around Kendall's shoulders

"Yeah, you're coming with me," James said as he grabbed Robert's arm. He pulled him away from Kendall. He picks up his walkie-talkie. "Yeah? What's going on at Toy Zone? Ah, shit. You kids get outta here!" He lets go of Robert and runs off

TIME SKIP

It's intermission and while the audience takes a break from the madness, the cast gets into their Act 2 outfits

Ocean gets into the light pink sweater dress, white tights, light blue beret, and pastel purple boots ankle boots. Small changes were made to Noel's design, but overall the idea was the same. Before leaving the dressing room, she checks her phone and sees her mom text her, "You're doing great sweetie!" and her dad sent her the thumbs up and heart emoji

Ocean walks past the 2nd changing room. The only person in there is Robert. He had changed into his Chris Kringle outfit and he was just fixing his hair. "Looking good Kringle," She says as she approaches him

"Thank Noel," Robert said. He combed his hair slightly to help his curls. He looked at Ocean through the mirror with a cute smile. "I don't know about this hair. Do you think you can help me again?" He asks. He turned to face Ocean

"Yeah, sure," Ocean goes over to him and helps style his hair. "Why are you fixing your hair anyway? It looked pretty good when you got off stage," She combed his hair 

"Yeah, but, I wanna make so I look a little different from Ethan," Robert explained, putting emphasis on the work, 'little'. He sat there, looking in the mirror while Ocean did his hair

"Robert! You're on in two minutes," Nick says as he popped into the dressing room for a moment

"Well, wish me luck," Robert said. He hugged Ocean quick

Ocean hugs back. After a few seconds, they don't fully pull away. They held each other by each other's forearms. They gazed into each other's eyes

"U- uh," Robert stuttered, his cheeks flushed with a pink blush. "I need to go," He let go of Ocean and straightened out his outfit. "I love you! I mean! Wish me luck!" He smiled

"Break a leg," Ocean said for the second time that night. She gave him a thumbs up and a smile. Her cheeks matched the hue of Robert's blush. She watched him quickly make his way backstage. She followed him and waited backstage

Robert, James, Angela, Jeff, Jon, and Curt go on stage and start to sing the first part of Deck the Halls (of Northville High)

(Yo this song goes HARD)

They do their awesome choreography and the enter into dialogue again

"Christopher Kringle, report to the principle's office immediately!" Corey said from the balcony

Jeff, James, Angela, Jon, and Curt make surprised/shocked noises

"Aw man! Mr. Humbugger! I'm in trouble now!" Robert said. He turned around and saw Lauren and Joey in their elf costumes

"You bet you are!" Lauren said

"Jingle! Jangle! What are you two doing here?" Robert said

"We're here so you don't screw up Christmas boss!" Lauren said

"That's right!" Joey said

"Hey Chris!" Ocean fast walked over to Robert 

"Noel!" Robert gasps

"Were you just talking to your locker?" Ocean asks 

"Don't worry boss! She can't see us! But if she finds out you're Santa Claus! Father Winter's spell will be broken!" Lauren pats Robert's chest in reassurance

Joey ducks behind as Lauren talks. "That's right!" He peeks his head out from under Robert's arm

They continue singing and choreography. They finish and the lights dim, everyone exits the stage, and Dylan pops up from behind the boxes

TIME SKIP

Kim and Dylan were singing Take Me Back and the part where Noel, Chris, Jingle, and Jangle enter stars coming up

Ocean, Lauren, Robert, and Joey go up the stairs to the balcony and they came out when Dylan and Kim stop singing. They all start singing, "Take me back! Gotta me back! Just take me back!"

The four of them stop singing and Kim and Dylan kiss. They pull away and start to sing again

"If you're really Santa, tell something only Santa would know," Ocean recited. "Tell me what I asked for for Christmas when I was seven years old," She looked up at Robert

"Noel, I- I can't," Robert recited. He looked away from Ocean

"I knew it, I knew you weren't Santa," Ocean fake sobbed. She looked the other direction

"A red tricycle," Robert put on a Santa hat and met eyes with Ocean

"Santa!" Ocean clapped her hands. She wrapped her arms around Robert's neck and let him dip her. They made an agreement that they wouldn't kiss on the lips. Just an Eskimo kiss to make it look like they're making out since the audience could kinda see them

"This is the best movie ever!" Dylan said from the boxes

Kim drags him back down

TIME SKIP

Ocean changed from her P.I.E.P costume to her shopper costume. She listens to Jaime make her speech as Sherman. She waited backstage with Robert. "Hey, I hate your hat," She whispers to him

"I know you do, that's why I'm wearing it," Robert whispered back. "I'm joking, I'm joking. But you bought it for the costume, so I have to wear it," He tried not to laugh 

Before, Ocean could say anything back, she was ushered onto stage with Joey and Robert. The three of them got on boxes, letting the blue light shine onto their faces, Ocean in the middle, Robert to her left and Joey to her right

"Wiggly is good!" Joey recited

"Wiggly is just!" Robert recited

"If we have faith, we will be rewarded with a cuddly toy!" Ocean said. She spoke a little louder than her normal soft voice which made her sound completely different

"Yes! Brothers and sisters! We have seized control of Lakeside Mall! Let it be a new Jerusalem!" Jaime said in her Sherman voice. "And from it, we shall march forth and conquer the Earth! All hail Wiggly!" 

"Wiggly! Wiggly! Wiggly!" Ocean, Robert, and Joey say, they all looked up into the blue lights

"Bring forth the infidels!" Jaime pumped her fist into the air and propped her foot up onto the railing of the balcony

Ocean and Robert get Corey and Joey gets Angela

"Let me go you nut-bags, you crazies!" Corey says as he pretends to struggle 

"Frank I swear if anything happens to my sister, I swear to God-" Angela gets cut off

"Silence, heathens!" Jaime yells

"Kill them!" Robert yelled

"Yeah! Kill 'em!" Ocean screamed

"Fucking kill them!" Joey screeched

"No! No friend-wends, they face not your judgment, but that of she ordained by the highest god! The prophet, the mother, mommy!" Jaime tells them

"Mother! Mother! Mother!" Robert, Joey, and Ocean call out

Robert and Joey flailed their arms while Ocean did tiny jumps and made grabby hands like a child

Lauren walks out onto the balcony. "Yes, they're talking about me Gerald. I dislike that word, Gerald, cult. No, it's a new, exciting religion that I started!" She smiled. "But, before you do, you should know my first act as divine prophet was to set fire to the Cinnabon as a sacrifice to a Dark God!" Her smile fell. "Oh, now you'd rather stay inside and keep the car warm. Hold on," She set down her phone and looked out onto the stage. "Yes, I am the divine prophet. I have gazed into the face of God. He has chosen me to usher in his reign and give him life! But how, Lord, how? Your voice is so far away, I cannot hear it. I need a vessel, filled with your essence. To guide your people, to let your will be known! I neeeed, a Wiggly doll, ideally four of them,"

"Listen, lady, you want a Wiggly doll? I can get you a Wiggly doll, straight from the manufacturer, at wholesale prices!" Corey tried to reason

Lauren laughed. "We have to no need for your manufacturers. Because, brother and sisters, there is still one Wiggly left in this mall, I can feel it! The only hope for extending your worthless life is to tell me, where is that doll?"

"I don't know! You saw it yourself, you animals took 'em all!" Corey said in a panic. "Please, let me go, for the love of God!"

"I've met God, he had nothing nice to say to you," Lauren said. She pretended to slice open Corey's throat

"Frank! Frank!" Angela cried out

"You listen to me, you little tramp. Now I know you know where that Wiggly is," Lauren said as she caressed Angela's face, she sniffed her. "I can smell him on you. It's perfume to that trailer-trash stench!" 

"I have no idea what you're talking about! You people are so fucked up!" Angela spat

"She has the lying tongue of a snake!" James said, he hopped up onto the boxes behind Angela

Ocean, Robert, and Joey start hissing at Angela

"I've seen it, brothers and sisters, on this security camera footage. This witch stole a Wiggly doll, and put it in the backpack of a little girl with pigtails and a baseball cap!" James pointed at Angela

"No, no, no! Don't hurt my sister Hannah please!" Angela begged

Ocean grabbed Angela by the arms and dragged her to the side of the stage. She shoved her over to Jon and Joey to held her arms. Ocean exited the stage

Lauren starts singing Adore Me and when Jon and Jeff start dancing, Angela goes backstage

"I'm so sorry for shoving you Angela," Ocean whispered an apology to Angela. It was in the script, but she still felt bad

"Aw, that's okay," Angela said. She gave Ocean a quick hug before going to the microphone backstage, the one Jon uses for Wiggly, so she can say, "No! Hannah! Hannah!"

TIME SKIP

 After Made in America finishes, Ocean goes backstage with Angela, Lauren, and Kim. Ocean saw Robert in his P.I.E.P costume and all she could say is, "Oh wow. . ." Before she was swept off to change into her shopper costume once more. She did not deny how she still though Robert was h o t

Ocean walked backstage and waited while Angela performed Black Friday. She silently jammed out almost cried when listening. She meaning of the song and Angela's performance combined could make a grown man cry

Robert saw Ocean visibly holding back tears. He went over to her and patted her head. "You okay?" He whispered to her

Ocean turned her head towards Robert. She nodded. "Yup," She smiled at him. "But these damn songs, I'm gonna cry," In the background, Dylan started to sing If I Fail You

Robert tried not to laugh. He just wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "Lauren owes me ten bucks," He said with a laugh. He made a bet with Lauren to see who would cry during opening night first. He bet it was Ocean and Lauren thought it'd be Kendall

"Well, you know me the best," Ocean sighed. She leaned into him

The two of them go off to get ready for the next scene

After Angela and Dylan left the stage, the lights dim. When the lights come back on, it is pointed at the staircase near the audience

"Wiggly-wig, Wiggly-wig, Wiggly-wig," Jaime, James, Curt, Jeff, Joey, Robert, Ocean, and Jon chant as they go down the stairs. Joey and Robert hold on to Kim while Ocean and Curt hold onto Kendall

"Yes, Gerald. I'm about to get the doll. Yes, they found the child! No, I'm not going to put you on speaker, Gerald. No one wants to talk to you," Lauren says through the phone. She sets her phone down. "Yes! Bring the heretics to me!" She walks to the top of the stairs and laughs. "Becky Barnes, why am I not surprised? Of course I'd find you here clinging to your antiquated sense of justice. Protecting this child because you can't have any of your own. Becky, wake up, belittling you isn't fun if you're not upset,"

Joey shakes Kim lightly

"Huh, she's drunk, again! The only man that'll have her now is, Jack Daniels. HA! Get her out of my sight!" Laurne walks down the stairs. "And you, you little shit," 

Ocean and Curt push Kendall down to the floor

"For too long you have kept the shepard from his flock," Lauren says

"Magic hat! Nothing can hurt me!" Kendall holds onto the hat

Lauren laughs. "You little fool! You think this is going to protect you? A magic hat? That's ridiculous, only dolls are magic," She takes the backpack from Kendall. "And I'll be taking mine, thank you very much!" She opens the backpack. "What? Is this some kind of a joke? Where is he? Answer me!" She took out her knife. "Or I'll open your mouth with my fucking knife!"

"HEY!" Angela shouts from the stairs

"Prophet! There!" James points to Angela

"The god!" Curt reaches out to the Wiggly

The others rush to the base of the stairs, the look of glee on all of their faces. They all make grabby hands at Wiggly

"Is this what you're looking for?" Angela asks

"He's radiant,"

"He's beautiful!"

Lauren climbs up the stairs. "I haven't changed my mind little girl I still want you dead!" She yells. "And I thought your sister was stupid! Coming into the lion'd den completely outnumbered. With a doll? You're a fucking moron!"

Dylan comes up behind Laurena and aims a gun at her head. "Then you've been out-foxed by a fucking moron," He said. "Back off! Let the kid go!"

"The prophet!"

"Blasphemer!"

"You have no idea what you're doing," Lauren said

"Everyone listen to me! This doll is not your god! It's not gonna fix your miserable lives! This cult of comfort is bullshit!" Angela tells them. She takes out a lighter. "If Wiggly is your god, let him try and stop me from doing this," She brings the flame up to Wiggly

Lauren screams and pushes Dylan out the way. She goes down the stair and takes Wiggly from Angela

Wiggle starts to play and they start the choreography

When they sing, "JAM!" Ocean and Robert get off of their boxes first. They held hands and Robert twirls Ocean towards him. Ocean takes her left leg and kneels in onto Robert's upper thigh. While she did that, Robert takes his free arm and wraps it around Ocean's waist. He lifts her up slightly and Ocean kicks up her left leg

When Ocean's leg comes down, Robert sets her down. Ocean walks backstage and Robert walks behind the others to lift Lauren up

They finish up Wiggle, Kim pretends to shoot Lauren, and the lights dim

TIME SKIP

Ocean changed into her cinema teen outfit, Robert changed into Hot Chocolate Boy, Joey changed into Ted, James changed into shopper costume, Jeff into Mr. Davidson, Curt into Papa Ed, and Corey into Bill

In the middle of What If Tomorrow Comes? The rest of the cast come onto stage to sing along

Towards the end, Laruen, Kim, Jon, Angela, Kendall, and Dylan stand on the boxes. To their right stood Ocean towards the center, then Robert, then Curt with James in the back. To their left stood Jaime towards the center, then Joey, then Corey with Jeff behind them. Everyone who stood on the floor held hands

The lights dim and the show is over

When the lights come back on, everyone gets into a line and hold hands. They bowed and hold their hands out to the audience. Then to the band. After that, they bow again. They all wave as they walk off stage

Once they were all backstage, they all hugged each other and congratulated one another

"That was a great opening day! I am very proud as a director. I will see you all tomorrow and Happy Halloween!" Nick said. He smiled and gave some people high fives

Everyone left the theater and they all got ready for a Halloween Party
