3RD PERSON POV

September 15, 2019

1:00 pm

Ocean grabbed a black book bag. She put in her iPad, stylus, sketch book, and some other art supplies. She also packed her wallet and other electronics. Ever since she had the Comfort Team™ visit her, she had been doing even better than before. She got into a black graphic tee and a pair of high-waisted jeans, cuffed, and a black belt. She put on black boots and some earrings that have small tiny vinyl records attached to it

She grabbed her keys and headed out the door. She was going to meet Nick and Matt for the costume designs. She had already drawn up a few sketches and colored them in. She locked her apartment and went to her car. She put on Gorillaz and started driving

It took her around 20 minutes to reach the place Nick sent. She parked and got out of her car. It was a small cafe that wasn't very busy. It had exposed brick and vines growing on the outside. On the inside there were more exposed brick, plants, and neon signs

Ocean walked in and looked for Nick and Matt. When she spotted them, she waved and walked over to them. She sat down and set her bag down on the chair next to her. "Hey guys," She said

"Hey Ocean," Nick said. "Did you come up with some designs?" He sat up in his chair. It was only him at the table since Matt had gone to the bathroom. He took a sip of his drink 

"Yup!" Ocean said. She took out her sketchbook. She flipped through the pages and landed on the designs for Lex. Nick told Ocean that Lex needed to have the red toy zone vest on. Ocean drew Lex in black ripped jeans and fishnets underneath, black boots, a gray band tee, a long black sleeve shirt underneath the shirt, the toy zone vest, and a black choker. "I don't know who's playing Lex so I kinda just make it looked like a mannequin,"

Nick slid his design for Lex and Ethan over to Ocean. "Wow, this is very impressive," He said in awe. "What other characters did you draw up a design for?" He asks. He took another sip of his drink

"I drew up a design for Ethan, Hannah, Linda, Noel, Kringle. Basically anyone you said didn't already have a set design for," Ocean said. She flipped the page for Nick. The next page had a design for Ethan

The design for Ethan had him in a black jean jacket layered over an open dark blue and gray flannel and a gray shirt. She also drew Ethan in cuffed ripped jeans, black sneakers, patches on the jacket, a chain, and a backwards cap

For Hannah, she drew her in a black and gray striped shirt, an oversized black bomber jacket with a bee patch on it to make it show like it belonged to Lex at first, jeans, and black sneakers. As well as a silver headband

For Linda, since she's a wealthy woman, she drew her in designer. She put Linda in a black wool coat with leather straps instead of buttons. The inside of the coat was lined with faux fur. She also gave Linda a white turtleneck, black knee high boots, and black pants

For Kringle, she put him in a red letterman jacket, a white shirt, gray pants, and black sneakers. Something simple because he won't be on stage long and so it will be easy to transition to whatever outfit the person would be playing next

Finally, for Noel, she gave her an icy pink knit sweater dress, white tights, a light blue beret, and a pair of pastel purple boots with white faux fur lining the top of the boot

Matt came back from the bathroom. "Hey Ocean. What's going on?" He asked. He sat back down and looked at what Nick was looking at. "Oh wow these designs are pretty good," 

"Thanks, I'm gonna go get a drink," Ocean said. "You're welcome to look at some other alternate designs I made for the characters. But I swear if you guys look anywhere else you're dead," She smiled sweetly. "Be right back!" She walked to the register to order something

TIME SKIP

September 18, 2019

3:00 pm

"Okay! Okay! I'm looking," Ocean said to Robert. The cast list for Black Friday has been emailed to everyone who auditioned. Robert wanted to look at it at the same time, so he video called Ocean right away when he saw the email notification. She opened Chrome and went to her emails

"Alright Look at the count of three. One. . . Two. . . Three!" Robert said. He opened the email and searched for his name. "Yes! I'm playing Ethan, Kringle, A Sniggle, A Shopper, and a P.I.E.P Agent! Yes!" He looked at his phone

"I'm playing, A Sniggle, A Shopper, Cineplex Girl, A P.I.E.P Agent, and Noel!" Ocean said. She smiled at this, but was a little disappointed she didn't get the role as Lex. But overall she didn't really cared because she's in a Starkid musical

"Celebratory workout session?" Robert asks. Him and ONLY him would think you can celebrate by working out

"Only you would say that and sure," Ocean said. "But I got work at seven. I'll see you soon. Want me to pick you up?" She offered. She closed her laptop and went over to get her work out clothes

"I'll pick you up since Jon is going with us," Robert said. "And I promise you'll be back in time for you to get ready for work. I'll see if I can drop by later with or without Jon,"

"Alright. My boss said you can stay to watch over me as long as you order at least two things. You can just order something like carrot or celery sticks and you'll be fine," Ocean said. She picked out black yoga pants, a gray Nike sports bra, and black workout gloves

"Okay, I'll pick you up in thirty minutes. Bye!" Robert said

"Bye!" Ocean said. She ended the call. She grabbed her workout bag and made sure she had everything in there. Deodorant, protein and granola bar, hair brush, change of clothes, sneakers, a hoodie, towel, toiletries, dry shampoo, wireless headphones, water bottle, and a lock 

Ocean went into her kitchen and made herself a small salad because she was quite hungry. She ate it and washed her dishes. She looked at the time and decided to head downstairs. She made sure to lock her apartment door and took the elevator down to the lobby. She walked to the entrance and waited by the sidewalk

Robert came by and picked her up and they went to the gym

TIME SKIP

October 27, 2020

3:00 pm

Ocean had time to change from her work clothes to yoga pants and a sweater. 

When Ocean got to the theater, she saw a girl standing there just looking at the building. She walked up to the girl. "Are you alright honey?" She asked. She got a good look on her face. "Oh! Hi Kendall. I didn't recognize you for a second," She said

"Oh, hi Ocean," Kendall said, looking up at her. "Sorry I'm just a little nervous that's all. I know we already had practices already but, I'm just a little nervous, that's all," She sighed. They finally got the stage to practice, meaning they can make the stage props too

"I get it. It's nerve-wracking, but remember this. We all make mistakes on stage. We aren't gonna do it perfectly. We might sing off tune for a bit or mess up a line. But they don't know what's right. We might know we made a mistake, but, as far as they know, it's in the script," Ocean said with a wink. "Now let's go in. They're expecting us,"

Kendall smiled. She quickly hugged Ocean. Ocean had become a big sister to Kendall over time. Ocean would pick her up from wherever when her parents couldn't. "Thanks Ocean," She walked in with her

When the two of them walked inside the cast greeted them with waves. The two of them joined in with the others and they started practicing

TIME SKIP

7:00 pm

The last scene they were practicing is Take Me Back. Ocean closed her script put kept a thumb where her lines were. She was trying to fully get off script

Kim and Dylan went through their lines and started singing. They were KILLING IT with the vocals 

While waiting, Robert rested his arm on top of Ocean's head. He did this a lot, just to tease Ocean for being so short. It's become second nature at this point, but it still bothered the hell out of Ocean. If Kim and Dylan weren't singing, she probably would've started screaming or running away

Ocean rolled up her script and hit Robert on top of the head. She crossed her arms and looked at him with an unamused smile on her face

Robert tried not to laugh when she did this. He took her script and held it above her head. He booped her nose with it and gave it back to her since their scene was coming up soon

Robert and Ocean made their entrance with Joey and Lauren and sung:

Kim and Dylan continued their singing and finished it out BEAUTIFULLY

"If you're really Santa, tell something only Santa would know," Ocean recited. "Tell me what I asked for for Christmas when I was seven years old," She looked  up at Robert 

"Noel, I- I can't," Robert recited. He looked away from Ocean and tried not to laugh

"I knew it, I knew you weren't Santa," Ocean fake sobbed. She looked the other direction

"A red tricycle," Robert put on a Santa hat and met eyes with Ocean

"Santa!" Ocean clapped her hands. She wrapped her arms around Robert's neck and let him dip her

"This is the best movie ever!" Dylan said from the side 

Ocean and Robert laughed. Robert helped her stand up. "You did great!" He said to Ocean

"Thanks," Ocean said with a smile

"Alright, that's it for today, come back tomorrow at noon. Black Friday is coming in like four days!" Nick said

Everyone grabbed their bags and left the building. Some went to their cars, other had a conversation before parting ways. Kendall stayed near the building as she took a call, a visible look of distress on her face

Ocean took notice. She was getting a ride with Robert and Jon since they were all getting dinner together. After she saw Kendall was done with the call, she approached her. "Hey honey? You alright?" She asked

"Yeah, my dad got a flat tire and can't pick me up. I have to get an Uber or find someone who can pick me up," Kendall said with a sigh. She hated Ubers because it can really be hit or miss

"Hold on," Ocean said. She walked over to Robert. "Hey, Kendall needs a ride. Could we give her a ride?" She asked

"Sure," Robert said, He was the one driving that day

Ocean went back to Kendall. "We can give you a ride. We're gonna go get dinner first though. I can pay for your food," She gave her a big smile 

"Thank you Ocean," Kendall said. The two of them get into the back seat of Robert's car. The four of them got dinner and had a nice night
